This hotel is very well suited for long stays: it has a great continental breakfast (lots of healthy options), spacious rooms, and well stocked kitchenettes. The only downside is that the hotel is right next to a highway and sound proofing isn’t the best so you can hear the sound of traffic all the time. The gym could also use a few more machines. Overall if noises don’t bother you, this play is perfect.

Staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent stay. Breakfast was better than other hotels in the same category. Would definitely stay here again.

Service and location are great. Room is also clean and comfortable. However, the NOISE is the reason I give 3 starts. Once we turn off all lights and almost fell asleep, the machine noise (I’m not sure it was the AC engine in our room, or something else) suddenly woke us up. I turned off our AC but the noise was still there. And it went on and off all night!!! It was as noisy as if there were a generator in the room. We didn’t sleep well all night.

Hubby got his parents a room here this weekend who were visiting from out of town. We were able to get a room that accommodates disabled without a problem. Everything was fine except the bunch of kids and people that were staying for some t ball tournament that they were involved in. They took over the pool/ grill area, which sucked for us who were trying to enjoy the pool. And to top it off, my brother in laws truck got broken into, as well, along with a couple of other vehicles. The staff helped, and a police report was filed. Things overall were ok, but I don't think we'll be placing them at this hotel next time they visit.

Great room but the price was 176 with taxes and there was 200 taken out of my account. Called to confirm why my receipt said one thing but was kept on the phone for over five minutes twice. Do not stay here and check your account if you have.

Clean rooms, newer buildind, and nice service. The breakfast is good. I would definitely stay here again.

On a business trip down here and ended up a great stay. This was the 2nd residence I stayed at on the trip and this was probably the nicer of the two. The other one in Katy had a full stove which is nice for meals. This one had a better location.

Close to everywhere I need to be. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Lots of shopping and food choices nearby. Definitely worth the stay.

Dont make a reservation unless you know for sure whats your plan. I arrived at the Residence Inn the week before Labor day - I had made my reservations back in May. Arrived and the elevator was down, had been down for 3 days already and they had me located on the 3rd floor. I was due to say for 5 nights and had was just 6 weeks out from a total hip replacement - climbing 3 flights of steps multiple times per day for 5 days was physically impossible and they wanted me to carry my bags up those stairs. I had proof that this was a fresh surgery and anyone with a brain in their head knew stairs were still an impossibility. Residence refused to refund the cost of my stay and I had to pay for 5 nights in their broken down hotel that I couldn't use and pay for 5 nights in another hotes - I WILL NEVER EVER STAY IN A MARRIOT AGAIN - I'LL SLEEP IN MY CAR RATHER THAN GIVE THEM ANOTHER DIME!!!!!
