    We walked in from the heat and greeted only by the door man and security guard. Sure we were wearing shorts and maybe perspiring a little but we felt alienated the moment we walked in, and there were several associates standing around. I came in to buy a bracelet I saw online. The salesgirl wasn’t particularly friendly or inviting. I showed her a picture of the bracelet and she brought out a similar but different and more expensive in one, and tried to convince me it was better. It was definitely a more durable bracelet but I would have preferred to make the decision myself. I did end up buying it and when I asked her if I could wear it now, she said “it’s boxed up but you bought it and it’s yours so of course you can wear it”. I was just basically asking if she would help me put it on. She didn’t even bother to ask if I have an account on file. I had to ask her, do you need my phone number? Meanwhile my friend was waiting at the higher end jewelry case for someone to assist and when she asked the salesgirl how much a piece of jewelry was she said “I can’t help you I have a customer”. She could have said “I’ll be right with you”. Next time please try to be little more accommodating to customers and try not to be so quick to judge. Both associates are Asian, as am I. This location lost a sale; we’ll stick to the Santa Monica or Beverly Hills locations where service is exceptional. .

    On 6/3/22 I purchased a 16 inch heart shape necklace. I called to extend the item on 7/2/22 with no intention to return or exchange..but to add links. I was voluntold I was out of the exchange/return period. That was lie #1. I still went into store to repair the necklace. I wear my necklace everyday!! So, when I came in, a series of events occurred. 1) found out my necklace was .5 -1 inch shorter than the advertised 16 inch. Which explains why the necklace was uncomfortable at times and did not sit right. 2) I was OFFERED an exchange by the associate. The exchange would have been an $800 necklace that i would have paid the difference for. When she stated that another associate would assist further, she came back to say the exchange would not be honored because of the deep scratches and damage to the necklace in the 28 days it's been in my possession. Big laughs on my end because this is not my only piece of jewelry from Tiffany's. I have 4 pieces actually with 1 dating back 15yrs where the engraving was non existent. Same location re-engraved the piece and returned it looking as if I had just purchased it from one one of their cases. They decided to comp me for the resizing at the cost of $120..same cost as the exchange would have been. Then I was told my necklace was discontinued. So, although the associate was very helpful and kind, I was left to feel as though I was not treated equally at this point. Maybe it was my crocs, but it did not feel as though this was handled the same way (dare I say it) if it were someone else. Anything to be resold would have to be sent in and cleaned for sanitary reasons i would assume. Was I not expected to wear it from date of purchase. Deep scratches lol...what is engraving then? Why not exchange if your taking a hit on the comp? Not happy at all. Also, there are other reviews where people of color have been treated differently. 🤔. Seems like a pattern

    Customer service and quality of care is what you get when you shop Tiffany's! Some of the best people and personalities work here and they really become apart of your family! Ask for Jess if you ever need anything!

    My engagement ring is from Tiffany & Co in their flagship store in NYC. Coming from there to here, the space is obviously much much smaller, but the service is still exactly what you would expect when you come. They have all the staples you would need and want to see, but the service is why I come back. The people here are SO attentive and sweet. I enjoy every visit here.

    Great staff! We returned a gift that we didn’t need and got a credit that we easily used to subtract on something that was more meaningful to us. The staff at this location are really professional without the fluff.

    Tiffany & Co. in Old Town Pasadena is the place to go buy your special someone something that’ll she will definitely appreciate and will treasure it for a long time! Great customer service!

    I love the little blue store! My sister is about to turn 16 so I wanted to get her something special so I went to Tiffany and found this beautiful necklace that really wasn’t too expensive (at least compared to some of the other items they sell there). I can’t wait to give it to her because I think she’s going to absolutely love it! Thanks you to the amazing staff for the help too, even if it was just a small sale!

    This Tiffany location is easy to get to and parking was really easy to find! I was helped by Cindy Park, who was extremely nice and helpful when helping me choose out a gift. She gave me spot-on recommendations but never tried to push me into buying anything that I didn’t want, and her suggestions worked out great! Although I live closer to several other Tiffany locations, I have been (and will be) returning to this one over and over again since Cindy always makes sure that I get exactly what I’m looking for! I always recommend this store to all of my friends and family.

    Where do we start. My wife has perfume that was not working. my wife called then asking for an exchange not a return. They claim that they talked to a manager and the manager refused to exchange a defective defective bottle that does not spray or squirt perfume.

    Worst Shopping experience!!! I bought a ring 5 months ago from this store and one of the little diamond came off. I brought it to this store and the store manager came out to tell me Tiffany & Company doesn’t give warranties on any of their products. It was very disappointing to hear after paying almost $2,200 for this ring. I expected to get a quality product and service from Tiffany & Co. but I was very disappointed. I always thought Tiffany & Co was quality jeweler but obviously not. I would never spend my money at Tiffany & Co again.

    Things are a bit different after the LVMH takeover. Managers have changed, popular legacy gift items, like silver baby rattles, have been phased out. Still a good store, but not the one that I have received superlative customer service from in the past
