Such a neat place to take your kids! I love that they were focused on nature. The grounds were beautiful and had alot to do outside. The food was really good, and allowed for mobile ordering which was very convenient.

Next to the Pasadena Rose bowl is a nice place for your kids to burn some energy. Overall there are lot of things kids can do here and parents can come sit and relax and enjoy the California weather. They have a snack shop and activities that the staff present.

Loved this museum! Spent 4 hours here over Halloween wknd and loved it! So much to do and loads of fun. We tried every activity in the outdoor area, all physics related and so much fun! They also have indoor activities, we saw some snakes and checked out the Mighty Build but it was quite small and didn’t appeal to our 7 year old. Didn’t try the cafe but staff did tell me that they do cater for allergies, they had GF items but we didn’t try them. You have to pre-book tickets and your entry time slot. Masks worn throughout and staff ensures everyone complies. Overall, definitely worth a visit!

This place is wonderful for children. Great to spend the whole day outside with your kids. Different places to play. The whole place is clean and tidy. However not much shaded place outside.

I grew up coming here as a kid and it’s so fun to be able to take my own kids here to play. There’s so many areas of different of activities and are really interactive. There’s an outdoor water area so bring towels, swimsuits and SPF. Plenty of parking around. I’d recommend bringing your own lunch/snacks. When we went they ran out of of most menu items and the wait was pretty long. I didn’t buy our tickets in advance and luckily there was no wait for us. The staff are friendly and everything is well maintained and clean. Lots of fun and hours of play!

We were so excited to come here and then it was packed. What is the point of the timed entry tickets when they let tons of people in? Plus no covid vaccination checks even though there's inside spaces. A 3 year old kid shouldn't be expected to wait in a line 10 minutes to use an outside activity to push a button. It was such a bummer. It looked super fun if we could have done much. Maybe lessen the amount of tickets per timeslot.

Bathrooms were clean the environment was neat and organized and clean. Service was exceptional. Tons of stuff todo with the entire family from all ages. Bring your own snacks and drinks and change of clothes and towel for the kids to get wet in some areas where it is available. Make time at least 4 to 6 hours here. They have filter water stations to refill your water bottles for free so awesome 👌 👏 👍. Staff is everywhere so awesome helpful and kind. As a parent of 7 we really enjoyed ourselves and tons of great memories of this museum. Also a great place even for a date, great interaction plenty of stuff todo to incorporate with each other. We definitely spread the word to other families and our friends about this place. When you arrive you'll see a big park so don't get discouraged the museum is to the back side of the park. Hope my review helps many families.

Free entry monthly by reservation on website, paid daily entry or annual membership regular days. Clean and educational environments for kids and families! Love that there are indoor and outdoor activities that allow for independent exploration with information nearby, self guided. Frequently refreshed with seasonal activities in the arts and crafts and outdoor areas. Typically open daily but always check the website or call as they may be installing new features and be closed for a day or more. Multiple restrooms available with kid size sinks. Snack bar and designated eating area available near the entry. Plenty of parking adjacent to the Rose Bowl aquatic center. Also a nice park/walking area outside the entrance, great for longer evening walks and getting the kids’ energy out. Comment if you find the pirate ship!

Now that the inside its closed(i went in July) its only outdoor only. No misters, not enough umbrellas. The kids have to do the activities in the burning sun & as u can see on the pictures there is shade. Don't go! Wait till they open the inside. Or just wait till summer is over.

What a great way to enjoy your day or half day. Make sure you give time to see all the spots they have to offer! Minimum 2 hours. Pack a snack. They have food also. In the outside area they have a water fall where the kids can go in it. Bring change on clothes. Let your kids have Fun!!!

Its a nice place for kids. Very educational. Its a bit small since all the indoor is close. We went during the bubble theme and it was really nice!! Make sure kids take extra clothes because im sure they will want to get in the water. Staff were friendly and were making sure people followed the Covid-19 guidelines

When visiting I’m the summer: bring lots and lots of water, snacks and a swim suit for the kids. The indoor play/learning area is not well cooled, and there is very little space for adults to sit while the children play. My child loves to play pretend and loved all the places to go and hide or explore as part of her games. The crafting area was really cool, too. The materials are open and available for anything the children want to create without limits or prescribed art assignments.

So this place is kind of small and the activities are nothing fancy BUTTTTT do not knock it before you try it! Tickets were fair and the kids had a blast!! Nothing fancy but so many little things to do and the little shows they had were so cute. Plus a water area in the back! Definitely worth a visit.

Took my granddaughter, she had a great time. Staff politely reminds everyone to keep masks on (correctly). Perfect for small kids. Older than 5 or 6 would be bored.

I love it. Have tons of both outdoor and indoor activities to keep kids off the screen. One of my kids grew into appropriate age to visit this place and I was excited. Summer was pretty hot, kids pretty bored so we headed out there. Well, we had a good time! Started with ant maze and explored enitr museum top to bottom. Recommended place to take your kids 3-7

Kids Space in Pasadena is an absolute gem for families! We recently visited with our children, and it was an unforgettable experience. The variety of interactive exhibits and activities kept our kids entertained and engaged for hours on end. The facility is well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially loved the outdoor play area, which is perfect for burning off some energy. It's a great place to foster creativity and curiosity in children. While we did notice that it can get quite warm on sunny days, we didn't let that dampen our spirits. We came prepared with sunscreen, hats, and plenty of water, and it was smooth sailing from there. It's a small trade-off for all the enjoyment Kids Space offers. In summary, we can't recommend Kids Space in Pasadena highly enough. It's a fantastic destination for families, and we'll definitely be visiting again soon!

This place is better than Disneyland and so much more affordable and where kids really do go have fun and make forever memories. The staff is great and friendly and helpful. There is so much to do there. My granddaughters 2 & 3 never were bored or asked to go home. Great time can’t wait to go again!

Kidspace is incredible for a wide range of ages. The science activities in the front are best for older kids, but towards the back there is a pond and a sand box and mini farm where toddlers can dig toy vegetables. There’s an indoor playscape / climbing gym, but most everything is outside- so it’s best when the weather is nice out.

Awesome place 4.5 stars really. If the property was just a little bigger I give it a 5. Mostly outdoors with 1 indoor activity building. Lots of place to sit and relax outside to eat snacks. Kids 2-10 years old will love it. Place to play in a stream, dress up, pretend camp, science stuff. Food is about $12 for small sandwiches

Amazing space for kids! There is so much to see. If you’re going on a hot day, definitely bring water shoes and a towel to let your little one get wet in the arroyo river area. With covid and emerging diseases being a concern, it’s lovely that 60% of the activities/exhibits are outdoors.

Great educational/fun experience. Venue is prepared to handle a big crowd. Buy tickets in advance and plan your visit at the website before going. Perfect for families and children. There is a play area before entering the premises, which allows kids to experience forces/levers/physics. Once you are in, there and opportunities for fun and knowledge. Past the structure, there is a trail with a small creek, an area when toddlers and kids play drive tricycles a giant birds nest to play and lots more.

We’ve been to this place twice this month and had such a wonderful experience both times. We met one of the staff members named Theo and we have only spent a short time talking with him but we absolutely adore him. It was closing time and he took a moment to show our son one last thing before we left to help make the departure a little easier for him. We loved the sock skating area and the winter themed stations for the kids to play in. For a place that constantly has kids running around, they do a great job of keeping things pretty clean and looking good. I highly recommend this for anyone that has young kids to keep entertained for hours!

I took my kids a couple times before they did some remodels and the kids always had a blast. They have no remodeled some of the outdoor activities and even added a few! I think the price point is perfect for what you get. We don’t live nearby or we would become members.

FOR 2-5 YEAR-OLDS Great facilities but took my 7yo niece for a visit and she was way too big for most of the attractions and most of the other visitors were probably between 2-4. Hand wash stations are everywhere. Bathroom facilities are too few and small but clean. Benches and other seating areas are available. Parking section is a short distance from the entrance.

What a fun place to be! There’s so many intriguing areas to choose here, in order to learn. And that makes learning that much more fun! The last time I brought my toddler was 3 years ago and it was interesting for her then, but now that she is over 4, she actually gets more involved and hands on. I think this is a place for children over 4. Just my opinion. Because they are old enough to know what’s going on. The staff is so friendly and happy to help. We were there for almost 4 hours and it was even easier to get my daughter out by closing time when she saw the ice cream vendor. Only problem is the annoying flea market at the Rose Bowl was an eyesore and very annoying because of the crowds but other than that, I highly recommend this place.

Great place to take the kids. There is an inside play area that is designed like a ant tunnel with a caged area above ground to climb. So many different learning activities as well as ways for them to physically run and move around. The kids were having so much fun, definitely worth getting a membership!

  • 5/5 Joanna P. 1 year ago on Google
Such a COOL experience for the kids! They close at 5, & very strict about everyone exiting the park at 5. Because there are a lot of exhibits & activities, I would recommend at least giving yourself a few hours time to enjoy.

  • 4/5 Pedro D. 1 year ago on Google
This place is great, my kids enjoyed it a lot. However, it rained today and the outside explore areas were closed due to a hazard (leaves covering the stream). I bet this place is great outdoors in warmer weather. We came here because my toddler saw Blippi come here and I’d thought it would be cool to venture out. Parking is huge, right next to the Rose Bowl so plan accordingly. Plenty of things to keep infants and toddlers entertained at least a few hours

  • 5/5 Aries Simone S. 2 years ago on Google
Great space!! Various activities and my kid didn’t want to leave. Only negative thing is that a few employees were ignoring my kid

  • 5/5 Nicole S. 1 year ago on Google
There are so many fun activities for kids! Everything is based on STEAM learning! Everyone had so much fun we even ended up getting a membership!

  • 5/5 Allison B. 2 years ago on Google
We came here with our extended family and two nieces (3 1/2 and 4 months old). This is truly a special place. Love the outdoor spaces, hands on fun, and learning through play. The staff here is absolutely amazing. Two staff members helped our niece build a domino train with blocks; another led a spirited story time for any kids who wanted to join. They also have pop up art tents with various crafting projects for the kids to do. They have creative building materials and indoor climbing spaces as well. I was so impressed with how much the staff goes above and beyond to engage with the kids. It really adds to the experience. My sister in law said that themes and some activities are changed every couple months as well. I can't say enough good things about this place.
