2/3 rooms I saw were infested with bed bugs. The woman upon check in said we can smoke on the balcony, rude lady in the morning said it's against the rules and gave me attitude. With 2/3 rooms having a live bed bug infestation you need to stay far away from this place.worst ramada I've ever seen. Fyi, one of the bed bugs I found was a nymph, with no other signs of bed bugs in the room. Meaning it was maybe the size of the head of a needle and the only reason I saw it is because I have very sharp eyesight and I was trained on bed bug detection for an old job. Even then I almost didn't see it. What nobody is realizing is bed bugs can be extremely tiny and if you bring home just one by the time you realize it, your entire mattress box spring and bed frame could be infested. It takes 16 hours of work just to rid one room of them and it's a very tedious process using steamers vacuums and chemicals. And even when you eliminate them from one room again only takes one, they'll take your room over again if you unknowingly transferred one to another room or your car. I promise it's not worth it. Stay at a better hotel. Somehow they managed to evade the health department.

If I could give this a hotel less than a star I most definitely would. The building structure itself is falling apart in and outside the rooms. Right when you walk in the hallways youโ€™re hit with a fishy smell and the rooms are even worse. It wreaks of mold and cigarettes even though it was suppose to be a non smoking room. Thereโ€™s blood stains all across the room and black stains on the bed sheets as if housekeeping doesnโ€™t care to provide even minimum basic quality service. This โ€œhotelโ€ if you even want to call it that is one that is clearly used for ladies of the night. Iโ€™m not one to complain but this was completely unacceptable. I recommend to stay as far as possible from this place.

HORRIBLE! They are undergoing renovations which is fine but put us in a nice new room. They put us in a room where outside our window the construction guys were literally working. I opened the curtains to 2 men within 1 inch of our window so we had to keep the curtains CLOSED at all times. The sheets on the bed - GROSS - see photos. The Bathroom disgusting with paint peeling off the ceiling and the dirtiness - it was just GROSS. The furniture had to be about 100 years old and just look at it - see photos. Vending machine had absolutely nothing in them. It was NON-SMOKING but all you can smell was smoke.....probably the construction guys right out of window. This room wasn't worth any amount of money, especially not what we paid - They really should REFUND OUR MOINEY. The photos on their website must have been from 50 years ago when the place was new - they do not look like these photos at all!!!!

Bad enough the rooms are never cleaned properly and they only leave two towels now and you have to beg for more, the new front desk woman is absolutely horrible! She is slow and rude and I read in another review she was calling guests names and threatening to call police and refused them a room! If they donโ€™t fire her they will be shut down soon enough!

It's an old hotel, no water sprinkles, bathrooms need remodeling but so does the structure. Cleaning could of been better. When I first entered it smelled like someone released a skunk bomb within the entrance and hallway. As for rooms availability there are plenty ant low cost.

One of the best overnight stops on route 46. The rooms are very clean and the staff are so responsible. They even have complimentary breakfast which one can make a note of. They renovated the property recently and the rooms look pretty good.

Staff misled us. We were told all rooms were on the ground floor but but our room turned out to be on the 2nd floor. No elevator was available. Rugs were filthy. The place needs a facelift.

Definitely DO NOT stay here if you need a good WiFi connection. Go a few hundred feet down the road for a better connection at Travelodge. Free breakfast is so-so. NO snacks in vending machine. Very small fridge and microwave in room but only in double room and higher, NOT in single room. Overall, disappointing.

This place is conveniently located off major highways like I-80 and US-46. Staff members do their best to maintain average quality. No pool available. But there are balconies on the 2nd level. Close proximity to restaurants, department stores and supermarkets. 43 minutes from Pennsylvania.

This hotel is extremely disgusting. The rooms were dirty & the bathroom was extremely dirty with hair all over it. The room had a coffee maker which was disgustingly dirty as if it hasn't been cleaned in decades. The fridge in the room was filthy and moldy. This place is disturbing and not worth the price I paid for the room. Please stay away from this hotel! you're better off sleeping outside!

Disappointing. I had pot smokers next door. The office didn't care. They were dismissive. The place is run down, dirty and smells. This hotel shouldn't carry the Ramada name. Do not stay here.

The pros: a) the room was clean; b) the place was quiet and close to a highway; c) a suitable choice of the TV programs; d) the reasonable price. The cons: a) the breakfast was only nominative; b) some renovation of the building is needed.

Everybody was polite and courteous, it was a nice place, clean, and taken care of very well. I had asked the front desk for an extra towel and shampoos and the guy said no problem, ill bring it to you! And he did, promptly, within 5 minutes. The Wi-Fi worked perfect, which was unexpected bc usually public wifis aren't great, this one was amazing! Great service and pretty good pricing. Much appreciated, and next time I'm in the area, will likely return and I highly recommend this place based on my experience. Thank you!

Out dated. Phone would not stop blinking..had to unplug it..power outlet to charge phone broken...toilet seat not secured. Poor choice for free breakfast. Employee was watching videos on his phone at full blast while i was eating breakfast. People were nice. Nice bed and pillows.

ROACHES IN ROOM 103! I booked the room for 2 nights and the room was infested with so many roaches it was disgusting to know I was laying so much for that. Please consider before staying here as I ended up sleeping in my vehicle after seeing the roaches crawling all over the furniture and restroom. I asked for a refund and was told to wait for the manager to review the pictures the ext day! Customer service was not great at all as the issue was not resolved on the spot despite showing proof of the issue.

I was never told about a security deposit by priceline. I paid in full before I got there. The check inn person said. That priceline doesn't tell you about all the charges. Then blamed them. The shower head In the room was leaking. There was water damage above the shower and mold in some places. The lamp in the room was missing the nob to turn it on. The free breakfast they offered was stale fruit loops and frosted flakes. Three slices of breed, oranges that were about to go bad. The waffle maker was dirty. I will never stay there ever again.

Place is in rough condition with old damaged furniture, halls that smell with no A/C. Front desk staff was not friendly and not very helpful when asked question Had a small UHaul trailer and was required to parked off site in an unimproved lot. Asked for extra towels at the front desk and told they do not provide extra towels. Breakfast was very limited and some of the food looked old and questionable. Limited access to restaurants. No sidewalks to walk anywhere. . Probably the worst hotel I have stayed at and I tend to stay with the budget hotels.

Room tub peeled badly! Room smelled great & clean when checking in! Hot breakfast. frequent service, no microwave in room, no fridge in room, lock on room door worked, loved the dove soaps! lock on exterior door was broken and open. Cash only vending machines. $50 deposit at check-in. Nice area. Jashan by dhaba is great eatery near by. Efficient front desk staff.

Room was NOT clean and smelled bad! There was some weird white dust all over everything. When I was checking in, another customer was asking if someone could come clean her bathroom because it wasn't clean. The lady said there was no cleaning crew available. Area around the hotel also didn't look too safe. Stay somewhere else!

only room was available and wasn't worth complaining about the musky order smell from the bathroom towels as well as the missing toilet seat and was on the floor a senior type of seat that was very dirty from looking from the water stains turning it an off color brown... The lamp in the room was broken upon arrival and when tried to turn on discovered the bottom base of it was all corroded and falling apart... I wish i was compensated a free night stay in the future or had a particle refund which i didn't bother to argue to ask since it's not worth getting upset over a bad service for one night staying over to sleep and traveling after checking out... Will change review if giving a chance to have an opportunity to see a quality of standard taken and i can have the experience of enjoying what i would of expected to be average if not above average services and quality of the rooms upkeep and cleanliness with proper amenities for a standard guest not a senior person who needs special accommodations for their room!...
