Ordered a dunked burger instead of them giving what I ordered I get ghost pepper worse part is the manager was there and when I ask for my refund he said they were closed he can’t refund me I must choose something instead💔😡😡😡😡😡they couldn’t make what I want atleast if it was sold out they were supposed to let me know before I pay I’m so disappointed

Drive through is super efficient. Value for money made my kids so happy. Well done team.

This is unfortunate as this is MY local KFC just down the road, I do my best to avoid it and heres why - They are very very slow in terms of service, the drivethru is a put off, from lackluster customer service I feel that a change in management would do this KFC wonders, everyone takes their time and getting exactly what you asked for in terms of an order is like a wishing game, I hardly have a good experience here and that why I will continue to avoid you. Experience have shown that even when just 1 or 2 cars in the drive through you're still going to turn off your car in terms of service times

The drive through is supposed to be quicker. We placed out order on WhatsApp. We stood in the queue at the drive through for 45 min!! This is rediciulous! And we couldn't leave because there were cars behind us. The service is terrible!

I have visited the KFC Parow branch this evening, and I placed an order at the kiosk, and after I placed a large order, there was no option to send e-receipt. There was a nice lady assisting people in front, she didn't say we needed to take a picture of the screen with the order number. But well to my surprise after the wait to collect my order, the gentleman behind the counter told me, I MUST have the receipt or proof and a picture of my order to get it. After I called the lady assisting customers infront and told him what my order was after she spoke to him in Xhosa, I got my order. I will think twice before going there again.

We had to wait in the drive through for over 20 minutes, no one was coming out to inform us about any delays! It was not the first time this happened.

excellent service and fresh food, no long lines because this was at 4pm, when all others on their way home for the holidays 😀

Friendly efficient staff working at the drive through. Food was fresh and hot. Good experience.
