HORRIBLE
CUSTOMER
SERVICE.

long
review!
Immediately
after
placing
my
delivery
order
I
realized
I
hadn't
selected
the
right
sauce
for
my
pizza.
I
picked
up
my
phone
and
called
the
store
to
let
them
know.
The
guy
who
answered
said
he
would
take
care
of
it
and
ended
the
call.
Unfortunately,
my
pizza
still
came
with
the
wrong
sauce
and
was
also
burnt!
I
called
the
store
back
to
let
them
know.
They
had
me
speak
to
the
manager,
"Cooper".
SHE
said
that
since
I
ordered
it
with
red
sauce,
that's
what
she
gave
me.
I
told
her
that
her
co-worker
said
he
would
take
care
of
it,
otherwise
I
would
have
cancelled
and
re-made
the
order.
I
also
told
her
that
my
pizza
was
burnt.
Cooper
then
decided
to
argue
with
me
that
the
pizza
was
burnt
by
saying
the
oven
is
timed
to
cook
everything
perfectly
and
my
pizza
is
how
it's
supposed
to
be.
Although
my
pizza
was
a
thin
crust,
it
wasn't
just
slightly
overcooked.
No,
it
was
BURNT.
Black
edges
and
all.
I
asked
her
if
there
was
a
number
that
I
could
text
pictures
of
the
burnt
pizza
to,
but
she
didn't
provide
one.
Instead
of
accepting
that
there
were
now
TWO
very
good
reasons
for
her
to
re-make
my
pizza,
she
decided
not
to
help
me
at
all.
She
said
that
I
could
pay
to
order
another
one.
When
I
refused
the
solution,
she
told
me
to
call
the
Office.
I
left
a
voicemail
at
the
Franchise
office
and
I'm
waiting
to
hear
back.
Also
emailing
corporate.
