The office staff is very nice and organized. Dr. Pacheco is very attentive and explains everything to you in detail. Francis the hygienist in my opinion is the best you’re going to get to clean your teeth. She is very thorough. If you have never been here don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it.

I went to Blue Door Dental today for the first time and couldn’t be more happy with how incredible the experience was. From Anna-Maria at the front desk being so welcoming, to Lily doing my x-rays, Dr Pacheco himself- I’ve never felt more comfortable at a dentists office in my life. I have to have a bit of work done and dare I say I’m actually excited for the upcoming appointments?!

It’s hard being enthusiastic about anything dental, but Blue Door deserves a grin. The teeth cleaning was quite pleasantly done, hello, for real. Dr Thomas Pacheco is a young family man, but seems to be master of new tech dentistry and he has an easy breezy manner which is helpful. the staff is sweet, patient, efficient, seemingly unflappable. I also like the art on the walls. I’m an old timer and suspicious of new and new fangled, but so far so good.

Dr. Pacheco and his team are the best! I came here for the first time since before Covid and was a little nervous for my appointment after going without a visit for years. The staff was so kind and patient, Dr. Pacheco asked thoughtful questions regarding my teeth sensitivity, and created an easy action plan to help tackle my pain. The space itself is gorgeous, classic Pasadena charm, with natural light and a garden view while you get your cleaning. Highly recommend coming here if you’ve been putting off a visit and want to feel comfortable!

I had some pain in my lower gum and jaw and needed an emergency dental visit. Dr. Pacheco was able to squeeze me in within 30 min of my call. He has a lovely space in Pasadena and the staff are professional and delightful. I liked Dr. Pacheco so much I'm considering transferring my care from my current dentist. His evaluation was thorough and thoughtful and his demeanor is gentle but professional and competent. So grateful to him and his team. Was out in and out in 45 min.

Have long been a patient of this practice and was excited when Dr. Angelos sold it to Dr. Pacheco. He is highly qualified and personable. In addition, he has a great team working with him.
