There was 1 person ahead of us in the dining room And 1 in drive thru. 3 people working. Took 10 minutes to get order. Then, when we got the food they “failed” tot will us before paying and getting food that they were out fo tomatoes. So, there were no tomatoes on the 2 Mexican pizzas& 2 taco supremes. There was , also, no sour cream on the taco supremes. When we asked about to they just said “we’re out”. When order was (finally) down: the guy towed our tray on the counter saying “order up”.. not friendly staff. Almost every table was dirty in the dining room- while we ate- not 1 single person came in to order- so, plenty of time for someone to wipe some tables down

Why can you never get my order correct. I come through your drive through about 2 times a week. Order a burrito supreme combo and the taco is to be supreme and it is only about 10% of the time. How hard is it to make it correct? You have one job not hard. I dont have time to turn around and come in for the correct food.

Pictures are from 2 occasions. This is less than an oz of meat. You can't even taste it through the tortilla I get beef prices have gone up but y'all are reselling it at like $100/lb.

We got 3 cheesy fiesta potatoes and they did not give us any forks. In at least one of those potatoes there was a black hair in it. My family is all blondes. Will not go back to this taco bell

This time they actually gave me exactly what I asked for. The young lady at the drive thru window was very sweet and courteous.

Food was lacking in flavor and making of standard taco bell menu items.......disappointed......

Got in line at 12:10. Granted it’s a busy time of the day. 5 cars ahead of me. It took 32 minutes to complete the 5 orders in front of me. To make my order go faster I ordered on the app 15 minutes before I left work to pick up the food. So not only did I waste my entire lunch break, my food was cold. The food was disappointing…as usual. I watched McDonald’s drive thru push through nearly 35 cars in the same time. This Taco Bell location sucks 👎🏻👎🏻

First of all no I was not there last week you idiots. I cannot remember the last time i've been there. I hate their drive through the curb is awful, not necessary. I'm never coming there again unless that curb is gone.......... I drive a truck. Fix your problem!

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. Ordered ahead and still waited 30 minutes in line . Food was terrible broken, damaged open wrapping and looked like it was thrown in the bag from across the street. I will never step into this place again

Absolutely the WORST experience ever! Staff was rude, food was pathetic!

Utterly gross cashier answered thw window with food and grease coveres gloves it was all over our bag and my delux cravings box when we asked hin to take the gloves off actes like he didnt hear us our debit card had to be wiped off after we got it back food was below par almost no chese in the nacho fries container and almost none on thw 5 layer buritto i got as well as no beef all beans a tiny dot (literally) of sour cream and it was COLD and when asked to change his gloves no receipt was given to us so we could not review them! Utterly gross would never suggest eating here!

Followed no instructions on orders we placed, took atleast 30 minutes to get our food, some crackhead was just walking around talking to everyone so that was nice.
