I’ve bought two basses here now, the first I bought online after searching all over the country and found the one I wanted at Bass Centre. I found the staff very helpful through the email system and I got a nice bass at a good price. Last week I was in the area and dropped in to look at a variety of Fender basses to see which one felt the best to play. They have a great range and I was not only able to try all the ones I was interested in but had a great chat with staff. I’ve been out of the biz for many years and I had all my questions answered. I was happy with my visit and looking around spotted a very nice second hand Precision bass which was in perfect nick. I couldn’t believe the price and when I got home I called and put a deposit on it. The bass arrived yesterday double boxed and flawless and when I plugged it in I fell in love with the tone. Can’t speak highly enough of the experience.

Ordered a quad cortex from SA. They let me know it was the demo model as it was the last available unit before sending it to me. I didn’t mind however, and they refunded me a $100. Excellent communication and extremely trustworthy.

Great music shop with everything Bass oriented that you could possibly need. You can try out the instruments, which have good prices and a wealth of knowledge in the staff. Shop is a little small and cramped, but overall a great experience. Definitely worth a visit.

Great service. I caught an Ibanez 6 string bass and a darkglass amp. Both are amazing! I live in regional Victoria and ships from Melbourne, only to two days to arrive with standard shipping. Very happy and would definitely recommend if purchasing online and you live in Victoria.

Bass Centre is my go-to for all bass-related gear! Huge variety of products, knowledgeable staff and great deals happening all the time. The only bit of constructive feedback I would provide is for the staff to check the information they provide before providing it. My new bass was recently delivered to me at home, but arrived on a day I specifically told the staff I wouldn't be home, which was also a public holiday. This was also after I was told by the bass centre staff that if the shipment was made the day before a public holiday, it would arrive the next business day. Just a confusing experience that could have been better handled.

Purchased a MIM Precision Bass body from Bass Centre for a custom build bass project. Arrived undamaged in a timely manner. The bass I received is a Fender precision. This is what I ordered. However, it is not the model I ordered. It came with the wrong scratch plate. The model I ordered is the Geezer Butler which is all black. Spoke with Guy who was just excellent. Has provided me with black plate, black screws and as an extra a replacement set strings. Just the best service all round. I’ll be back.

I have been looking for an particular Fender Bass and probably found one of the last ones in the country. The Guys at Bass Centre took allot of care packaging my guitar ready for shipment.
