    This location closes the lobby and then runs the drive through a single order at a time. I’m sure their metrics look great for corporate as they literally tell you not to pull forward until your food is ready. If you decide to brave the line be ready to wait 20 min to get to the window. Maybe pay your workers and hire enough of them to run a competent business. The Wendy’s next door was fine.

    My coworker and I come here for breakfast a few times a week. This restaurant is always spotless with great food and everyone is so friendly. Mrs. Tyrice is always so nice and friendly as well as everyone else. She is always going around cleaning everything when no one is at the register. I really appreciate her and the staff for always being so nice. They provide better service at taco bell then any other restaurant around.

    The service was quicker than some have experienced, but our last food order was awful. It looked like everything was just off centered when made - the ingredients were shifted even though they were laid flat in the bag, and there was a lack of ingredients on most of the food items we ordered. I got a quesadilla that barely had any cheese or zero sauce, my husband got a couple of tacos that were missing cheese and most of the meat, and the potato griller was also lacking filling. We've also driven past this location at a time where they should not even be close to closing, but the open sign is turned off and the entire building is dark. I don't know what is going on with this location, but something has got to give.

    Pleasant and accurate staff serving mediocre to acceptable food for a reasonable price. The store had a strong odor of a sour mop. Update 3 Feb 24. The sour mop smell is gone. 🙌 The staff is still pleasant and accurately filling orders with mediocre to acceptable food at not too outrageous prices.

    Going anytime or and any day after 10pm you're more than likely to get cold food. And I mean meat that is cold to wear the oils are orange and jellied to the meat. If you cook then you know what I'm talking about when any oils or grease looks like when cold. Soft taco shells will not be warm just fresh out of the pack so hard and stiff is what to expect. I could go on about the food problems but the staff is always very kind and courteous. I have never had a bad experience with their staff that takes my order. If they could put more into the quality of food then my rating would be better.

    Ordered and paid using the in-store kiosk. Easy to use and quicker than talking to the counter person. Food was brought to our table. Staff was friendly and somewhat cheerful. Food was exactly as we expected with no surprises. Tasty food for a reasonable price. Would visit here again!

    Dont even bother going to the pasadena taco bell. I keep trying to give this taco bell chances but every time I go the drive through is 45 minutes even if it's 3 cars and they never get the order right. I have ended up leaving 3 times and lastnight like every other night the employees are standing around in a group laughing and talking and playing on their phones. They dont tell anyone why you are wait or sorry it's going be a minute something is wrong they just stand there. When I pulled out of the line and pulled up to the window they all saw me watching them stand around and they scattered to the back. You would think they would say hey sorry we are having trouble or something instead the Manger stayed staring at her phone. I love taco bell and this makes not want ever eat it again.

    Carryout. This is what I found in bag! Bottom broke through soaked. Disgusting. Messed up my car seat. They never bothered to wrap the taco it was wide open at bottom of bag. They just scrunched it and dropped it in.

    Good, quick, hot fast food. Some people point out that it's not REAL Mexican food, but I see a LOT of landscaping guys eating here so it can't be THAT unauthentic. It's probably more healthy than most fast food. I love the three beef or steak soft tacos combo for a nice quick snack. I give one to an old (as in 15-17 yrs) feral cat who loves them too.

    Went there today and when i went up to the speaker the girl taking orders was kept muting herself and also was not paying attention when i was placing my order. Then when i got to the window she was one a phone call and wasn’t paying attention to the window. When i got home my food was not made the way i explained. This is why don’t got to this Taco Bell which is sad because it’s right up the street from my house but instead i would rather go to any one but this location. It’s also like that when i picking ordered up for door dash

    Kaiya was lovely; it was like 2 am but her energy was so welcoming and sweet. I’m definitely coming back to this taco bell over all other ones near my area just because of her service. Such good energy, so rare to see today especially not at 2 am! Keep up the good energy Kaiya!!!

    Coworker and myself frequent this establishment often for breakfast. Every time we go everyone that works here is courteous and friendly and respectful. The food is always good and for a fast food chain you get your monies worth. Also, the atmosphere is always friendly and if you like oldies music this is the place to eat at as they always have great music playing. Lastly, Ms. Tyrice is amazing as she's always smiling and taking care of the restaurant as well the customers simultaneously. She's amazing!!!

    No joke... it took 20 minutes PER CAR at the drive thru last night. After waiting 20 minutes I only moved ONE SPOT and decided to bail. That is completely unacceptable! Whoever is responsible for the hiring and staffing at this location need to get.it.TOGETHER. This is probably the worst Taco Bell establishment I’ve ever been to. Chick fil A should take over this spot as I’m always in and out within 5-10 minutes :)

    I've certainly had better experiences at Taco Bell, even this location. Things were off with my most recent visit. Not sure if a staffing shortage is affecting their service, but I've never been disappointed to the point I was during my last visit.

    This Taco Bell is OK. I go to Taco Bell because in the past, Taco Bell’s vegetarian options were good. However, when I came to this location and asked for a vegetarian Burrito Supreme, they didn’t know what that was so I had to ask for them to substitute beans for the ground beef. Then, when I ate it, it did not taste like the other vegetarian Burrito Supremes I’ve had at other Taco Bells in the past.

    My wife and I had the burrito supremes and chicken rolled tacos, the burritos were good and the rolled chicken tacos were delicious,we also had the wild strawberry freeze which is great, very refreshing. The staff were friendly and helpful.

    Gave me the wrong order initially then had the audacity to give me an attitude for asking to have the cup along with the order. You’re already making me fill my own cup and wait 20 minutes for “fast food” with 10 of them excluding drive thru customers.

    Amazing customer service, especially for 2am! I would be exhausted and crabby but Kaya was very enthusiastic despite the late hour. West st Taco Bell is always awful at night so this was a lovely change of pace. Food was also slightly cheaper here. This is the best fast food place for broke college students who are awake at 3 in the morning

    Loved the app. Loved the advanced “food ready” feature and it WAS HOT & READY! Pick-up was easy. Soooo darn happy that Mexican Pizza is back🥳Plz bring back the Taco Salad🙏🏼TY to the front counter staff and the line chefs. Food and service were great!

    Today's visit has to be one of the worst at this location. I ordered the deluxe box and asked that they make the dorito taco a soft taco Supreme but when I got it it was smashed and it looks like a vomit. The burrito was disgusting. The beans leaked and it was a flat burrito that I thought they gave me a thicker crunch wrap. The cashier was less attentive because she was on the phone and I had to repeat my order twice. She sounded like I disturbed her from whatever she was doing before I got to the drive thru. It's a reason why this store is 3.6 rating but in reality it should be way below that. I'm never coming back to this place. And I should have just cooked at home.

    9pm. Posted hours of the dining room closing at 10, drive through closes at 4am. All exterior lights off. Staff inside actively making and eating food and hanging out. No explanation whatsoever. Can’t even count on both hands how many times I’ve driven to get food and encountered this same situation. I wish corporate would just close this location entirely.

    I work for food delivery I waited 30 minutes and watched other food delivers come in and out when I asked if they had my ticket the young man that was preparing food with our roles and body language then he was upset that I asked I asked again and told them I need to know if the ticket is in so that if not I need to make the proper phone calls to find out what's going on with no response I went outside to call the company I work for when I re-entered the restaurant still the order was not repaired. the same boy came to the counter with a condescending smile asking again being SMART A. Asking for the same name that I had given him several times through the last half hour to 45 minutes at this time. I did not see a manager in there at this point but I will be making a stop back in

    I was extremely happy with my order. I asked for no cheese on my Mexican pizza and that's what I got. I'm highly allergic to milk protein and this is a big deal to me. All of our other food was delicious and made perfectly as well. I do recommend coming here.

    I called with a complaint about my online order over the weekend which was a mess. She immediately was apologetic offered a full refund or to remake the order. I chose to remake the order. I got there it was ready the workers were on point I was very pleased. I like the crew. I went 6/13/23 around 7pm. Both ladies had names beginning with an "A" including the manager who took care of me. Keep it up. Thank you

    I was really excited to potentially try their new salsa verde burrito so I went up to the register with my wife and after a couple minutes some kid comes to the register, never makes eye contact then walks away after a minute. A few minutes later a lady in the back tells us to use the kiosk. I tried the kiosk and the interface was nice so I almost forgave the cashier's snub but when I tried to check out then the kiosk threw an error so I just left. I prefer to only give good reviews and just say nothing if a place isn't for me but it's offensive and time wasting to try and eat in the dining room currently so if this spares somebody else that experience then "you're welcome"

    Staffing is rude beyond belief. How about they review food safety protocols for the lazy, rude, non-caring illiterates who have call phones in the food prep area. VIOLATION!! Oh and how about they actually assist you! Oh silly me they obviously can not read or count otherwise they would have the slightest chance of getting your order correct. Never again I will take my money and order elsewhere! Thanks for nothing Pasadena TB. Way to go!!

    I gave the cashier a $20 bill and she gave me change for a $10. They made me wait while they counted the register and then I received my change for $20. She then tried to give me a second drink when I already had the drink. They did not even say sorry for the inconvenience or apology. It was like I was trying to scam them. Very unprofessional.

    Pick a different taco bell, or check your order for everything. Everytime I go to this location something is either missing or wrong. Also a lot of the time it'll be a line wrapped around the building.

    I am very displeased. After a long night of halloween walking around for hours on end STARVING.We decided to go to taco bell, we went in a noticed it was very busy but we decided still to go. We go in and do it on the touch screen tablet at start putting are order in, after putting are order in we go to sit down and wait. After 30 MINUTES me and my friend are thinking ‘Hm maybe we should see if are order is almost ready’. By this time people that have came in after us were getting their order BEFORE US. So we wanted to go and ask what was up. My friend VERY VERY politely asked ‘Can you see is are order is almost ready?’ ANDDD this employee had the AUDACITY to get an attitude with her?? We waited for at least 1 hour. About that time we needed to get home it was getting late. We were with are other friends who were waiting for are food but - THEN they call us and say ARE OREDR NEVER WENT IN???? I felt they were very disrespectful towards me and my friend very poor service

    The issue isn't really about the food, but more so the workers attention to detail. When the food is right it's good. But the issue is that at least 5 times now I'll order something with black beans instead of meat for my vegetarian girlfriend and then when I get home it's beef and my girlfriend has to find something else to eat. Receipts will say "no beef, sub black bean" and it's still wrong. Anyone ordering vegetarian options should always double check that this restaurant made it right.
