    Dont eat here. 2nd time ive gotten food and it is raw in the middle of my burgers. Someone is going to get sick!!! The work crew fight amongst themselves with customers in thier lobby. Eat here at your own risk!

    Worst McDonald's around. Spanaway really living up to its name. Fries dumped upside down in the bag. Just rude.. It doesn't take much to put them in right side up. Then when asked they said I can have new fries but have to pull around and wait.. No, I am not letting you force me to wait for your rudeness. Then small milk shakes in an open clear cup. What happen to them being in small kids cup with a lid and straw? I cant have this in the car spilling everywhere. I went in to have them put in cups. The worker said they have never done that. I asked for the cups anyways. I said It felt like it was deigned to spill. She rudely said "I am not dealing with this" and walked away and made a huge scene behind the counter about me wanting it in small kid cups. They yelled loudly about " That guy wants it in cups and I'm not dealing with it". Very rude and unprofessional staff. Manager did not seem to care about any of it. They just watched it all happen. Do not recommend eating here. I have had many problems in the past with long wait times, being ignored at the counter and just unkempt looking employees. Makes me think the food isn't suited for consumption. Beware!!!

    This place has to be one of the lowest rated Mcdonalds, around, literally everytime I go here, it's either closed early closed dining room(not enough staff),(or without any reason), shake machine is down 50%, of the time, extra long drive thru times, forget something on your order, and out of something you probably want, most of the time, but I will say they do have a few workers here, that, without them, it would be even worse, like the lady mom, I think they call her, but she has a nickname and everyone knows her that works here, so they know who I'm talking about, she is great, and makes the long wait worth it, as she is very friendly and apologizes eveytime, something is wrong, in the drive thru, and I give her much credit for staying here so long, but it is getting better, than it used to be, and that is saying something,

    Need to learn how to manage drive thru. This location always has the longest wait. I watch food be handed out ahead of me the 3 min later a kids meal. I pull up and my meal is already bagged and getting cold.. No reason we all had to wait. Have them pull to a waiting spot. Keep the line moving.

    Girl who took our order was sweet but the ones who gave us the food just plain rude. Basically threw our order at us no thank you nothing. Nuggets and burgers were cold.... sadly disappointed

    Only came here because I was heading home and kids were hungry got a few burgers they were burnt and had nothing but a pickle on them no ketchup or mustard. Drive through lady chunky blonde girl was rude the man who handed me my food was very nice however I would never come back or recommend this one. Very upset

    My husband received the butt of the Lettuce on 2 of the sandwiches he ordered, not 1 but 2!! My order was also incorrect and it wasn't a complex order. Zero customer service we just went through the drive through ordered 4 sandwiches and a fry. We pulled up to the window and all the employee said to us was go wait in spot 2.... After 5 min of waiting (no big deal) another employee brings out our food asks what we ordered sticks his hand in the bag digs around and says yeah this is yours. We then left only to find that our sandwiches weren't even wrapped.

    Why would indoor dinning be closed? I ordered ahead with the app, what a joke! The employees here can't even run the drive through right. They have two lanes but it still took ten minutes to confirm my app order. Then the person who was taking orders took orders from the other lands three cars in a row, why? Shouldn't the do over other lane. I'll never come back to this store. New management would be a suggestion.

    Tried going into dining room at 620am. Door was still locked even though hours say it opens at 5am. Had to walk through drive thru because we were pulling a boat. The lady in the window when we walked up was on her phone, and extremely rude. Will be the last time we stop at this store.

    It's no just this location just about any location. McDonald's is more worried about getting orders out than accuracy. This particular experience my son had hair in his fries a few of our burgers weren't as we ordered. The special order tags on burgers said how we wanted them. Yet still no one read the tickets and still made them wrong. Took burgers back at a later time manager refunded which I appreciate. McDonald's wholey needs to work on this issue especially where they are paying these workers these wages that are comparable to other carreers.

    A solid 3 out of 5. Drive thru crew seemed disoriented and unsure of our order after we paid and went to the pick up window. We almost left without one of the items ordered, but since we checked the bag before driving off we still got it. So. The breakfast burritos were surprisingly decent, with eggs and a cheesy sauce and a couple of sausage bits. Not dazzling, but decent and inexpensive. Hash browns were cooked fine, crispy and greasy. Um. A lil too greasy as they soaked through the bottom of the bag. Enough napkins were provided, thank goodness. (That said, I'd say take caution and don't set the food bag on your lap. We were lucky to be wearing old work clothes or it could have been quite distressing.) Would I return? Maybe. I mean, it's fast food fuel for cheap, so I guess when you need to eat something asap it's all right.

    Service has been reliably subpar here for a while, but the past couple weeks have been the worst I've ever seen. 1) Check your order. They WILL forget at least one thing, every time. 2) They don't pay any attention to their drive-through lines and will consistently help people in the wrong order, even if you've been sitting there with no one else in line for several minutes. Someone will pull up in the other line and get helped first while you continue to wait for them to notice you. This happens so often it's become a running joke in our family. 3) They are now parking people from drive-through orders to wait for the rest of their food and then forgetting about them. You won't realize they lost your order until you've been sitting there for 20 minutes and finally go in to see what's going on. 4) Curbside pick-up is a joke. They aren't even processing the orders unless you go in and ask what is happening with them. Last night I waited for 20 minutes for my curbside order, while they weren't even busy. The app says they should bring it out within about 5 minutes - that's a laugh. Meanwhile, drivers were getting through the drive-through quickly, and there was no line. I finally went in to see where my order was and was told my food had just finished and they were pulling my drinks. It still took them another 10 minutes after that to bring out my food. There were at least 5 other people with curbside pickup orders that arrived after me... they were all waiting in the same situation. I'm giving 2 stars because at least most of the people working the cash registers seem nice, otherwise I would give 1 star for the poor training, lack of any kind of management, and the failure to correct ongoing problems. We are a busy family that eats at McDonalds far more often than we should because of our hectic schedule, so I put up with a lot over the years for the sake of convenience, and just grin and bear it, but enough is enough. We will just go elsewhere.

    well from my experience, t's a 50/50 chance that you get all your food when going through the drive through... and if you use door dash and order breakfast, I guarantee you won't get your hashbrowns. The last 5 times we have ordered breakfast, we have gotten our hashbrowns ONCE. I'm attaching a picture of one of our recent orders. It looks like they are filling the order but not realizing it says MEAL (Ml-hb) and HASHBROWNS. I wish you could pick where your food order is placed, but door dash always defaults to this location. And if you complain to door dash you get a .20 cent credit each...

    Wrong orders every time. Last one is the last straw. Missing 10 nuggets and regular chicken sandwich not deluxe. I'm tired of throwing money away, and worse when I'm actually getting ripped off... I won't be back to this location. I suggest you drive up the road, literally every McDonald's is better than this one. Plus as soon as the sun goes down its overrun with bums, the parking lot has like no lights... just overall a terrible place with rude managers.

    I don’t leave reviews however, my team and I came for our lunch break on 11/30/2023 at 2pm and our team lead ended up never receiving his order and having to demand for a refund. He is usually a very easy going and understanding kind of person so the fact that he had to demand for his refund really got to me. The manager is very unprofessional and seems as if she was only doing minimum possible. And the communication between employees was hardly there. I used to work in food service for a couple years so I definitely know how things usually are however this was very disappointing.

    This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to I went there yesterday at about 4:45 pm. The drive through was not busy at all it took them for ever to answer the drive through, then as I was waiting in line I seen the person at the window try to give the car if front of me my order. Let me tell you again this place was not busy at all. When I pulled up to the window to get my food they told me I had to pull around park in the #3 slot, When I did that there was already some one in that slot. The service was lousy the food was STONE COLD. I will never be back there again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from that place

    This McD's is fine. The workers look and sound like they hate being there which puts a damper on the experience but it's a McDonald's so 🤷🏻‍♀️ Last time I went there I asked for fresh fries (there were only 2 other cars there so not too busy) and the worker confirmed them, but when I got the food there were no fries at all. I went back around to get them, and when I did, they were cold and hard. I went back again around and asked them for new ones, and they just put the old hard ones back in the fryer for a few seconds. I just left after that. I get that it can be annoying when people ask for fresh fries, but that is part of the job. Like I said before, there were only a couple of people in line, so I know it wasn't super busy. It's just bad service, in my opinion. Anyway, at the end of the day, it's a McDonald's, and you get what you'd expect, but there are also much better McDonald's out there.

    The location is the biggest drawback for this restaurant. The screens at the drive-through are constantly vandalized, making it hard to order. Occasionally they get a little backed (especially when people can't see the menu) and the wait time gets long. As far as the actual food, my order is right nearly every time, and the food is standard for McDonald's. The reason for only 3 stars is just the location. Hopefully they will be able to address the vandalism and keep the lines moving smoothly.

    Only 1 person is friendly. No one says good morning. Some taking your money in the drive thru say absolutely nothing even when they hand me my card, I say thank you and get nothing. Breakfast sandwiches are good. Hamburgers are over cook and not juicy. Fries almost always cold. I question myself why I keep coming back. I guess I keep hoping I'll get lucky and have a great meal. As things get expensive, I need to be more selective of what I spend my money on. So disappointed all the way around. If I owned that Mc Donald's I'd have pride and have the employees be respectful, acknowledge the people who if it wasn't for us, they wouldn't have that job. Have some pride people. Owners Where's your pride. Example, your employees to have respect. Shame on you . Dirty inside. Garbage pilled up. Food on the floors, tables not clean

    First, the play place is AWESOME. There's an actually-good toddler area as well as a bigger kids area... AND musical toys, AND two computer kiosks with 1-2-player games. We went there pretty late and the guy on shift was really nice. Plus, maybe it was him or maybe we just got lucky-- fresh nuggets and fries! The play area needed to be swept, but I understand that since we *did* show up at like 9pm lol. The bathrooms were clean as well.

    We have been going to this McDonalds the last 3 weekend and the pink hair cashier has been so rude when we order. She is not kind to me nor my family that has been going there lately. We asked to order certain things on the menu but will rudely say it’s not available. And when we asked what’s available she will list it but then we pick an item she would say it’s not available which so confusing but also still is being rude.

    Food was good. Unfortunately the drive thru took over 20 minutes which was absolutely ridiculous. It was also strange to see private security posted outside but I suppose that’s just the area now.

    The young staff were actually visibly upset when I approached the counter to place my order vs using 1 of 4 available self serve kiosks. Apparently they do not understand that those machines are taking jobs away from people that need them.

    This is not our regular McDonald's, the only reason we're going here is because they are remodeling the one we normally go to. The play place dining area is always pretty clean but the actual play place toy is dirty on the inside. Also, they have to buzz you into the bathroom, which is really inconvenient, especially if you have a little one "that's gotta go right now". We had to wait a few minutes before someone finally buzzed us in.

    Don't try and get anything ice cream here. They don't ever have working equipment. That'd be too responsible for their corporate overlords. Also, trapped in their slow AF drive thru after learning their gear doesn't work. That's fun, too.

    I never have a bad experience hair,. They work very hard and and are always so pleasant. I have witnessed customers not being nice at all and stuff handles it appropriately. Diana is amazing and always so sweet to me!! She works drive-through and says the nicest things to me anytime. I come through and works very hard.

    One star only because of 3 employees, otherwise it would be zero. Went from favorite to least favorite McDonald's. Use to never have issues really. I grew up going to this McDonald's and same with my kids. Now, orders always have something wrong. We would like to say thank you to the one Manager named Anthony🌟 for his attempt to make things right recently but the crew still only managed to make 1 of the our 6 burgers correct... again. We've been ignored (even when picking up Door Dash orders), yelled at by 2 female employees when our order couldn't be found once (and kudos to the ⭐2 young men⭐who attempted to fix the issue and whose efforts failed mostly but was greatly appreciated by my husband and me), and tonight my husband got burned on his hand and face on hot water we got for tea because they put the hot water in cold drink cups (which didn't hold up properly) and stupid us didn't say anything when we got the drinks and hot waters but when I called to complain, the manner did apologize but also added the comment, "What do you want me to do about it?" I think we'll just keep our business with the Summer McDonald's (besides Door Dashing). At least they know what quality is and the employees on every level actually provide excellent customer service. We never worry if our order is correct from the Sumner store. JS

    I understand the increase in prices due to minimum wage increased and staffing issues but that doesn't mean you should decrease the amount and quality of the product. I mean seriously almost $3.00 for this? What happen to it filling the cup? We all know the cup size hasn't changed, this is PATHETIC!!

    Fast and friendly. Order was correct. Fries could of been cooked a little longer. Otherwise visit here was great. Really should give a 5 star except fries were not all the cooked.

    Every time I try to come back to this location, no matter which crew is on staff - they always, ALWAYS get my order wrong. Either something is missing or it's just flat out not my order. This isn't an issue if it's an every once in a blue moon type deal. But, with no exaggeration, it's EVERY time I come here. It appears the staff don't care about getting orders right and are just pushing people through as quickly as they can, I don't think I will be giving this location another try.

    Poorly trained workers with weak communication skills. It took a full 5 min to get service at the second drive thru lane. When they finally got around to us they were unable to input the mobile code we gave them, and instead of letting us know that the deal would not go through they just charged full price to our card without saying anything. This ended up costing us 4x the amount it would have if they had input the code properly

    Went kind of late 9:30 pm. There was a line of cars. Line moved very quickly. Was out of there in maybe 5 minutes. Order was correct and this time the fries were not buried in a pile of salt.

    Overall quality has gone down hill, both customer service and food quality. 50/50 chance that employees are polite or even attempt to seem to care you're there. This is likely an owner or management causing a poor workplace environment causing unhappy employees based on a few interactions and the below mentioned complaints. Have had a number of issues with a couple outstanding complaints, one of which forced me to dispute a charge so I don't really expect a response from management on that. The other, which corporate said I would hear from management, I have yet to hear back since June 1st. So just a heads up, if you have any issues don't expect any resolution or follow-up.

    Not bad. It's a bit of sticker shock when you order a breakfast combo and want it with orange juice. The price of the meal on the menu board was under 6 bucks. I wanted it with a small orange juice. The meal ended up being over $9. When I got to the window she says orange juice is a upgrade. It's the price on the menu if you get soda or coffee with the meal. Really?! And how much more is this orange juice? $2.50 more? You have got to be kidding me. What a rip off
