    I went today to pick up an online order I placed. I arrived early 9:50am parked on the curbside and patently waited until 10:05am to call in my order for curbside so that the staff would have enough time to settle in. Patricia answered the phone with a such dull tone excited to be at work. She asked what my name was and said are you on the curbside spot I kindly responded yes. She placed me on hold then asked if I had my Driver's license. I responded yes she then followed by asking for my address on my license I hesitated to stop her because I have done this before at this James Avery and many retail stores and have never been denied a curbside due to an address. She told me I had to come inside but it didn't surprise me her attitude gave me that sense from the moment she picked up the phone. I would have rather her be honest and say she didn't want to walk outside then service me the way she did. There is other ways to verify the order such as order #, order email and looking at name on DL. I walked inside and they did not even verify my address they just handed me the item I ordered. What kind of foolishness was that.

    Only because I have to choose one star because if there was a no star option, I would give them no stars. Horrible customer service, horrible management, extremely rude people in the front desk especially the managers. It’s a shame that a place that is very clean and very nice, in a very nice area, unfortunately tainted by a lack of care to its customers. The owner should reconsider the staff working there to say the least. Just look at how they respond to its bad reviews by simply copying and pasting there response. But then again I wouldn’t expect them to care if I’m person they don’t care imagine whoever is behind the computer smh. This is not what Pasadena TX is about….

    I walked in to pick up and drop off jewelry. There was only one other customer in the store & no line at all. When I approached Felicia, she rudely told me multiple times to go to the correct line next time. The pick up line is only for pick ups. Mind you, I was sent to the pick up line last time I walked in to drop off & pick up. Awful customer service, Felicia!

    They have beautiful jewelry that is crafted with the highest quality. A huge variety for all occasions or just because. Love their religious items. You can never go wrong in giving a gift from the James Avery store. One thing I did notice...I tried on the Rose ring on my ring finger and my size was a 6.5. My boyfriend decided to take me to choose my Valentines present and we chose The Connected Hearts ring and come to find out I needed a 5.5 in the ring, so it was a good thing he waited to buy my present.

    This is my 3rd time bringing in my boot charm. Each time the boots breaks in between the pair of boots. Well this time I didn’t have time to go myself and sent my son, they told him since this is the 3rd time breaking they would charge him 1/2 price for another. That’s BS, James Avery should honor their policy…..if it breaks we repair or you get another. I want ANOTHER and his MONEY BACK.

    Just went in to leave my wife's bracelet and charms to be attached,cleaned up. Over a hour wait to drop items off. Why don't you have at least one person handling items being dropped off for service instead of having to wait in line at least a hour when I'm not purchasing anything just need service on their jewelry???? Come in on Sunday same thing as b4, dropping my wife's jewelry to be worked on have to wait in a long line for people buying, no dedicated line for drop service bad customer service plan.

    I oder something online and pay for next day deliver. 165 and nothing was received. What a disappointment I pay for next day delivery I didn't ask for no favor I pay you.you should be held your self accordingly. Bad experience 😪.

    I've never seen so many " charms" & bracelets available in all of the Houston Pasadena area. Reasonably priced. They also carry beautiful necklaces & pendants. JAAJ often has specials. I am impressed by the quality of their jewelry and craftsmanship at affordable prices.

    one of my daughters charms got snagged and came off the bracelet. Even tho I had the loop and the charm they made me pay to get the charm put back on then when I realized one of the charms was put on the wrong loop they also made me pay extra to move it when it was their fault

    I have such a great experience every time I come here. Especially this last time! Had such a hard time getting my anklet to fit and the girls went above and beyond to resolve my problem. Brooke, Alicia & Karina are the best of the best!

    First of all the lady in the front greeting everyone was very nice and friendly. The issue I had was the older lady who “helped” me, she did not welcome me and ask me what she could help me with she opened with “ what are we doing? What are you here for?” With a rude attitude I stood there confused and a little shocked because I could not believe she was addressing me this way however, I chose to move past it. She then pretends to not be able find my order because the whole time she kept accusing me of having a screenshot of my order confirmation (I get the text notifications). After she demanded to see my ID and then she proceeded to throw my ID back at me on the counter and not just hand it back, after I showed her the email confirmation she “magically” found my item which she then also throws the charm onto the counter and makes a sly comment about the specific charm I am buying as a gift. I asked her about a gift receipt and that annoyed her so much that she yelled at me “NO WE DO NOT DO THOSE HERE” I just walked away, I could not believe that an older lady was being this way it wasn’t like I was talking to some young teenager who could care less. I ended up calling the store to complain and got the assistant manager on the phone who was nice enough to take my complaint and apologized but if I’m being honest I don’t think anything will be done about the rude employees they have there.

    I LOVE James Avery jewelry. I have bought so many rings, charms, and necklaces. My only complaint is with the necklaces. A single tug has broken 3 of my necklaces. I have gone twice already to replace my gold necklace which I had to pay half of the price for each time. That was upsetting. It recently broke AGAIN. Will not be replacing it this time. Too much money being spent on replacing necklaces.

    Love James Avery, but I'm very concerned after purchasing my mother a charm from another JA. location she was charged 5.00 to put the Charm on and 5.00 to clean the bracelet. The way the representative presented it to my mother was very disrespectful. This location is always rude, I will not visit again. My mother won't either

    On 12.28.22 I went in to pick up my bracelet and the worker wearing green with green eyeshadow, gave me attitude about how I was in the wrong line. Which i’ve always used the line I was in for pickup. She told me to read the sign and that pickup wasn’t in the line i was in. She said it with a rude attitude but I just ignored her and said okay. A young girl next to me was wanting to get her bracelet adjusted and the lady helping me (same lady from earlier) gave her attitude and said no in the meanest tone, then the girl just left . Which makes me sad because I love James Avery and normally the workers never treat customers like this.

    The service I received was 2nd to none. I went in on for Black Friday. The store was packed, barely room to walk, and I was still greeted at the door immediately by the staff. I was looking for specific pieces, Karina the store manager herself showed them ALL to me on the floor display to make sure it was what I wanted. Shoutout to James Avery in Pasadena

    Second time I have issues on a return. What do they need my information for if they can’t look up my previous purchases? Then the manager said “for future reference keep your rings in good shape for return, this one is dented and scratched.” My “wedding” ring was in a drawer for a month and had oxidation. I wore it three days after wedding.

    Great Experience with all the employees Store Manager Racheal and Asst Manager Karen the BEST service ever ! I work for autonation chevrolet and i basically live there and they were closing at 8 so i called at 7:45 pm on a tues night my wife bday was the next day karen answered and without hesitation said that is fine even if i go 1 or 2 minutes after 8 just ask for her i did and i am thinking i was gonna get rushed and not one bit she took care of me asked me questions about what my wife likes and what was the best options and i ended the night leaving with 4 new charms for my wifes bracelet and she loved them all that morning of her birthday these ladies were all smiles positive attitude and gave me the best service and the reason my wife birthday was a success !! Will keep doing business at this location and i live like 20 mins from the store too

    When I arrived; I thought omg its so busy. In my surprise, although the place was busy customer service was awesome. The line seemed to diminish just for me. I was extremely pleased. I really wanna thank Mrs. Pam who was so courteous.
