This place is always packed no matter the day you come on. There is a wait time depending on your party size. At times you go straight to sitting, and other times your waiting 30-45 mins. On our 1st visit, we were asked If we wanted to donate money to save animals. If you choose to donate, you get a coupon for a free appetizer on your next visit. Waiter leads you to your table, and gives you your bread rolls with butter. Pretty decent for bread. Order your drinks, appetizers, & entree just like any other restaurant. The steak we got were cooked nicely. I had asked for medium rare. Nice pink center! The fries I got were fresh! Mashed potatoes are real mash potatoes and not instant potatoe mix. The margarita I got was so good! (No photo) It was mango margarita with a chaser. A chaser is just a extra shot in a tube inside the margarita. $2 for the chaser. Overall a good experience. 2 entrees, a beer, a margarita with a chaser, and 1 beverage for $55. Compared to outback steakhouse $80.

It’s Friday and we expect to wait to be given a table, but to finally get a table and be put in the back room corner where they keep supplies? An employee went behind me twice to get supplies and not one time did she say excuse me. Then we asked to have the tv turned on and were told it only shows slide shows ! Not an actual tv . Our waitress was nice and attentive, food was good. I just think that room needs a lot of work , a tv that shows the games the rest of the paying customers like us get to watch , and not feel like we are employees taking lunch in the back . Y’all can do better . At least I think y’all can .

This location definitely lived up to expectations. The service was polite, courteous, and they came around to check on me quite often but not in a way that was at all disruptive. Upon entering, I chose a steak which later at my table I completed my order. When I received my meal, the steak was cooked to the perfect temperature that I asked for. Very impressive! The only thing that I believe could be improved is to offer roasted vegetables VS steamed. Other than than, the drinks were decent on the better side but not great, as expected from this type of restaurant chain. Overall, a good meal that met expectations. Will definitely be on my list for a good dinner when in the area.

Dropped in for lunch on Mother’s Day, restaurant was super packed but wait time was short and got great service !! Food was amazing and didn’t take long at all !! Our waitress was super friendly and very attentive to everyone at the table !! Steak was good and was cooked exactly how I wanted it !! Highly recommended and will definitely be back !!!

We came here for my son's birthday bc it's his favorite restaurant. We LOVE the rolls & peanuts! I also always get the peach sweet tea...so good! A lady came by & made my son a balloon animal of his choice & engaged us in pleasant conversation while doing so. The food turned out good, as always.

Takes a little time to get a seat, but well worth the wait! Not any fault of the employees though, just good enough food that everyone in town wants to eat here. The environment is loud but in a welcoming way, and the staff is some of the best in town! My go to place for an awesome steak!!

Omg! The Portobello Mushroom Chicken was delicious. And thank you Steve our host was very friendly professional appearance. We were very satisfied all in all. Highly recommend this place for great steak and chicken.

To start don't come around dinner with time constraints, service will inevitably be slow. That's fine sure but at least make sure the food makes up for it. Waited 20 minutes just to get a salad but they took less than 10 minutes on our order in the kitchen I'm sure. I got an 8 oz strip medium rare that could have used some capers and been steak tartare it was so rare (as pictured). We were served and didn't see our waitress for a good 5 minutes to see if the steaks were cooked right. I wasn't waiting any longer for it to get cold then for them to throw it back on the grill to be cooked to the right temp-- that is a cardinal sin with steak. Sure it could have used another 3 minutes on the grill but throwing it back on after its cooled would have made it shoe leather. At 7 PM on a Sunday they were out of chili. You would think they would plan ahead on the weather with a surplus of people ordering it on one of our first cold nights this part of town. Not much variety on side selection besides potatoes and vegetables. A group of bussers and waiters like to congregate around a single station chit-chatting blocking the walkways without any recognition people are trying to get by them even after saying excuse me twice. The manager did discount our meal but that does not excuse the kitchens incompetence on cooking a steak being a steakhouse. I'll pass next time I'm invited here.

Definitely the experience is always nice especially going with family. Our waiter was absolutely fantastic even for a busy night (Friday night) he kept up with us and made sure everything was okay. Our entrees were good to a point , but what was absolutely disappointing were me and my wifes steaks. For a steakhouse you would think it would be on point even on busy nights but unfortunately we weren't satisfied. No flavor at all our appetizers were actually better. Anyway thank you for serving us and I hope no one else gets disappointed.

Can you say HOT FRESH YEAST ROLLS! Even if you don't order anything just to get the hot pressure yeast rolls is worth the trip to wherever this Roadhouse is located. I ordered an appetizer that was gross rent and it was excellent.

Well my waitress we only saw her once, no one asked to refill our tea's. I had a different person try to give me somebody else's food. And then a 3rd person come by and all she said was hope you enjoy. Then a 4th person came by which was apparently was the manager and he said I hope all is OK and I And I started to say No and he just walked away I guess it was just too loud that he did not hear me. Then The next person came by and By this time I said yes I just need the Box to go. Food was OK. Not what we thought. Bit pricey for it. I have to say service was not the best. That was our 1st time there and will be our last. This was the worst place I had been too. For full price meals we were give half the food. From what you can see from pictures 📸. Yes I am that person who will take pics at a restaurant and then I will let you know if it was worth it or not.

Forgot multiple items of my order. Handled food poorly and had spilled items. Was 30 minutes late for my pick up time. Didn't supply silverware. And after i called, I was left on hold for 15 minutes and forgot about. Decent expirence if you dine in, but horrible of you do take out.

My favorite thing to get here besides their delicious rolls, are the beef tips with rice and fresh veggies. They are on point 80% of the time. Our server tonight was very sweet and attentive. I do enjoy coming here.

Took my mom who’s visiting from Hawaii here for the first time and she loved it. Our server ANASTASIA was absolutely one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time. They always came and checked on us and refilled our drink before it was even empty. They were friendly and nice all around, thank you

Margaritas are really good . The rolls are amazing & service is good, the manager comes and checks on the tables. The steak was seasoned perfectly

Came here for lunch after church with my husband and in-laws today. They were super busy, but they did an awesome job. Our server Genesis provided great service and took good care of us. She frequently checked in, asked if we wanted refills or other things, and the food was delicious. Looking forward to our next visit 😊

Great restaurant...wifes steak was a bit overcooked but not like OVER cooked...everything else was great including drinks and the service.

I hear good things , then I hear bad things this was my first time experience five stars all the way around I'm full went home with enough food to feed me for later on great food great service corn didn't even taste like other places it tasted pretty good tasted fresh. And for the price compared to Perry's steakhouse this place got Perry's steakhouse whooped that's kind of sad to say.

The manager was energetic. The server was attentive, but kinda snappy. Had to send back my potato skin appetizer. No peanuts!

I went with a group of 5. The waiting time was said to be @40 minutes but it actually turned to 10! That was immediately convenient since we were ready for dinner. Once there our server (Andres, I believe) took great care of us. His service was the best we've experienced all year long and trust me it's an honest compliment (we visit restaurants all week long). We never once had to call on him even though it was your usual busy Saturday. The food arrived timely as well. And I'm so glad we didn't have to send back a plate like we normally do. Overall this location is a 10/10 & definitely our go-to when craving some Texas Roadhouse from here on.

The staff here is unmatched. Most texas roadhouse locations are very good please don't get me wrong about that, not to mention the food is very good. The area is very clean and there is tons of parking which leads to my only con about the place being doesn't really favor big parties of people too well. They accommodate but it's still not very spacious inside.

The food and service was amazing. We did get there early (4:30pm) in order to enjoy our food without having to wait for a table.

Great place! Super clean and yummy food. The staff is always lovely!
