Former employee quit due to the RACIST owner that took over the store in December of 2018. Frustrated with the situation I reached out to corporate and was pretty much told since it’s a franchise location nothing could really be done other then sending out a letter to the district manger who did NOTHING! If you’re a regular customer at this location you will see how the store is no longer diverse (he only wants to hire Asian) he also violates the number of days that the fruit can be served to customers and thinks “freezing” the fruit will help (say goodbye to fresh fruit) he’s a greedy man and has jacked the prices up for absolutely no reason along with so many other things, and is trying to hid and delete my reviews (had yelp take down not only one but TWO of my reviews voicing my opinion) if it wasn’t true they wouldn’t be trying to cover it!!! I DO NOT recommend this place!

We got here at 9 pm, they're supposed to close at 9:30. 5 flavors that were either completely out or running very watery. Very clear that they just didn't feel like refilling them but also didn't put up a sign saying they were out... 4 of the other flavors were also out completely (with signage). I found a piece of plastic in my mouth, I think it came from the mangos topping? Regardless, a bit choking hazard!! They took up the chairs, were mopping the floor and wiping the counters down at 9:10. They close at 9:30... we walked out and multiple groups nearby were deterred from going inside because it looked like they were already closed. This location can do better

I love this location!  They’re always very clean and they even have a check-in deal on Yelp so don’t miss out on that.  I usually get the cookies n cream yogurt with Oreos.  So good!

I like their mango (mango & something) flavor and their espresso flavor the best. Also tried the vanilla, tart, and a few other flavors. Lots of toppings available, too many in fact! I wanted more but had to stop because i ran out of room. 😄 Love the little round mango bursty things, mochi, fruit toppings, and cookie dough best of all. Service was pleasant. They have a rewards program. I havent been to a yogurt shop in awhile, so i didnt know how expensive it's gotten! $9 for my heaping cup lol. Whoops. Oh well, on a hot or warm day it is worth it if you can manage it. We walked here from some nearby stores. I kinda wish the City would add more trees/plants or otherwise add some protection from the sun so it would be more enjoyable to walk to nearby businesses. We were happy when we walked in and it was well air conditioned, unlike some places.

Love this place They have all of these yogurt flavors and toppings The service is awesome Great place to take the kids for a frozen treat on a hot day. I give this place 5 stars. 👍🇺🇸👮

Great collection of flavors, variety of toppings, great service!

Parking can sometimes be a drag but if you’re able to find some then it is definitely worth going in! If you’ve ever been here, I don’t have to tell you what’s up, but if you haven’t AND you just so happen to enjoy soft serve yogurt, then you owe it to yourself to come in and try this place!

yogurt is always cold, machines always work, fruit tastes fresh, staff are very nice and there's always tons of flavors. 10/10

I love this Yogurtland out of all the ones in LA. The staff are great, they give you samples. However everytime i go inside, it’s always freezing. I definitely want to sit in there and eat my yogurt but they have the AC on so high it’s actually impossible! Would give it 5 stars if they lowered the AC. The poor staff who have to be there all day long!

This place is so conveniently placed! I like the flavors offered and toppings. The employee was nice. However, in my most recent visit, I smelled the very strong smell of bleach when walking in. It definitely did not make me want to dine in and we got our yogurt to go. We noticed they were cleaning the bathroom area but I wish they would wait until customers leave because the bleach was way too strong! Kinda takes away from yogurt cravings.

Always a good time for fro-yo! Yogurtland is consistently good, they have great selection of options and interesting flavors and mixes all the time. They also have regular sugar, free, or no sugar added, as well as non-dairy options. Something for everybody here!

Service was quick and friendly. Jessica rung me up and was efficiently holding down the line from what I saw. The Manager did a good job on ensuring whatever mess sprung up on them it would quickly be cleaned up. That's a sign you want to look out for to make sure where you eat is clean.

New flavours posted at the door! Friendly staff explained them and offered samples. Plain dealing and plain speaking. Nothing shady.

This Pasadena location has been a part of our family tradition for a desserts outing. Great customer service, clean environment and great location. Yesterday, I observed a family with three children come in and not sanitize their hands or put on gloves. They proceeded to touch multiple containers while selecting their's. They were grabbing on the ice cream handles, playing around, scratching their hair and bodies, jumping ahead of the line cutting in front of customers. The children went over to the toppings and began grabbing them with their hands. The children grab items them put some back. The parent said "honey you can't put things back" but she didn't stop them. When I spoke to the staff he said they are operating on an honor system. He was kind and clearly following directions. He seem nervous to address them and offered to help me. Yogurtland please revisit your policy to ensure all customers (and your staff) are safe.

Our favorite place for yogurt. Great flavors that taste really good. Service was excellent. The place was clean and the toppings were all great quality.

Been here a few times already and they seem to have enough crew to handle the store but about three of four machines were out when I was in. Not a big deal and this might depend on their management’s instruction but I will have to come back to try some flavors. Which is good. Overall clean store with plenty of topping options. Friendly staff and plenty of seating makes it a good choice for a night stroll.
