I
asked
for
a
sea
salt
coffee,
which
o
have
gotten
at
other
locations
and
it
was
great
at
the
other
locations.
When
my
drink
was
finally
finished
it
was
just
left
at
the
end
of
the
counter.
He
didn't
even
bother
to
indicate
who's
drink
it
was.
I
checked
a
couple
drinks
left
on
the
counter
and
found
mine.
I
felt
bad
for
touching
other
people's
drinks
but
that
is
how
they
operate
there
I
guess?
I
tried
my
drink
and
it
was
awful.
It
was
absolutely
nothing
like
the
other
sea
salt
coffees
I
had
had
at
the
locations.
I
waited
in
line
again
and
asked
the
person
who
had
taken
my
order
and
made
the
drink
to
simply
fix
the
drink
because
it
simply
tasted
nothing
like
the
others
I
had
had.
He
abruptly
told
me
to
stir
the
drink.
I
said
I
had.
There
was
an
awkward
pause
so
I
stirred
the
drink
and
took
a
sip
and
said
it
tasted
exactly
the
same
and
it
was
not
what
I
ordered
because
I've
had
several
of
them
before
and
they
weren't
like
that,
so
again
I
simply
asked
him
to
fix
the
drink.
He
said
no
because
I
took
a
sip
of
the
drink.
Mind
you
the
cup
was
still
almost
completely
full,
it
wasn't
like
I
downed
half
and
was
going
for
a
free
refill.
I
yes
I've
had
maybe
three
sips.
How
would
I
know
my
order
was
not
correct
if
I
hadn't?
He
again
said
he
wouldn't
fix
the
drink.
I
then
asked
for
a
replacement,
much
like
Starbucks
does
when
they
mess
up
a
drink.
He
said
no
because
I
had
already
taken
a
sip.
Again
I
pointed
out
I
would
not
have
known
the
drink
was
wrong
if
I
hadn't.
I
then
asked
for
a
refund.
He
said
we
do
not
give
refunds.
It
was
one
of
the
worst
customer
service
experiences
I
have
had
in
a
coffee
shop.
I
wasn't
rude
or
unreasonable,
all
I
wanted
was
the
correct
drink
I
had
come
to
expect
and
had
received
without
problem
from
other
locations.
In
the
end
I
paid
for
a
their
mistake
and
apparently
that
is
what
they
feel
is
good
customer
service.
Clearly
I
won't
return
to
that
location
and
would
caution
others
to
understand
they
do
in
fact
expect
you
to
pay
if
they
mess
up
your
drink.
Just
know
that
if
you
get
the
wrong
drink
from
the
barista,
well
to
bad
because
you
aren't
getting
it
fixed
and
you
aren't
getting
a
refund.
