Absolutely fantastic. Everything was phenomenal. Cameron P was our waiter and he was fantastic. Best waiter I have ever had at Outback. It was our Anniversary and he made it special.

We got in here late but had 8 of us trying to find a place to eat and glad we landed here. Work dinner, people from all over the world, we were high maintenance but Jamie took care of us and did a great job! Great steaks, visitors tried the blooming onion first time, we drank like fish and was never left alone. I Actually split a steak - 15 oz ribeye , perfect MR, poor picture but I love Outback and when the service is spot on, it’s rewarding! I’m lucky because I think only once in the boonies near Baltimore did I get bad service. Great time with colleagues and a great meal! Thanks Jamie for making it a great night . I owe you one !! Highly recommend!

Went for dinner got the Toowoomba Shrimp & Crawfish-Topped Salmon…. It was delish well seasoned and salmon wasn’t over cooked. My husbands steak was cooked correctly and we didn’t have to send it back. Our waiter was polite and fast. Will definitely be going back soon.

We had delicious food today at Outback. Cory was our waiter great service. I wish you guys had more like him. We came on Sunday and enjoyed the Texans win and awesome service great day for both 😊

Gave up eating. I arrived at the restaurant and waited for 30 minutes and with little movement. not even the drink could serve me. don't believe it, look at the cameras. I arrived today 05-15 at 4:30pm and left at 5:00. bad service. the worst is to meet someone on your side who arrived later. Outback, you guys were better.

This is a great atmosphere and surprisingly a very pleasant experience for a Monday afternoon at Outback! Freddy greeted us at the door and sat us with efficiency, no wait. Todd was quick, informative, very nice, and served our food and drink with great tone and execution. Allie the manager assured she had his back when she too asked if everything was ok with our meal, and thats when I broke and told her how I am actually having a great time. So now I leave my first ever Google review for this fine establishment and their crew. Thank y’all and the parents and I will be back!

Just letting everyone know, they allow males into the women’s bathrooms. So if you feel safe with your small children going in there with men, then cool. But I sure as heck am not.Doug the manager is supportive of this as well. Lost my business.

We had the fried honey shrimp. It was fantastic and the blooming onion was to. The wedged salad, one of my favorites with bacon blue cheese cherry tomatoes, purple onions. I’m getting hungry again just writing this down mmmmmmmmmmm. Great place to eat at or meet people in a gathering.

Location is great! Atmosphere is awesome. Our server was cool but got our whole order wrong. HOWEVER the food was delicious and I didnt mind. I dont know if it's because they were busy or what but he got our appetizer wrong. I ordered a ribeye well done and got a sirloin medium rare. I ordered a dr Pepper and got coke. It was just hectic but like I said I understand it and didnt complain. Everything was awesome. I got a pic of my boyfriends plate

Kj was our server and he was greatttt, super hot, and fast service. loved it 10/10 would recommend and definitely will be coming back. :)

This restaurant holds a special place in our hearts as it's one of our top favorites. The timing of our meal, both food and drinks, was impeccable. What truly stood out was the delectable taste of the dishes. I ordered seafood, which was quite satisfying, while the steaks were juicy, and the service was impressively swift.

I loved it. Everything from beginning to end. The server was fantastic, and everyone we interacted with was great. The food was great as well.

Waitress was nice. Steak was lookin brazy. But the insides were good. Nice and medium rare : ) - the onion bloom was OK. It’s tasted better in the past. It tasted like the oil was dirty and they kept the bloom in it too long, so tasted and looked funky. I’ve had better salads. I’ve deff had better experiences but tonight wasn’t it : ( the baked potato was the best : D would I come back for a steak night? DEFF not

Stopped in for a good dinner. Christian was a great waiter and kind. Super quick service and checked in often. The manager I believe goes by “Dee” was also very kind and spirited. A great dinner experience as usual. Aussie Palmer is always made just right and the food was great.

My experience with this specific location was like no other. I happened to order something that I had an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients and the managers were amazing and extremely attentive with everything. My waiter, Cory W was the best of the best. We came back a few days later and they were still very kind and attentive. We will continue to be regulars. Thank you!

Our 2 Steaks were burnt. Overheard the table next to us complain about their steakes being charred. $7.99 for 4 small shrimp seemed high. Will have to stick with another steakhouse next time.

Came in Friday night with my son and Christian was absolutely amazing! Great dude and awesome server! Definitely requesting him again.

We came on mother's day, our waiter Luke was really considerate! He noticed that our appetizer did not look correct and sent it back in to be redone before bringing it out to us. I also watched the Manager appropriately take the order of a Deaf couple in a very respectful manner, not knowing Sign Language herself and it made me really happy to see. Not to mention she also extended a $10 off gift card to all the women eating there as a thanks for Mother's Day. Really made my experience memorable!

Very friendly waiter “Christian”, he offers suggestions too and help with making the right choice. Steak was delicious. Fair prices. Definitely recommended.

Christian was top tier. From the moment we sat down, his attitude and friendliness was infectious. He was attentive, funny, and made just a normal Friday night dinner memorable. After a rough week, when you really just don’t want to cook, a dinner out is the go to. But Christian’s service and and kindness made it more than that. Thank you, Christian, for the laughs!!

My husband and I visited Outback on 3/31. Christian was our waiter and he made the experience great. He was kind and his serving skills were top notch. You can tell he loves his job. Our food was great. My husband said his desert was the best he ever had. The owner stopped by our table and seemed genuine in her desire to know how our food was. It wasn’t those drive by stops most managers do when you know they are just checking a box and stopping by.

Outback is and will always be my Steakhouse of choice at THIS location. I have been here numerous times and every time I feel welcomed. The waiters here each time are super patient, get everything right, and somehow are there just when you need them. I've never had a bad waiter/waitress. The food here is amazing, the steaks are really well seasoned, potatoes nice and fluffy yet still thick, and the seared vegetables are seasoned real well. The appetizers also are just over all amazing and i hardly have any complaints here.Until further notice this place will be my go to Steak Place of choice. 5/5 recommend

Usually it is good. But I was very disappointed this time 😮 We got there and waited an hour. I though ok they must be busy. When we were seated we noticed there was a lot of empty tables. I ordered a steak medium rare, it was well done. My Waitress wasn't feeling well. But she was working hard. I don't think I will go to that location no more. I didn't see a manager coming out to tables.

I had a good experience the 1st time went over there. The 2nd time I came back. We order an appetizer of chips and salsa. Salsa had cheese, ground beef, red bell peppers, and parsley. They need to ease up on the salt. The 4 mini margarita drinks we had taste like the margarita mix you buy at the store with ice. The beer was not even that cold. The 110z steak I got was cooked properly. I asked for medium rare. Some parts of the steak were cooked to medium well, and one part of the steak was way under the medium rare. It was between rare & raw. Another level of cooking steak. The asparagus I got was good, but man they are greedy with the asparagus. 8-10 strands of asparagus. Maybe it is the serving size for the vegetable, but I think you can throw a few more in there. The mash potatoes were decent. The tab of $80 for me and my wife. A little hefty, but If you have the money go ahead and give it a shot.

I don't understand the seating policy at all. We came in around 1:30, a little past the lunch crowd and asked for a booth. At least half the booths were open but they said none were available. They seated us at some back to back type row table where you could feel the person sitting behind you every time they moved. It was an unpleasant dining experience to say the least.

Ordering & curbside pickup was easy. My dessert was delicious. My main entree and appetizer was disappointing. One was too salty and the other not enough flavor. Maybe the chef had an off night.

We came here and were seated immediately upon arrival. My family and I were greeted so cordially by Julie! She was very attentive, patient and kind! She was also very considerate and recommended the “Aussie Palmer” unsweetened (it was delicious)! Overall good experience due to Julie!(:

Service was horrible from the minute we got seated. We got paper napkins with no utensils instead of cloth napkins.. The same paper napkins that are in the bathrooms. Gross. They brought us out burnt food as you will see in the pics. Out of 4 entrees we ordered 3 were burnt. The only reason I give them 1 star is so I can leave a message. I would rate them a zero star.

Wilson the bartender was extremely kind and courteous to my specific needs on dining for one. The restaurant is clean and well organized. I will defiantly recommend outback Pasadena to anyone who is in the mood for some good steak and many other options.
