4 stars for some staff that gives a happy service to their clients. Some are attitude and not appropriate to their profession. They should give a positive and happy service to clients. That would be all.

very good po sakin ang customer service ,ill edit po once makapag avail na po sa laboratory service nila.People in reception area are accomodating.But the person assigned in the drug test area need to be more patient or may be her high tone of voice need to be improved (tall woman,wearing eye glasses,she has a regional accent when talking).The way she communicates is intimidating ,because there is a part of the form that needs to be filled up by the collector of the specimen it means the staff not the patient but she still insist that all datas with red ink needs to be filled up (so me i just confirm it but the the way she answer is kind a intimidating).No parking also for the your patient,need to pay on other for us. to park establishment.thanks.
