I love their food! It’s healthy, but tastes good at the same time! I like the Chef’s special! Always on point with their menu! I enjoy their Hibiscus tea as well! Drinks that are not alcohol is refillable. Even their sparkling water is free! Get your drinks in a to go cup.

This review is based off an Uber eats experience and even with a delivery the food was excellent. By far the best way to enjoy their meals is in their dining area. Today I had to get it delivered and I ordered a romaine Caesar salad with steak, a side of fried chicken and salmon. The Caesar salad was delicious and the steak strips were perfectly seasoned and also very tasty. The fried chicken pierces were my favorites of the dish and the salmon was also on point. This spot is definitely one of my favorite restaurants and their selection of food is excellent. I highly recommend this spot but be aware that Parking is limited to the street and peak times can be hard to park anywhere, but worth it when you can go.

Haven’t been here in awhile but it hasn’t changed (in a good way). Parking is the difficult part but there is plenty of seating inside. It’s clean and inviting inside. I like the lighting and always love their decor! I usually get their steak but this time got the Falafel and it was good! I especially liked the garlic sauce. It was a perfect environment for catching up with my friend for a few hours.

I'm staying in Pasadena and I really wanted something healthy, but I also I'm over how expensive room service is and didn't feel like a sit-down restaurant. So I ordered an advance I walked down there, I'm a little disappointed that I got there 5 minutes before I was supposed to pick up and it was already waiting. Because by the time I got home it had clearly been sitting for longer than the 5 minute walk home. Which is the only reason why it didn't get five stars, things had started to get cold. And I don't have a microwave in my room. I got the mashed potatoes which were lovely and delicious and I just wish that they were warmer. The steak mid rare was cooked better than I've had it cooked midwear at some fine dining establishments which is awesome because I only paid $14 for this mid rare. And the seasonal vegetables which I'm really happy I got I got brussel sprouts and carrots and sweet potatoes and it was a really nice mix again a little cold. I also wish that the Brussels sprouts had been cut they were whole and that's a lot to deal with with a plastic knife.

Fantastic concept for a healthy “on the go” restaurant. Easily the most delicious order at the counter restaurant I’ve ever dined at before. All of their dishes are made with high quality ingredients and plated by employees who are chef caliber and seem to put care into each order.

Food was great and up to the quality standards of every other Tender Greens I’ve been to. I am giving it 1 star for the upkeep of the interior. Tables were sticky and there was trash on the seats of the booths. It was warmer inside then outside on a summer day.

Food used to be top notch! However,last two times I went food was cold, super small portions and just overall taste meh. Whatever they have been doing now adays needs to stop, this place used be my go to and a frequent recommender to friends and family. Now it is absolute RUBBISH.

I passed by and decided to try their plates. It ordered tuna plate and my friend ordered salmon plate. I tried both. Tuna was upscale, salmon also was great. There was one but ... too much vinegar. Next time I’ll definitely stop by to try something else. Portions are really good - bigger than average in the area and price policy is also great. Highly recommend

Elevated, fresh and healthy fast casual option worth the occasional splurge. Very spacious and inviting. Tried their agua fresca drink (refreshing ginger flavor, not too sweet) as well as their pacific bowl with salmon. Spicy mayo dressing paired well with the ingredients and the salmon was cooked perfectly. Generous portions too. Good choice for grab and go in the area.

Food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this eatery. Ingredients were fresh. Food was prepared and served in a reasonable amount of time. I had the mint lemonade drink. They offer refills as well. We sat outside and it was a little warm. Not enough umbrellas for table shade.

I always loved Tender Greens and ordered my usual salmon plate. It was a bit undercooked for my liking so I gave it back and asked for a new one. The team took it in with a smile and told me to wait outside. A few minutes later, they brought me a brand new plate. Really great and cheerful staff to help me - thank you!

I love Tender Greens! The staff are really friendly. The food is super fresh and delicious. My favorite is the steak plate and the olive oil cake. They don't take cash so don't forget your bank card.

Are you a salad lover? If yes, then this is the place for you! They have a great variety of salads to choose from. Some of my faves are the Tuna Nicoise & Steak. You won’t be disappointed!! This place was so much better a few years ago. The food took forever to be brought to us and everyone behind the counter seemed to be messing around and chatting. The food was ok, it wasn’t very large of a portion compared to what it used to be and it wasn’t very exciting.

I went ahead and gave this place 2 stars, number one they do not take cash and I don’t recall seeing any post advising that, also their portions are ridiculously small the Santa Monica location is definitely worth the drive their portions are perfect! Lastly, the wine cup I was served was dirty and to be honest not fulfilling, I would definitely recommend the Santa Monica location over Pasadena.

Great salads and fast service

I’ve enjoyed a handful of meals from here and they all have been superb. Their Chinese chicken salad is amazing when I was pregnant and craving one, their other salads have all been so tasty and fresh.

First off, I usually love Tender Greens and I think each location is different. The Pasadena tender greens used to be great and had phenomenal service. Now it’s terrible. The portion sizes are small, the service is terrible. I had to wait an hour and a half to get my food at the restaurant. Even after they handed me my food they forgot my 2nd order of protein and I to wait further. They ended up putting my 2nd order of protein in someone else’s to go bag and if I didn’t go up and ask after 20 more minutes of waiting they wouldn’t have gave it to me. They didn’t offer to refill my drink or any sort of compensation for the time spent. Sad to say this tender greens is no longer great.

Their food is sooooooo good, always so fresh and delicious and good service. Their drinks are so tasty and fresh too. Just all around great quality and taste. I love tender greens.

Was heading home from a meeting and craved a good salad. Have had good experiences at other Tender Greens locations so stopped at this one. The good: the flavors of both the soup and the salad I got were pretty good. The not good: the place didn’t feel clean. Floors are dirty, bathroom is dingy. Service took forever, about half an hour to get a salad and a cup of soup. When it finally did come out, the tuna looked very weird. Wasn’t fully cooked like albacore, wasn’t seared like traditional tuna. Sort of a glistening white and mushy in the middle. Not even sure it was tuna.

Just go to Sweet Green instead. Better service and food. We ordered our food to go and we kept waiting meanwhile everyone kept getting their food even though we were first in line. We had to remind them twice. Once we had our food no napkins, utensils, or the extra sauce we ordered. Also the bathroom had no toilet paper and paper towels.

The last that I visited here was about 5 years ago. Still a good salad with a choice of proteins. The service and quality, while still good, has slipped from being great. With a little effort, they can be great again I am sure!

Horrible service from staff who seemed to not care at all. Half the menu was out of stock. Charged extra because they had to modify order because they didn’t have things. Ahi tuna smelled like death and looked like jello. Overpriced. $120 for 4 people. Small portions which was fine because food was stale. Silverware buckets had mold. Every table was sticky. Desserts were served cold and they wouldn’t warm them up. I try to never leave a bad review but every step of the experience was a disaster and they didn’t seem to care.

Healthy and good food. They use to have an Asian salad that was really good but took it off the menu. Chicken with salt and pepper is so yummy and the mashed potatoes are really good. The hibiscus tea is really good.

I love Tender Greens and this location is on my weekly rotation. Food is great. Portion is smaller than SM location. I give them 3 stars because in the last few weeks I’ve found hair in my food twice! HAIR! It was disgusting! I know you’re busy but not serving hair to customers is pretty basic. Please require your staff to wear hairnet!

Fried chicken needed some seasoning but the crunch made up for it lol. Vegan salad was bomb!!

Ordered a chicken katsu bowl. They served me a paper thin breast...literally it was all friend bread crumbs. The fact that we dont have the luxury to eat inside should be an automatic given to make sure you are providing quality food to your customers. We can't stay and complain about the food, we only find out the poor quality of the food once we drove back home and are about to eat. Ruined experiance Ruined appetite, waste of my time and money.... I literally buy lunch 2xs a week in here, but after this,I will no longer eat here. The fact that the staff tried getting away by serving such poor quality of food and not being proactive and avoid this inconvenience speaks volumes.

My chicken katsu was over cooked to an almost black color and the salmon was chewy and had a strange flavor. Their menu options have been drastically reduced as well. No way we’re ordering from them again. Ever. Well maybe if they get their act together after the pandemic.

This was not one of the better Tender Greens I've been to, the food was not had a very good temperature, there was no Crispiness to the chicken, the mashed potatoes were very loose almost liquidy in texture.
