    My daughter plays volleyball and found Jump Lab from a friend on her team. It has been everything I hoped for and more. Best thing is,…..she wants to go and asks me daily when she’s going next! She likes the trainers and the format and how they ask you what you want to work on that day, and then they show you what to do and how best to do it. She already feels stronger and is motivated to go at least twice a week to keep improving her fitness and game! I highly recommend Jump Lab for young athletes - Ben and his team are great!

    My daughter plays volleyball as a middle blocker. Since starting Jump lab, she has greatly improved her vertical, her strength and her balance. The sessions are personalized, challenging series of exercises that are efficient and results oriented. She has definitely benefited from the jump training in a short amount of time. The trainers are highly motivating and professional. Jump Lab is critical component for improving performance in any sport. Highly recommend!

    Ben is an awesome trainer. I don’t really workout and have never really done personal training before. Jump Lab helps me achieve my physical fitness goals through personalized workouts and teaching me the proper form to correctly do them without hurting myself. Ben motivates me and pushes me by providing a safe and judgment-free environment where I can just focus on improving myself. Jump Lab specializes in training young athletes, but I also highly recommend Ben and his team for everyone who is looking for professional trainers to help them with their fitness goals whatever that may be — whether that’s to be leaner, stronger, faster, etc.

    I’ve been going to The Jump Lab for almost 3 years now, and I don’t regret it one bit. The Jump Lab has prepared me in the best way to be the college athlete I am today. My speed, agility, strength, vertical, and overall endurance has improved so much since I first stepped into the gym. Additionally, the training staff there helped me grow as a person and player, bettering my mindset, and offering a space where I can be myself.

    We are HUGE fans of Ben and the team at Jump Lab. My daughter plays volleyball, and we'd been looking for a place to help her get stronger. Jump Lab has been the perfect place for her. They are really thoughtful about understanding each athlete and tailor the workouts to their specific sport, position, and need. They are great motivators, and push them hard while making it fun and challenging. They are super flexible with gym times, and you get the feeling they're genuinely rooting for each kid's success and growth. The facility is also great. They have all the classic equipment as well as things like VertiMax platforms. It's always clean. The vibes are great - all the trainers feel excited to get the most out of ppl and everyone there wants to get better and I think that's contagious. Most importantly they get results!!! If you're on the fence, just ask one of the athletes training there and I'm sure they'll vouch for em. Highly recommend!!

    This is the best place in the area for serious young athletes to build a solid foundation and take the lead in their physical development and start focusing on their athleticism. I have already seen my daughter becomes a faster, stronger and harder worker for the past 2 months she has been with the gym. Well worth the price. All the trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging. They motivate her to make sure she is doing the moves correctly while giving out her best. I also like that they focus on injury prevention. Would recommend if you have a player who needs strength, agility and speed training.

    My daughter is a competitive soccer player and needed additional training off the ball to improve her acceleration, overall strength, and balance. Within a few weeks of focused training with Ben and his staff - the results have been remarkable! More importantly, team Quek is attuned to the minds, ambitions and challenges of young athletes and makes their experience in the gym super-relevant, positive, and impactful. The Jump Lab is a wonderful space for dedicated athletes to grow their performance confide and improve their strength and technique on the field and court!

    The Jump Lab is NOT just a gym. Our son has been going there for several years. Ben has been amazing as a coach for both the mental and physical aspects of sport specific performance training, and as a physical therapist who directed the successful rehabilitation from a serious shoulder injury. Ben is a mentor and a friend who pours his heart and soul into helping his clients. We highly recommend Ben and his team at The Jump Lab!

    In the month and a half that we have started going to Jump Lab, we have seen a difference in our son’s stamina, speed and agility. He has been making a number of beautiful runs every game often beating 2-4 defenders. Just when you think he is going to get stopped he is piling or jumping through defenders and giving off a shot on goal or a cross to his teammates. Jump Lab has helped with much more than physical training but has given him confidence in his own ability. We have loved seeing the progress he has made with Coach Ben, Syd and Mike in such a short time and look forward to seeing what he does in the coming years!

    My son is a competitive tennis player. He has been going to the Jump Lab since summer 2022 to condition his body to prevent injuries, increase his strengths, speed and agility. Coach Ben and his team have been very responsive and attentive to his needs. We like the ease of scheduling session. My son also always looks forward to going to Jump Lab. We are seeing great results and highly recommend this gym!

    Jump Lab is really a unique place for younger athletes. Ben and his team have done an incredible job working with my son (10 years old) over the last year. His speed and explosiveness have been completely transformed and he's never felt more confident on the lacrosse field. He loves going to training sessions and the results are clear. Ben really cares about the kids and it shows in how much they enjoy Jump Lab.

    If I could give Jump Lab 10 stars I would. My daughter has been going to Jump Lab for almost 4 years. We started going to Ben to rehab my daughter's knee. Ben knew exactly what she needed to strengthen her knee and prevent any injuries. 4 years later and my daughter still goes to Jump Lab at least twice a week and has been injury free thanks to Ben's training. She is stronger than she has ever been. All her workouts are tailored specifically to her and to her sport...basketball. Ben has not only strengthened her physically but also mentally. His whole team is great support. I honestly cannot say enough great things about Jump Lab. Highly highly recommend Jump lab for any athletes.

    My son (12) has been training at the Jump Lab for over a year now and I see a significant improvement in his ability to jump during basketball games and an overall improvement in his strength! I love working with Ben…he is super nice and friendly, and he is flexible with scheduling sessions. The facility is well equipped and clean. I give Ben and The Jump Lab two thumbs up!!

    The Jump Lab is an incredible place to help meet your child’s athletic goals. Coach Ben and his staff are fun yet caring and have created a family environment.They work hard to help deliver measurable goals. My daughter has gotten stronger and has increased her vertical jump significantly. She will not miss a single workout which was not the case prior to starting at The JumpLab. I am grateful that she runs many of her concerns by Coach Ben. He has been instrumental in giving her pep talks and advice and he continues to help her with the mental aspect of being a competitive athlete. It has made all the difference for my daughter in just a few short months. Well worth the investment.

    When I first started Jump Lab I felt low & weak. Now, 48 sessions later I literally feel stronger & happier. Not only did it help my health, but my mental health too. Syd & Ben are awesome personal trainers. Thank you Syd for being motivational even when I thought I couldn't do it! Jump Lab is an amazing place to achieve success!! Love to you all!!!!

    My son had his first appointment at The Jump Lab today, and I was impressed with everything they had to offer. The trainer he met with was awesome--she was enthusiastic and warm and I could see how natural she must be with the young athletes she works with. I'm so happy I found such any easygoing, yet professional environment for my son to train and grow. He's looking forward to the next sessions we've booked!
