Horrible. I had been driving all night and booked a room online. When I went to check in there was no one at the window, so I had to call and wait quite a while for anyone to answer. The clerk then said I couldn’t check in until 1pm the next day. I explained that I had booked for tonight, but he just kept repeating himself. When I asked for a refund he said I would have to call the next day and walked off. I called twice the next day with no answer either time. I called again the third day and was told the manager would call back for a refund. They have yet to do so. All around horribly run place that everyone should avoid.

I just needed somewhere to sleep for a few hours so I could drive back home. It was late at night and the night time office was a little shack in the middle of the parking lot. The room was rather small. I was given a king size bed instead of a queen which was good. However the bed was like sleeping on the board. There was no microwave. The carpet was coming up in spots. I should have taken pictures of the carpet. Overall I will never stay at this motel again.

I stay out of town for work so I'm not real particular. However I would never take my family there. Most of the residents were walking or on bicycles. All of them were high

Worst hotel I ever been at. Staff is rude and nosy. The room I had was on the first floor. There were people above me on the second floor. Whenever they took a bath/shower, water would leak from the ceiling down into my bathroom floor. Had no TV. The dresser drawers didn’t even open. Jacuzzi didn’t work. Then the most disgusting part - Bed bugs & Roaches. It’s sad that this hotel is still open. It needs shut down asap & never back in business. If I was the person in charge running a hotel I could NEVER just let people stay knowing how horrible the conditions are.

I've enjoyed quite an extended stay. It's not the Blennerhasset by any means but I a place to lay your head at night. The owners are fantastic and do anything they can once you can break through the language barrier. To some it's a horrible place, but to others it's a place of refuge. I'm thankful for my room, and the owners.

Do not stay here. No working shower. Had to sponge bathe. Floor felt like we would fall through it.

A friend of mine had traveled from Missouri to Parkersburg to come pick me up and head back. But since its a 12 hour or more trip she decided to just get a cheap room for 2 nights so that she could be well rested before heading back. She paid for 5 people for 2 nights. They gave her a 2 bed room with the most awful "pull out bed" lumpy couch that was held together with zip ties and no cot, mattress, or even beding for anybody to sleep on it. The jacuzzi had broken knows, no plyers or anything to be able to turn the water on, not enough towels or wash cloths for everybody to take a shower. So half of us just was waiting till morning to take our showers. They came n collected our towels, was cloths, an a hand towel...we waited 2 hours then we went to the front desk, asking if we could get out towels back so the rest of us could shower, they acted all confused all of a sudden and then offered us honey buns instead. I'm not even going to entertain what I was thinking at that moment.

I stayed here for a little bit and I liked the place and the room was clean. People were very friendly.

What ever you do, don't stay here. I spent over 13 hours driving with my partner and needed a place to stay, fast forward, paid and arrived at the room and a horrid musk hit me, everything was stained and disgusting, tobacco spit on the floor, fecal matter all over the towels and urine. Beds stained, cockroaches and flies everywhere. I should have turned around and gotten my money back and went somewhere else but we where too exhausted to do anymore. Also getting home I realized I had bed bug bites... I called recently and spoke to a woman who owned the place and she replied "If you paid for the night and stayed it's your fault, if you saw cockroaches why not say something. I'm not going to refund you" and hung up. The service, the room, everything was horrible and they should no longer get business.

Not even a fair place to stay. Nothing but the worst people in parkersburg stay there. People overdosing there all the time. Wost place to get a room.

It's an old building with old furnishings & some of the issues associated with old buildings, but the mattress was in good shape, the microwave & refrigerator worked fine; it was pretty quiet; the family that run it were very helpful & made sure everything I needed was provided. I just needed a clean, quiet, inexpensive place to sleep for 2 nights while I was there for work & they certainly met the bill. And I loved the "decorative" okra plants spaced along the pool fence. ☺ (The pool is not functional at this time.)

It was awful dirty bed bugs unsafe all around wholes in walls elect wires hanging out they should be out of biz iturned them in to Health Dept that bad.. . .

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Plaster coming off walls, shower didn't work, bedspread had large hole in it, sheet looked like they hadn't been changed in months and people walking around parking lot. I checked in and checked out within 10 minutes! Hopefully I'll get refunded by priceline. Was traveling so I didn't know the area.

My fiancee and I have stayed a couple of times before this visit. The owner over charges for rooms that do not have properly working equipment. We decided to get the featured Jacuzzi room and we paid 101 dollars. Around 245am my fiance looked down at his pillow and it had bedbugs on it. We left right then and there. It was a waste of money and terrible featured room. Beware of this place.
