Booked here for my sister’s wedding, check in was at 3pm but due to scheduling issues, we settled in at 9pm. Every time we called, they’d say they’d update us which wasn’t the case since we had to keep calling. The bridal suite was booked a month in advance, I don’t understand how we were the ones who had to wait because of someone who’s flight got delayed. Continuing on to the next day, the actual wedding, immediate family had to move to the connecting room. The supervisor guaranteed an early check in because of the previous days incident, but they were still an hour late. It really gets in the way of a tight wedding schedule. For a five star hotel, this was not the experience I expected. Don’t get me wrong- the rooms, amenities, nearby casino and mall are great. I am grateful for the wedding services like the bridal car and the ballroom venue. Service and management, however, are important parts for a special wedding day to go by smoothly. They seemed to have lacked in this department during our stay and I hope they get to fix it for future guests.

We had a slight problem with our room when we got to Marriott and checked in but everything else was good after it got resolved. I really love that they keep big bottles of soap, conditioner and shampoo inside the shower instead of having small squeeze bottles. And I usually also don't like hotel conditioner and shampoo but theirs was really nice and good. I also loved that they use single use drip coffee instead of instant coffee and they offer decaf as well. The pool is small but good enough and it was nice that it didn't have such a strong chlorine content. Overall our staycation was amazing and would definitely love to stay for a couple of nights to rest.

5 Star Service, 5 Star Property, 5 Star F&B!!! 🥂 Exceeds expectations. Great property with highest standards that you would expect from Marriott. Rooftop pool with incredible view! Executive lounge with great food and super friendly and engaging staff. As an Ambassador Elite and lifetime Titanium member, this property exceeded all my expectations. Just wonderful. Very close to airport and 15 minutes to Mall of Asia (one of world’s largest malls).

Great property, with a new or renewed apartments. 2 very good restaurants one stark house and one Chinese, plus a Marriott Café, 2 bars and nice green area. Close to mall with Cassino and plenty of other restaurants. Nice choice for my first trip to Manila.

This is another Marriott's best, this is however not in the center of Metro Manila with only taxi/grab service for transportation. However, there is a golf course, a luxurious mall/casino/restaurants within walking distance without going out. This is also a perfect location if you want walking access to NAIA Terminal 3 via the runway link bridge.

Desk Staff all personable and engaging. Good food spread at the cafe for both breakfast and dinner. Staff eager to assist. Although, I did find a small cockroach inside the lavatory area. Liked the room layout.

Enjoyed my stay at the Marriott. It's located in nice area of Manila and there's a mall connected to the hotel and casinos too. The staff is incredible and will do everything they can to make sure you have a good stay. My only problem was my refrigerator didn't work and I checked it the next morning after the service tech had repaired it the day before and it still wasn't working but that's my only complaint

Place is awesome. Grand and very welcoming. Experience the grandness of the place. One among the best of Marriot hotel.. It has security scanner. Staff is very nice and hospitable. Iver is a good employee. . The concierge is really a great help. He made our check in easy and upgrade our stay. We enjoyed the perks at Lounge area. Food is great superb. This place is highly recommended.

The hotel boasts of a convenient location being very close to the airport & of excellent staff that cater to every need of the guests. A special shout out go to Anthony who was with us for over 8 hours at the St. Luke's hospital after my aunt had a bad fall & had to be taken there. Anthony was there with us throughout not complaining even once. As for the food, the breakfast spread is impressive. The rooms in the West wing are good & well worth your money. The ones on the other side should be summarily rejected. Overall a fine experience for us. Will definitely recommend it to others

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this resort! The location was stunning, with beautiful grounds and immaculately kept facilities. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The food was exceptional, with delicious options for every meal. This has got to be one of the Best Hotels that I have stayed at. Great service, VERY nice facilities and well maintained rooms and surroundings. I think I’m lovin it here and yes, I would definitely save money to afford and come back here again sometime!

This one, I would give it a miss. The stay was a disappointment from the beginning. We prebooked as a group and paid premium price compared to other hotels. We arrived at the hotel at 5.00pm. They didn't have our room ready. The rooms were in different levels and you can't move levels without a security key. There are about 13 floors of rooms with which are serviced by three elevators. So, getting in and out of the room in was difficult. There were like three weddings on the day, so plenty of wedding service staff were going up and down the elevator. Getting access to a elevator is difficult. The hotel looked pretty understaffed. The morning room cleaning didn't happen till around 2pm in some of our rooms. In one room, the kettle was not working, and the other room we didn't have a working fridge. They provided no additional cots or any amenities for babies or young ones. The hotel room overlooked the airport so not much of a view as well. The best part about the hotel was it is connected to a shopping centre, so you can walk to the shopping centre for your meals.

The mall interiors looks luxurious. There are plenty of areas to explore during our stay. Room is spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended hotel to stay before or after flight, it’s just near the airport! Great service and fine selection of cuisine.

Possibly the best customer service of all Marriott hotels received to date! Have stayed in a multitude of hotels around the world. The service provided from the moment you step on the property until you depart is exceptional. Their attention to your every need didn’t miss a beat for the entire stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly, and accommodations delightful. Would absolutely return.

The interior of the mall appears opulent. While we are there, there are many places to explore. The room is roomy and cozy. Excellent hotel to stay at before or after a flight, and it's right by the airport! Excellent customer service and delicious food options.

Relaxing day spent at this luxury hotel near terminal 3 in Manila. Anton the concierge was super helpful in making sure I had convenient appointments for a massage and salon experience. Monet did me a wonderfully reviving massage in the spa and the guys in the salon made an efficient job of sprucing up my hair. Breakfast was tasty and they have so much variety you hardly know what to choose. Highly recommended.

Worst Marriott hotel I have ever stayed at. Totally disorganized - booked in advance as a Platinum member, but when arrived the room not ready and staff couldn’t even tell how long is needed to get the room ready, just kept asking me to wait. When eventually I got to my room after at least 4-5 times asking then I need to head out soon, the welcome letter was there, but it’s not for me with a different person name. I don’t even feel being respected as a guest. Ordered food via grab and even front desk doesn’t allow the driver to leave the food at the concierge. The staffs were not helpful at all. Overall, it’s a nice hotel facility but extremely poorly managed. It’s a shame for Marriott and totally not worth the price I paid for. Added comments - the hotel manager met me and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. I feel better now, at least my voice is being heard. Thanks Robbie!

What I like the most is that it has excellent facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a beautiful swimming pool. The fitness center had a variety of modern equipment, allowing me to workout during my stay. The pool area was a tranquil oasis, offering a relaxing retreat with comfortable lounge chairs and attentive staff providing towels and refreshments.

Had a great stay at the Marriott. I’m a platinum member so I appreciated the upgraded room and the access to the lounge. Nice little welcome donut. Food and drink in the lounge was great, as was the service - 2 pressed items per day. Room was large and had a couch and table which was appreciated. End to end a great business trip experience.

It was a great time the rooms were very fancy and the good is delicious the pool was very big but nice there was also a spa although the buffet entrance is expensive and you have to be -5 years old to get free on the buffet. But still a nice hotel.

i slept comfortably and we enjoyed our stay here though i had a problem as i was charged double after we checked out but it was refunded before i received my soa. it is very accessible to lots of activities like casinos and malls and most importantly to the airport. we had a presumptuous breakfast the next day. my room has a tub and the shower has a heater which i really loved 😍.

Wow! This has got to be one of my favorite hotels that I’ve stayed at and I travel quite frequently. First of all, the customer service here was incredible. I believe her name was Ana? It was a woman who checked me in on Aug 31 and she was super friendly and professional. She even walked me all the way to the elevator and thanked me for my loyalty with Marriott and gave me a complimentary breakfast. You definitely do not get that hospitality elsewhere. I love the Philippines for this reason. Second of all, the room was beautiful. I absolutely loved the bathroom space and walk in shower. Comfortable bed and great sound bar tv. Third of all, the hotel is huge and the breakfast buffet was my favorite experience. Great variety of food! I was so impressed with this hotel stay that I came back again a few days later! and I will definitely come back when I visit the Philippines!

Had a great time at this hotel, especially with the upgrades they give to platinum members. The pool is nice, my kid enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast at the lounge is also good. It's everything that can be expected from a Marriott.

We had our Year End Party at the Grand Ballroom of Marriott Hotel for 2 years straight & it was always a fun & exciting event. The buffet was ready & served on time. The venue is awesome!! We'll definitely have another party here next year.

My basis for this review is limited so it might not be fair to this 5-star hotel. I just attended a wedding reception in the ballroom. Food and service was great. I mean really good. The only wrinkle I'd like to point out is the men's comfort room closest to the ballroom. The urinals are hitech (auto flushing), but the floor underneath was wet from you know what. I'd expect that a staff should always be there cleaning and drying that area. The corridors leading the comfort room is also winding with no clear signs which direction to go to. Normally people can manage to navigate thru the labyrinth but older people might have a hard time.

Excellent service. We would like to particularly mention Mark of the seventh floor and Jomar of housekeeping. They made our stay comfortable with their prompt and friendly response to our requests.

I stay at a lot of Marriott group hotels but I rarely write a review. My experience over the last 6 night was hotel Quarantine so even though the room was lovely it was still a prison cell. The reason I'm writing now was because of the staff, all of whom were amazing. I need to give a special thankyou to the front office manager Teens and the front office agent Francis. I had all sorts of problems with the official protocols of getting tested and getting out of Quarantine. I had completely stuffed up and submitted the wrong paperwork and was basically not recognised by the testing centre or the Philippines Quarantine board. Francis went absolutely above and beyond his role and spent literally hours getting this sorted for me and today I was released from hotel Quarantine. The hotel is beautiful but the management and staff were incredible. Thankyou guys, hope to see you again for a holiday. Scott

Very nice and clean room not like other quarantine hotel that smell moldy and dusty. Friendly staff and acceptable quarantine meal. Taxi to transport you in the airports are very expensive.

We stayed here for a couple of weeks before proceeding to work. Place was nice and staff are attentive to your inquiries. What I love is the scenery of east part of the hotel where my accomodations was located, the greenery of golf area was really relaxing to see... Thanks also to all of the staff for their care during our stay... 👍

Nice place to stay for your quarantine.

Due to covid restrictions the buffet is per order basis through Marriott buffet site. After you order waiters will bring your order. You can roam to see all the food for the buffet but you have to wear face mask and face shield. The dessert you can take buffet style instead of order basis. The food selection is a bit limited but good enough.

Our stay was great. From front desk to room to breakfast, everything seemed perfect! It’s a 5 star hotel that lives up to its reputation. I highly recommend staying here the staff and all service providers were friendly and extremely accommodating.

Nice Hotel and Good accomodation. But they are very strict and over reacting in everything you Will receive they cannot understand that you need that whatever explanation you give but what to do that's protocol. Ok

Marriott level of service. Close to Terminal 3 of NAIA airport. Several good restaurants. Good rooms.

The positives: the interior decoration for Marriott is gorgeous especially their holiday ones, the beds are comfortable and their employees are courteous. Negatives: the management was unprepared noticeable from the get go the moment you step in the front desk queue was chaotic. The breakfast buffet you can't even get warm milk for you coffee (they provide you coffee without creamer even), the layout of their buffet was all over the place causing lines to form wherever and the crew at least during the breakfast buffet was obviously not briefed properly by the floor managers of what they were supposed to do that morning they were just standing (a group of them i might add) in a corner. Now you may argue it was the holidays and there were obviously a lot of people, understaffed etc.. But my critique is coming from after my stay at Grand Hyatt who was also understaffed and who also had to cater to a lot of people that forced them to host their morning buffet breakfast in the Grand ballroom just to fit all the guest and never did i encounter any issue be it when i request for hot milk for my coffee or the orderliness of the buffet line. Marriott could and should do better considering how much they charge you for their services.

I have to say diito in relation to all the positive feedback regarding the staff, accomodations, etc. Unfortunately, I have two negatives. The first one is the room is always cold despite what the staff tries to do with the thermostat. Unfortunately, we cannot leave here for another hotel as this hotel is our chosen hotel for quarantining. If you're like us and get cold easily, then I strongly suggest for you to look to stay elsewhere. This negative alone is ruining our stay. Secondly, unlike another place where my wife stayed esrlier in the year as part of having to be quarantined, the hotel does not allow you to order delivery from any outside restaurants. It's not that their menu selection isn't nice. Understandably, though, they only have so many things. Nevertheless, the food we ordered so far was very good. In the end, though, we would rather stay in a cheap hotel that will not freeze us to the point it makes us concerned for our health. For sure, the cold temperature in the room is stressing our immune systems.

The rooms are standard Marriott excellence, extremely friendly service, the executive lounge is one of the best in the world, with a great selection of foods and drinks, open until midnight. Well done! (BTW if you like this, I've got great food videos, google or you tube search CuisineQuest!)

Stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days from an invitation from a friend and I got to say this so much better than the previous hotel (Sofitel) that I stayed. The room was pristine clean, and all the furniture's and equipments are of high standard, coffee machine is nescafe espresso and there's no limit, even the entertainment centre has a surround system. I can give them good score on Sustainability they only use glass water bottles, shampoo, conditioner and soap are on a refillable dispenser. Then there's the buffet breakfast, not as much selection as the other hotels but what they have is quality try their ube ensymada waffle and you'll forget everything 😀. When we told one of the cooks if we can have something else like a local breakfast he cooked daing na bangus ( vinegar marinated milk fish) and some beef tapa which surprisingly tender. Would I book there again, YES!!!

Sice 2016 up to this summer, This is my landing place after a long trip before heading to meet my relatives. Photos justify every details, I would strongly recommend this hotel, as it allows lodgers enjoy walking distance to games, dining, and shopping 🛍 and its Friendly staffs. Costly but worth staying for.

Very professional stuff specially when you call them on the phone, rooms are specious and very clean. Room service is limited due to covid but overall it’s one of the best hotels in Manila. Unfortunately some major TV channels were gone from the TV menu. Hopefully it will come back soon.

Usual Marriott high-quality standards. But the Executive Lounge was especially awesome. They effectively served full-course meals with complimentary booze including mixed drinks by a bartender. The Lounge staff remembered your name. Classy people ❤️

I usually try to stay away from hotels so close to an airport... even when I'm traveling for business as I was for this review. But this one was excellent. Out of this world hospitality. So many things to do in the hotel. Several choices of restaurants and bars. Casino and many other fabulous attractions and restaurants connected to the property.
