They did an awesome job with my grandmothers necklace they fixed it in less the 2 hours and were very nice. Was cheap to fix to and they cleaned up the necklace as well. I will totally be going again!!

I need a name on my bracelet . I asked the men if he had any pictures of their work to see if I liked any with the letters together, the ones they were showing me it was just ABC’s . He said didn’t have any pictures of their work for me to just try imagine the letters together because I had ask if I could see the name I need it on a paper before it was done. He said no , also he kept standing there and then said “when your ready let me know, I’m too busy”. The women was in the back and when he went back there they exchanged a few words about it and she came out to try to help me , at that point I was ready to go & I did.
