So I tore my Achilles back in April and felt pretty depressed about it. I thought I wasn’t going to be the same anymore when it comes to playing sports. Then I came across California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy, in Torrance. When I first walked in, I didn’t really know what to expect but I just went along with it. I eventually met all the staff members as I continuously attended my appointments. Honestly, these are some of the greatest people I’ve ever met. They made me feel reassured that I’ll make a 100% full recovery. They are attentive and provide the best professional guidance you can ask for. They hold me accountable in making sure I try my best with each exercise they provide me. I’m still far from 100% recovery, but I know with this supportive team, I’ll get there in no time. I couldn’t have asked for a better support system! Thank you to all the PT’s and all the assistants that have helped me. I appreciate all your hard work! Keep it up guys!

I have really enjoyed my sessions at California sports rehab and sports therapy. The staff really maximizes on the space that they have to work with. There are multiple sections for similar workouts, a long with the appropriate equipment. The staff is very keen on maintaining cleanliness by wiping down the tables and workout equipment once a patient is finished using it. Also, I have never had to wait for a piece of equipment to become available. My favorite aspect of this location, is how well the staff work with each other and helps each out. Their teamwork makes the operation work smoothly. They also work very well with all the patients. The staff thinks we'll on their feet and open to guidance from senior members. Their conversations with the patients and my self made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I have never walked in for an appointment with our seeing a smile. This type of patient care even extends to the very nice girl working the front desk. Now, why the 4/5 stars? I would like the staff to continue to find ways to be better. I have no negative thoughts or feelings, just want them to keep working to better their operations and themselves. This is truly a great place for physical and emotional rehab.

I highly recommend California Rehabilitation for their outstanding services and very professional staffs. All of the staffs who handled me are so caring, supportive and knows how to deals with your case. All of the exercises they gave me really helps me a lot. Thank you so much Now I can say that my shoulder is back to normal.

I have been a client for over 6 months following rotator cuff surgery. The staff here are excellent and professional. They take the time to find out what your goals are and develop an exercise regimen to help you achieve them. Alex, my primary therapist, was awesome as were the other physical therapists. My shoulder has made a full recovery and feels great. I am very appreciative for the excellent care I received there. If I need physical therapy in the future, I will return.

This review is long overdue so I will keep this review short & sweet. I only had one, less than optimal session with one of the therapists. I should have spoken up, however, to their defense, they may have thought my injury was severe so they weren’t as aggressive as I wanted them to be. Other than that, I looked forward to each of my sessions! I was able to “graduate” quite fast and I continue to utilize the exercises that were taught to me. I have been recommending my colleagues to their office as a back up in the event they are unhappy with their office. Good work & good people at California Rehab and Sports Therapy.

Everyone at California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy, the staff and team are great. In my long journey back to recovery from two separate work injuries, I have had nothing short of consistent professional work. My main therapist was Ernest but I have to give a big shout to Kyle and Alex. I really appreciate your patience and care in helping me in recovery. For many years I’ve been fortunate to have this center helping me to obtain strength, movement, healing and a better understanding of what it takes to reach the personal goal to be better then when I came in each session. Ernest, Kailea, receptionist and all the staff are incredible nice 😊 very welcoming. When you leave this place you can’t wait to comeback again because of the great atmosphere when you are there. Mom it’s 85 years old, broke her right shoulder and 7 fractures n her back and she is doing sooo much better Thank God🙏 The Good exercises and Great atmosphere helped her a lot. God Bless Them ❤️🙏
