    I don't think I've ever left a review anywhere before but I walked out livid after my experience. Waited in the room for over an hour before being seen by the nurse and another 30 minutes or so before the doctor came in. I had to stick my head out and ask the front desk worker when I was going to be seen. She was surprised and said she'd get someone in. Staff could be heard outside the door walking around, chatting, and laughing. I was extremely nauseous the whole time and my anxiety skyrocketing. I almost had a panic attack in the room. I've visited before a few years ago with no issues but I'm really frustrated with my experience. Edit: lowered star from 2 to 1. I went in on 12/1/22 because I was sick and didn't have any other options at the time. Ended up paying out of pocket for services and still got a separate bill with the same items the following month. These people are crooks. The Dr told me she wouldn't charge me for a treatment and didn't do so when I paid in the office, but it's on the bill I received. She spent about 10 minutes telling me she takes pride in helping "the needy" then charges me and I still get billed again by insurance. I'd rather die than come back to this place again. Do not recommend ever going here, these people have no morals.

    First off I made a booster appointment. They told me they weren’t sure if they even had them left. Then they questioned me multiple times as to why I wanted the booster in the first place, stating that there will be immunity eventually thus I won’t need one. Lastly they said since I had recently gotten my flu shot I wasn’t allowed to get my booster. It’s not even stated on the CDC website as a reason why. Better to just go to CVS. Never will return.

    Do NOT go here. Ever. Never ever! I had an appointment for a Covid test at 11:15. I arrived 5 minutes early and was forced to wait inside with 25 people in the smallest of spaces. Many of the people were coughing and sneezing. There was zero distancing protocol and one of the doctors was not wearing a mask. I waited for about 45 minutes before walking out; almost certainly having contracted COVID. Run far from this place.

    After seeing the care that my fiance has received from this doctor's office I can only hope that they go out of business soon. She had stopped filling her birth control, But then decided that she wanted to begin taking it again. This office refused to call the prescription into the pharmacist unless we came in and paid the $100 office visit fee and pay for blood work... *NOT* blood work that has anything to do with the birth control or reproductive problems. *NOT* blood work that is troubleshooting any health problems, just annual blood work.

    Waited almost two hours past my appointment time for a Covid vaccination for my daughter. They have no idea what they are doing here. There were even dried blood spatters on the floor of the exam room. This place is an absolute clown show. We'll be getting the second dose elsewhere.

    I would give 0 stars if that was an option. This was the most interesting experience I’ve ever had in a medical facility. And I’ve been to quite a variety of medical facilities and this was not a good type of interesting. Place is uncomfortably small, Outdated, and not particularly sanitary. Receptionist very rude and clearly not skilled at multitasking. We made an appointment online but this information could not be found at the office. Waited in the waiting room for atleast an hour and then in exam room for another hour Internet went out there while we were waiting and theres clearly no policies or procedures for what for what to do when this happens. My husband spoke with a nurse on the phone to check him in from another office and then we waited to the doctor to examine him. The MA came into to room and asked why we were still here, I had to tell her that we needed the doctor still. My husband was there for an acute shoulder injury and the doctor did not examine him at all, just asked if he needed anything for pain (which we declined). I am pretty certain this place is kept in business by people who want controlled substances. Doctor told us nothing about what might be wrong and told us she made an order for an X-ray (had no clear instructions on how to get the XRay done or what follow up would look like.) They could not print or fax order due to internet/system problem and were rude when we tried to get help around this to get xray done. Ended up going to another urgent care, GOT ACTUALLY EXAMINED, were not offered pain medication, Got an X-ray on site, got a diagnosis, and plan for Treatment. So if you are looking for actual medical treatment, avoid this place.

    Online and the door says they are open until 7 on Sunday and they clearly are not. They need to update their door and website. My husband took my 2 year old there with an ear infection at 6 pm and they turned him away.

    Sat in room waiting on Dr for 35 minutes then asked me series of questions one being do I have a fever answer would be yes it was taken when I came in then got up left room I had to go ask if it was ok to leave and I’m not sure if my guess is right that I have a sinus infection because the dr never told me

    I like the staff. They are personable and fun. I like seeing Greg because he’s down to earth and makes you feel better with his jokes. The doctor gets straight to the point so you can leave in a nice amount of time.

    The Medcare Center staff and Dr. Popa are professional! Check in was quick and easy. Every staff member was kind and helpful. Dr. Popa spends time listening to full medical history, concerns, and together develop a treatment plan. Highly recommend Medcare- you will be in good hands with Dr. Popa and her wonderful, caring staff.

    I felt this place was fine. I went for my primary care and my routine bloodwork and medication. Never any issues. I moved so I don't go anymore but they were always helpful and didn't make m jump through a million hoops to get treated.

    This practice is fantastic. The dr who established it truly and deeply cares about her patients. People may complain about the wait but I am thankful that it is way shorter than the 6 to 10 hour wait at an er for things they can treat. She did and does great with me and me toddler. Her staff is amazing and is thorough. After speaking with other patients their blood work and other labs have saved lives by discovering sometimes lethal underlying conditions. I would go back any day. 10/10

    It says it’s an urgent care but it’s not. Couldn’t figure out if they accept a common insurance carrier and not helpful.

    Horrible staff nowadays!!! I got a shattered left leg and I always get the third degree from people who bearly speak English. I've been asked how much Percocets go for on the street, in those exact words!!! Today, she accused me of wanting her to lose her medical license!!! I've never been more insulted in my whole life. The place went down hill when Dr.popa trusted the place to a bunch of nurse practitioners instead of another doctor. I'm going to go without my pain meds instead dealing with that insulting headache.

    This is one of the worst Medicare center. I came Because my throat was hurting the DR. Asked some questions after that another Dr. came and give medicine at my local pharmacy and she canceled it. You should NEVER come here.

    I’ve used this place out of conscience only and only when needed for workplace testing and it’s been horrible. Don’t be surprised if when you call they hang up without saying a word. Reviews of the doctor are equally bad.

    Awful. Took my son there for a COVID test. They charged me $75 upfront although they took my insurance. They told me I can get a refund from my insurance. When I contacted my insurance they were surprised that I was charged for the test because it was also billed through my insurance. When I called them again they said that they will refund my money when they get paid from my insurance. My insurance paid them within 10 days but it took several calls to them and more than a month later to issue a refund. I don't think they intended to refund any money. Not to mention that we had a false positive result from their test. We ended up getting a PCR test somewhere else the next day and it was negative.

    The Dr. Was very understanding and polite. Most of the other staff is extremely rude. Highly unlikely I will return
