I
had
taken
my
Star
Wars
Pandora
bracelet
to
Pandora
@
Baybrook
Mall
to
have
it
fixed
or
replaced
due
to
the
clasp
not
closing
correctly.
I
was
advised
that
anything
over
a
year
from
purchase
couldn’t
be
addressed
&
was
directed
to
Fast
Fix
with
a
10%
off
coupon
&
walked
over
there,
yes
they
were
friendly
&
yes
they
took
the
time
to
look
@
my
bracelet
but
advised
me
that
it
would
normally
cost
$40
to
“fix”
but
they
would
do
better
than
10%
&
charge
$30.
I
know
nothing
about
jewelry
repair
so
I
agreed
to
them
moving
forward.
I
was
then
advised
that
I’d
have
to
come
back
the
following
day
to
pick
it
up
bcuz
they’re
so
busy.
I
don’t
live
near
Baybrook
so
that
wouldn’t
have
been
feasible
so
I
declined
the
work
to
look
for
something
closer
to
me.
The
following
day
I
looked
for
a
jewelry
repair
place
expecting
to
pay
somewhere
between
$25-$40
and
came
across
Frank
&
Sons
Jewelry
off
Fairmont
&
was
helped
by
a
gentleman
named
Paul.
He
looked
over
the
bracelet
went
to
the
back
&
no
more
than
10
mins
later
came
back
with
a
perfectly
fixed
bracelet
that
could
close.
I
happily
pulled
my
wallet
out
ready
to
pay
&
he
told
me
there
would
be
no
charge.
I
was
shocked
&
asked
why
&
even
said
no
you
did
a
job
please
let
me
pay
for
that
job
&
he
proceeded
to
tell
me
that
it
was
no
fix
just
a
minor
bend
that
took
no
effort
or
time
to
fix.
I
was
shocked,
not
at
Fast
Fix
trying
to
pull
a
fast
one
&
making
it
seem
that
it
was
a
big
enough
“fix”
to
charge
what
they
were
charging
but
for
trying
to
force
me
to
pick
up
the
bracelet
the
following
day
when
it
literally
took
about
6
mins
to
actually
fix.
I
was
shocked
that
there
are
still
businesses
that
believe
in
providing
excellent
customer
service
that
actually
goes
beyond
what
is
expected.
I’m
telling
you,
If
you
need
jewelry
purchase
or
repair
anything
&
have
time
to
make
it
to
Frank
&
Sons
Jewelry
in
Pasadena,
do
yourself
a
favor
and
do
so
and
ask
for
Paul.
Thank
you
Paul
&
Frank
&
Sons!!!
