    The heat did not work the front desk person came up and said "Ha feels good to me and your right it does not work, but you can get up in the morning and put in a work order! Really wonder how he would like it if I responded like that towards him? Shower head did not work at breakfast we had 40 mins till serving time was over and were told what is left is what was all.. no eggs no milk no sausage I was not offer to move rooms a discount I was offered nothing just sleep in the cold HA!! I have not yet conducted an online review, but it is my intention to do so.

    The rooms leave a lot it be desired. There's no mini fridges, not a big deal though. The walls are paper thin however. I could hear my next door neighbor almost well enough to hear their phone conversation. I could hear every footstep of my neighbor above and it would slightly rattle one of the vents every step. Some large bugs were crawling around my coworkers room. Oddly, half of my lampshades were also upside down. Service was decent, I stood at the check out desk for about 5 minutes before someone came to the front.

    Good location for work at Pasadena. Malls and certain restaurants valable by walking. Good but limited service. Restaurant just for breakfast for example

    It’s a relatively new hotel ~ it’s on the beltway so you have generally quick access to get anywhere. But also, the fairmont plaza is right next door and there are countless food/drink options all within 5 minutes! We checked in pretty late and they gave us late check out ~ the Hampton breakfast always SLAPS 💥

    First, thank you to the gentleman at the front desk, with amazing customer service skills that were appreciated after a 15+ hour drive. Upon arrival, the place looks inviting, spacious and clean. Our room with 2 beds is very clean and neat. We had a wonderful night sleep. Beds are comfortable and thermostat works perfectly. Thank you again!!!!

    If you expect it to be a Hampton you will be disappointed. They cut every corner they can at this location. No fridge in rooms, some doors entry won't work with key, snack market stocked to the bare min, no picante sauce at breakfast. Just to name a few thigs. Go stay across the street at the Home 2 or next door at the Residence Inn. this is a relatively new building but not worth stay. Past Diamond Member.

    Glad it was affordable clean, and wouldn't miss the continental breakfast, but I'm currently sitting up at 2am listening to the AC unit(who's controls have gone out or is remotely controlled) dramatically death rattle. It's unsettling. Four stars.

    Nice hotel. I only slept in it and got ready. I did not use any amenities. It is close to the airport which is what I needed. It will definitely be my hotel of choice when I need to stay near Hobby.

    Usually Hampton is our go to and when the company booked our rooms I was pretty content. However I showed up and parked next to someone camping in their car, checked into my room and the a/c would not work to cool the room, and homeless people were sleeping in the entrance ways! Couldn't find the night audit in the evening. It was meh. At least I got my points.

    I had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Houston/Pasadena during a recent mommy/daughter weekend getaway. As a member of the hotel rewards program, I decided to try this hotel for the first time, and I must say, it was a pleasant experience overall. First and foremost, the location of the hotel was ideal for our plans. It was conveniently situated near the event we had scheduled, making it a practical choice for our stay. The ease of access to our intended destination was a definite plus. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. However, one minor inconvenience was the absence of a fridge in the room. It would have been convenient to have one for storing the drinks we had brought with us. Nevertheless, this was a minor detail and did not significantly impact our stay. One highlight of our stay was the complimentary breakfast. The variety and quality of the breakfast options exceeded our expectations. It was not only delicious but also served during hours that were ideal for our plans. Having a hearty breakfast before starting our day was a great way to kick things off. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were noteworthy. The beds were cozy, and the amenities provided met our needs. It's evident that the hotel takes pride in maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment for its guests. In conclusion, while there was room for improvement in terms of room amenities, our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Houston/Pasadena was enjoyable and met our needs perfectly. The convenient location, delicious breakfast, and overall pleasant experience make me inclined to return if I find myself in the area again. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality and for contributing to our memorable weekend getaway.

    Good hotel for a business trip. I stayed there for 1 night. The room was clean, service was quick and breakfast was decent. The room did feel a little old so docking a star. There are a bunch of restaurants close by. Definitely would not mind staying there for my next trip.

    Its understandable that covid brought the no daily room service. So what's the excuse for my room not being cleaned well prior to my arrival. I had to reclean my room due to it not being properly cleaned prior to my arrival. No big deal. The issue came about five days later during my stay when their was loud music obnoxiously being played and hotel staff lied about talking to other guests to lower the music so I can concentrate on my work and relax. The music kept playing until almost 11 PM which is unacceptable. After calling the front desk about 5-6times and no solution this makes me very disappointed in the service I received at this Hampton Facility. As a Lifetime Diamond member this is by far the worst Hotel experience I've had in 12 years. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

    I chose this rating because I after checking in on line I elected to have the digital key theough the application, upon arriving I went straight to my room only to find that the digital key was not working and had to go back downstairs to get physical keys. The room was big and seemed clean, but there was no refrigerator in the room. I have stayed an several Hampton Inn Hotels and they have all had mini refrigerators in the room. The next day we went to the lobby for coffee and there was none or no hot water set up. Later that evening we came back to the hotel and the coffee that was there was not even luke warm, It was cold. We asked the staff if thwy were going to make fresh coffee and they said it was to late for them to make it. Very disappointed in this hotel and the staff.

    Stayed here for a business trip 5 days and my stay was comfortable. King size bed, room was clean and quiet. Stay was on the 4th floor. Hallways were a bit warm but the room was a comfortable 69 degrees and holding. Happy with my stay.

    Bed is comfortable, hotel is pretty clean. But the layout and design prevented a 5/5. The room was spacious but the furniture sparse. And the coffee maker lives in the bathroom which is just gross.
