The rave reviews piqued my interest in this place. Exceptional is an understatement! The common areas and my room was clean, outfitted with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kitchenette, toaster, and utensils. What a great value, especially when traveling with family. First this particular adventure I was solo and here on business. I still appreciate all those amenities. Breakfast was included and it was quite satisfying. Pretty decent options. I used the digital key feature on the Hilton app which was great & convenient! Eduardo and the other front desk staff were awesome!I'll be back on my next trip to Pasadena and will use Home2suites more frequently on my future adventures! Thanks.

Great experience at the Home 2 Suites by Hilton Pasadena. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was very clean, well kept and included all the features we needed for our stay (refrigerator/freezer, full kitchenette, plenty of storage, etc.). Both queen beds were clean and comfortable and the free continental breakfast was very decent. Overall a great value stay and great experience. Would certainly recommend and return.

I've stayed here a few times and have never had a complaint at anytime. Staff has always been friendly and very engaging. Rooms have always been clean and comfortable. Breakfast has always been stocked with a great variety. When I am in the area, this is the first choice for an overnight stay. Even though it is by the beltway, our rooms have always been super quiet.

This hotel is great! Drew at the front desk is awesome and funny. We drive across the country every year and he is the best front desk employee we have met. Hotel is great 👍🏻 Clean and spacious. The couches in the rooms could use replacement just from wear but the room was still great. Definitely recommend.

Everything is excellent. Every dollar worth it. Service, accommodations, cleanliness, staff, and facilities. My family and I felt at home. We definitely would be back soon. We visited some hotels in the area only to have headaches. If you don't want to struggle with your family in other hotels, go to this. 100% recommended.

This was my second time staying here. I LOVE this hotel. The staff is lovely. Rooms are clean. Fridge, microwave, and even dishes! Their Breakfast is nice, too. The amenities and lobby are chic and fantastic. They even have a security guard patrolling at night. I've yet to feel unsafe here and it's my new go-to in Houston.

The location is convenient, it’s an easy on and off of the freeway. There are nearby grocery stores and restaurants not too far down the road. The building was in good shape. The lobby was nice. I was greeted by the front desk every single time I walked in. My room was as I expected, which looked identical to the website when booking. The bathroom was a little small but not terrible. The breakfast was ok but crowded.

Not bad, not great, was there a week. Typical hotel. The place is a bit dated for a Hilton. But still it was clean and the staff was very friendly. Had a full size fridge and microwave sink and dishwasher. No stove or cooktop which was available from the front desk. They cleaned the room on the 4th day there. Pretty sure they will clean it every day if you ask. My work paid for it all, so I can't complain.

Great value. Excellent staff and upkeep. Rooms and property were clean and well maintained. You can tell the staff care and are good at their jobs. Harder to stay at if no car due to location. Hotel-airport shuttle isn’t 24/7 but runs from around 5am into the night. Not many/any food options nearby.

The location of this hotel is convenient, and the staff is friendly and nice. The room is clean and neat. No EV chargers here, which is quite different from Home2 Suite by Hilton in other locations, and hope some will be installed in the future. We checked in on a Saturday, and one of the elevator was not working. The Hilton app allows to check in online, but it did not work this time. The AC is loud enough to wake me up at night, so I take one star away.

This is my second time staying. Rooms have always been clean and are taken care of. Staff is always friendly. Hotel is quiet and far enough away from highway to not hear it. Breakfast is better than most hotels. Will always stay here when in the area!
