Staff was fabulous. Atmosphere pleasant. Food good. A nice respite from my day

This is a fantastic hamburger chain. It's Santa Barbara's equivalent of In n Out Burger. I got a Double Charburger with Fries and they were both hot and fresh. The staff is friendly and free parking in lot. Easy in-app ordering for takeout too

When it comes to burger, I like to get mine at Habit Burger. The original double burger is my favorite. I always order this with their onion ring and a drink to go with the burger. The char broil taste of the burger is amazing.This is what differentiates Habit from other burger joints. You just order their legendary onion ring too to go with your meal. Despite hyper inflation on everything, Habit still keeps its Burger prices the same. Fo a full meal with fries and a drink, the price comes at a very affordable $12. Next time when you are having burger craving, check Habit Burger out. This is not a commercial, just my personal preference.

Been to this location twice. Food is good, no-fuss service, and really quick. Thought I had to wait, but I barely had enough time to grab my soda before I had to pick up my food. AWESOME! My suggestion to the restaurant, foil paper for to-go orders would be better at keeping temperatures warm. Wax paper wrapping for the burgers could still be used for in-store orders to save money.

California girl through and through, but I will take a Santa Barbara Char or Mushroom Char over In n Out almost any day of the week. Don't judge me; this is one girl's opinion. I always get onion rings with their homemade ranch. DELICIOUS!

Even though this looks like a fast food joint, their burger quality is as good as gourmet. I usually get their double char or ahi tuna sandwich. They cook the tuna medium rare which is what I love.

I love this place. I don't come here often but the way they do burgers here is different. When you come, you'll know and understand. One of my favorite burger places. Customer service is always great. Will keep coming back.

I had a Burger combo, it was very good. Mostly I like the interior of this restaurant. It is very specious and modern. We can just sit and relax while having the food. I really liked it.

The food is consistent with other locations. The bathroom here has been dirty every time I have used it. Considering how busy this location tends tonget, service is still quick in my experience.

I ordered onion rings from the Habit in Pasadena , The evening work crew never gets the order right. I requested them to please do not overcook my onion rings, and of course, they are so overcooked that they will cut your mouth and cut your gums. When they are that overdone, they don't even taste like onion rings, They taste like oil from the deep fryer. Very disappointing. There is always someone at the register who doesn't know what they are doing , and really, the manager is like a kid. And he doesn't know how to handle when an issue comes up, and the young man's very rude. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

My friend and i really enjoyed how clean the restaurant was, the lighting was bright, and the food we ordered was delicious. We will be back! PS: the staff was nice and courteous. Parking great.

The Habit Burger Grill is an American fast casual restaurant chain that specializes in charbroiled hamburgers. Excellent burger! Fresh green salad, daily handmade lemonade! Customer service is good and fast. Restroom is clean.Nice patio if you prefer to sit outside.

One of my favorite burgers. Eating at the store it has always been good, but if you order delivery they seem to have a real problem getting your order right. I have now had multiple times where I have had to request a refund from DoorDash because something was not cooked right. Tonight the order was wrong and missing an item, even though what should have been on the bag was clearly stated on the receipt stapled to the outside. Getting a refund is expected, but I would much rather just get the food I ordered and not have to waste time chatting with customer support. The manager of this location really needs get the staff to pay better attention to make sure what they are putting in the bag is what is listed on the receipt.

it's a good burger. I get t the Santa Barbara char I recommend adding bacon I ran out of fries and ordered a 2nd order. the food is delicious.

I love the Habit. But I had a bad experience at the the one on Foothill Blvd in Pasadena, I will never go back. They don't even deserve a one star. I've gone twice but this last time the meat was raw. You could see the blood coming out. We told them and they gave me another burger but when we got home it was raw as well. Could not return because they were closed. The service is not great either. Employees look like they don't want to be there. Sad! Don't work in fast food if you don't like serving customers.

What service and portions and variety of delicious food. There is something for EVERYONE in this very close to lovely traditional, old Jewish cold cuts! The portions were huge, very good for when you want to take some home for a later meal. Twenty people were at the restaurant without a reservation and experienced great service and delicious food that you enjoy!

Jenn was very polite and understanding towards my custom order. So many times that I go out to eat, people take advantage of my vegetarian custom order. Jenn knew exactly what I wanted without overcharging me and even helped recommend a burger for my mom. Thank you for the great customer service! I will definitely be coming back.
