all
the
lady
in
the
front
greeting
everyone
was
very
nice
and
friendly.
The
issue
I
had
was
the
older
lady
who
“helped”
me,
she
did
not
welcome
me
and
ask
me
what
she
could
help
me
with
she
opened
with
“
what
are
we
doing?
What
are
you
here
for?”
With
a
rude
attitude
I
stood
there
confused
and
a
little
shocked
because
I
could
not
believe
she
was
addressing
me
this
way
however,
I
chose
to
move
past
it.
She
then
pretends
to
not
be
able
find
my
order
because
the
whole
time
she
kept
accusing
me
of
having
a
screenshot
of
my
order
confirmation
(I
get
the
text
notifications).
After
she
demanded
to
see
my
ID
and
then
she
proceeded
to
throw
my
ID
back
at
me
on
the
counter
and
not
just
hand
it
back,
after
I
showed
her
the
email
confirmation
she
“magically”
found
my
item
which
she
then
also
throws
the
charm
onto
the
counter
and
makes
a
sly
comment
about
the
specific
charm
I
am
buying
as
a
gift.
I
asked
her
about
a
gift
receipt
and
that
annoyed
her
so
much
that
she
yelled
at
me
“NO
WE
DO
NOT
DO
THOSE
HERE”
I
just
walked
away,
I
could
not
believe
that
an
older
lady
was
being
this
way
it
wasn’t
like
I
was
talking
to
some
young
teenager
who
could
care
less.
I
ended
up
calling
the
store
to
complain
and
got
the
assistant
manager
on
the
phone
who
was
nice
enough
to
take
my
complaint
and
apologized
but
if
I’m
being
honest
I
don’t
think
anything
will
be
done
about
the
rude
employees
they
have
there.
