I rarely write reviews, but just had to in this case. My 30+ year old engagement ring and diamond wrap were bent, two small diamonds missing and just old and dull looking. I took the ring in primarily to get the diamonds replaced--but Sanders went above and beyond and reshaped the ring, redid some prongs and really cleaned it up. It looks like the day I got it --nearly 31 years ago! I'm so pleased with their work and the customer service!!! Now to go back and put money down on a beautiful bracelet I saw in the case.😘

I had a necklace repaired at Sanders and the quality of repair was far better than other large chain jewelry stores I have used in the past. This repair was also done on site and I was contacted less than 24 hours that it was completed. My first experience here but would 100% recommend.

I took my brothers gold chain to Sanders for a repair to the clasp. Chrissy, the owners wife was extremely helpful when explaining the process. She ordered the part, said she would call when the part arrived and I could bring chain back then for an on site repair. Everything happened exactly as she explained. In addition the owner, Larry Sanders cleaned the chain after the repair was done before returning to me. This was my first time using Sanders jewelry store and will definitely not be my last. Sanders was not the first jeweler we visited when we were designing my engagement ring but they will forever be the ONLY jewelry store we consider shopping at in the future. Other jewelers were unable to accommodate my “wants” for my engagement ring but Sanders was able to meet every request and then some. We got our wedding bands done through Sanders as well and we are just over the moon pleased. The staff isn’t pushy; you don’t feel like you’re in shark-infested waters walking in there. They just want you to be happy with whatever decision you make rather than pressuring you into making the most expensive purchase. I am so happy with my engagement ring/wedding band set. It’s what I wanted and more - and we will forever be customers of Sanders as a result.

We had a last minute necklace break before our wedding and they were able to quickly fix the necklace and help calm my nerves! Would definitely recommend!!!

These are great people. Was there seeing Denny Wong, he was great! I was able to meet him and he showed me jewelry I hadn’t seen before. Before I left I asked if anyone knew how to replace a battery in a remote. The answer was yes & Larry took care of it for me.

Michael was professional and very knowledgeable, he helped me with questions I had about jewelry repair and assisted me in selecting a new chain for my girlfriends pendant, offering his advice on making a selection and asking questions about the pendant that really solidified my choice in purchase. Sanders Diamond Jewelers is absolutely the best place to go for gorgeous jewelry. My husband and I have been going there for years now and would not go anywhere else. Although everything they carry is beautiful, I especially love the pieces by Denny Wong. His home base is Honolulu, Hawaii but luckily Sanders carries a lovely selection of his pieces and every year or so Denny comes to the mainland with even more of his lovely pieces for a one day special event. I smooshed my ring on Tuesday and lost three diamonds. Once I took my ring off I realized it was not round anymore it looked like a pancake. I took my ring in Wednesday morning and was told it could take up to six weeks, as sad as I was I understood it was really bad. But Thursday morning I get a text that my ring was ready!! I was so freaking excited. I walked in this morning and not only was it soooo shiny it looked brand freaking new! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The great care this family owned store gives is unmatched! Forever going to be my jeweler!
