This place was great! My daughter went weeks ago and has been going on about it since. Today she insisted we go with her. SO glad I did..their burgers are WONDERFUL..so was their Chicken Sandwich. The fries are crinkle cut and we're prepared perfectly. Their special Braum's is yummy...and my hubby (a milkshake enthusiast) said it was the best shake he'd ever had. There are so many unique flavors of ice cream sold at the market there and lots of other great items..

It's a Sunday 5 pm. More staff than customers in the store, not a single clean table to sit at. There's a soda coating the fountain to the register from a split cup and the cashier just staring at the guy who was asking for another cup to put under the broken one. The food quality seems sub par for the store I don't think I'll be back for a while, in hopes less indifferent staff are working. If the make table is half as messy as the in the dining area I'm really worried about food poisoning. I'll modify this on my next visit, I only left it 3 star because so many visits have met or exceeded expectations.

Giving low score based in cleanliness. I have yet to visit one that isn't filthy. The food is always consistent and tastes good.

Clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly, and service was fairly quick. And the ice cream was supreme! As expected.

Wait time for order varies. Sometimes food is out quickly, and other times, you'll be asked to park and wait for it to be brought out to you. Fries are hit or miss. Sometimes, it can be overly salted. Calling and ordering ahead would be the quickest option honestly, and telling them easy on the salt if you order fries is something I'd recommend. Overall, my experiences have not been terrible.

This place has delicious food and beverages and is a nice place to sit down and eat employees are very friendly and easy to get along with thank you guys for making my morning great

Always like eating at this place but the last time I was there I walked in the bathroom and it stunk like pee big time I had to hold my breath because it stunk so bad other than that good service good atmosphere good people that work there

Literally ordered just a medium chocolate and peanut butter shake, was the only one in the drive thru, and still waited 15 minutes. Worst Braum’s experience of my life. Should have just gone to Sonic. Also they managed to get it wrong and brought out a vanilla and Reese’s shake. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Braums used to have the best chili but today it was really bad. It had chunks of hamburger patty for the meat torn into big pieces. It wasn't very hot and for the second time, no crackers or spoons (drive thru).

“mrs. Angie” one of the managers is a horrible manager she had move a staff from one place of the store to the other because and I quote “ she didn’t want to hear her voice over the headset taking order” she is completely inconsiderate and straight up immature the store management needs to look into the employees better and the general manager needs to as well because having management that disrespects employees on a daily will cause the good ones to leave and leave nothing but the lazy ones who disrespect the store and that store will be close down. There is also an active lawsuit against them because of her behavior. Food can be good normally in the mornings and before 2pm
