With over 20 years of customer service experience, there are certain things I notice. Marie was helpful with checking in. It was great interacting with her. She seem to be very knowledgeable in the check in process. My room was clean and I enjoyed it. I often stay there so I knew what to expect. The rooms are a little dated but I like them. There are not enough English TV channels. I was NOT pleased with the breakfast or the restaurant staff. I felt some people were treated differently than others and I feel I had to beg just to get someone's attention just to get a cup of coffee. Lastly there were a lot of kids there and they were very noisy, so the noise kept me awake. I'm not sure why security didn't do anything about it.

I would like to thank all the staff, however, don't know all the names. I’m not going to lie but I was discourage by the first room we were in but the staff accommodated and went above and beyond. The room they moved us to was a amazing and I had zero issues, so thank you for that. I was beyond pleased with the pool attendants, especially Arnold, as he was very personable and had great customer skills. Overall I'm very happy with this hotel. Thank you to all the staff I encountered as you truly made me feel welcomed.

Stayed for a couple of nights before my return flight. I’ve read the reviews about the hotel being dated and so I was prepared for that. Overall, my stay was very good for the price that I paid. My room including the shower was very clean. I just hoped that they have accessible showers for the elderly and handicapped and a bidet. The staff was great especially at the Club Lounge (Hermie and Dolly were very attentive and kind to me). Food was good. I was glad that they were salted and sweetened just enough to my liking. I just wish that the restaurant is available 24/7. It is in a very busy location and I’d be extra careful walking at night away from the hotel. I had no problem walking to the Baclaran church during the early morning, though. I do not mind staying here again in the future if the need arises.

I stayed for just one night and got there earlier than the scheduled check-in. The staff worked really hard to get a room ready for us early since my wife and I were both tired from traveling. In addition to this they were very friendly and did everything they could to make our stay very comfortable. I'll definitely consider this hotel again when staying in the Manila area. Hotel under new management, with a mind set of 2 star service. Food from menu terrible, low class buffet. Poorly managed. Your paying for 4 or 5 star service and not getting. Everything is over priced. Dirty carpet, tiles need replaced. It needs western management or management with experience. This hotel is beautiful. Swimming pool is 1 star and small like a kiddie pool. Lots of upgrades needed. The filipino people never complain, so nothing improves or gets fixed. The reviews are written and most are non-sense and untruthful. This is a great hotel, or at-least it was 10 years ago. The new casino hasn't opened yet, and the concept of online gaming from your phone is ridiculous and no fun at all. Most people will go out to the many casinos in town that will be better and funner. Just had the buffet 2/26/24 it was terrible!! No pineapple, watermelon no flavor with seeds. Potatoes, tapas and other items cold and dry. Just overall substandard. The orange juice was watered down and terrible, tang would've been better. Not worth the price that your paying. Management staff needs fired, chef, kitchen manager. I hate to criticize this hotel, because it used to be my favorite place, but common sense dictates. Everything is over priced, especially beer prices. Charging nearly 6 times more for a beer you can get at the store. Think about it, if you sold the beers for 100 pesos each, you would make a killing on beer sales and pay or differ salaries on beer sales alone. Hence you make profit. Duh.

I decided to book my 10 day quarantine at The Heritage Hotel Manila and it’s the best decision I made. Location is about 7-10min drive from NAIA airport, the customer service is top notched, from bellman, front desk, concierge and of course housekeeping. The Service is definitely the reason why I would stay here again. Housekeeping - Geraldine Aquino, Mike and Jay are wonderful very professional, caring and attentive to my needs, they follow through and made sure I received all amenities requested. Same as with the front desk manager Jona Santos, to making sure that my stay is to my satisfactory. Amazing Service! I gave 4 out 5 stars as there is always room for improvement; furnitures and carpet need to be updated, otherwise the room is clean, big space, complete amenities, to coffee, coffee mate, sugar, tea, bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, bath gels, bar soaps, dental kit, ear swabs, toothbrush, toothpaste and cotton! All that you need are covered and provided. Definitely would recommend The Heritage Hotel.. thank you for making my quarantine stay comfortable…😍

This is by far the best hotel I have found, anywhere, in a long time. Most importantly, The entire staff is so warm and friendly. They will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and valued. The restaurant prepares a wonderful daily breakfast buffet. Lunch & Dinner menu is awesome. It's only 10 minutes to terminal#3. Free shuttles to MOA. The pool is relaxing. The rooms are comfortable. It's not a new shiny hotel but it has everything you want for a reasonable rate in a great location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Manila for a day or a week.

The dinner food buffet menu was delicious. I like that this hotel lets you make your own TACO! CHEF Patrick makes good food and he was very kind. The pool was very warm so i could swim in it anytime. The rooms are clean and the hotel staff are courteous.

Excellent service! 11/10! Ms. Angel Raymundo & Ms. Verna Soriano were very accommodating whenever we have questions, concerns, and requests. The hotel staff, special mention to Mr. Erik Moreno, also assisted us well during our room check in where we had a great room with complete features and amenities. During our ingress, they were helping us achieve our entrance decorations and venue setup. During the event, they were always checking up on us and were very proactive in anything that needed assistance. The buffet food and the venue itself were also highly satisfactory. I liked that the venue has its own built-in photowall, tunnel, reception area, cocktail area, and chandeliers. Overall, Heritage Hotel is highly recommended!

We had a great time staying here in Heritage Hotel Manila. We've been here since October 2019, that was the first time we stayed here when my fiance from Georgia came here to the Philippines. Then when he came back last month we choose to stay here again until we'll be back in the United States in February. This hotel has the most friendly staff, and all are very helpful. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in and the food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Such an excellent hotel where you may also enjoy activities with friends , coworkers and family.

The bathroom had some gaps, and the location means possible late night noise of police sirens (kept me up for several minutes), but the faults are few... This is a great place to stay. Due to Manila airport shutting down affecting 56,000 passengers, the airline placed us into the Heritage Hotel overnight. It was a nice little vacation away from the poverty from the rest of Manila. There were healthy and delicious food choices at the buffet. Plenty of hot water for showers and baths. Pleasant and helpful staff make up for the little faults that I did note... Hence a full 5 stars.

The only concern I can say is during lunch and dinner buffet, they cannot keep up with the food demand which is not very pleasant given that our activities were time-constrained. I think the hotel was not that ready for our sheer number. But amidst that, all the hotel staffs were very nice. And that the place offers many amenities to wander around. Special thanks and mention to the very lovely Lobby Ambassadress, maam Dolly. She does her job well at the front and handled our check-in pretty well.

This was our first stay at Heritage Hotel Manila. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. Downstairs, the lobby lounge was a pleasant escape from a busy day with great mellow music and attentive servers. The dining room is second to none. From the food to the service, it is beyond exceptional. Gemma took care of us with a slight issue and made sure we were fully satisfied. Her issue resolution reflects the excellent service we have experienced here. We will definitely stay here again and happily recommend to our friends and family.

Conveniently located near the airport and the Mall of Asia. Service was excellent! Other features of the hotel I particularly like were room massage and restaurant in the lobby. Food was delicious but thought that their drinks were overly priced. Staff were all nice and accommodating.

Yes, the rooms look old and tired but the service is amazing! The beds are large and comfortable. The pillows for me are a bit too soft, but you can always ask for a harder pillow. Everyone is courteous and super helpful. There’s a courtesy shuttle bus that can take you to the Mall Of Asia periodically. The food here is amazing! I’d recommend to book the Club Rooms!…it come with perks!…

At first, I was thinking that the rooms are quite small inside because of some rooms that are small. However, the rooms that we'd stayed in, it's quite big. The service that they give is very accommodating and the location is not that far. To sum up, they'd have a lot of care to give. I appreciate how the room attendants treat us and everyone who's working in "The Heritage Hotel". They had a lot of offers to give. I would recommend this to my friends so that they would experience what we had experienced. I appreciate it so much.

travellers be warned... Just quarantine at a 4-star hotel...... 4900 per night but the room and food are not worthy of having 4 stars at all... If you want to trust the 5 stars recommandation for high price and low quality room and services just try it.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My mom stayed here during her mandatory quarantine when returning to the Philippines. The staff helped my mom throughout the entire quarantine process, making sure she had everything in order so she could check out on time. I personally had several calls with the front desks and they were always very helpful in anything I asked. A special thank you to Ms. Marjorie and Mr. Miguel at the front desk also the Manager Ms. Aida and Noel and the rest of the staff in the Heritage Hotel who helped make my Mom stay comfortable and pleasant. We chose this Heritage Hotel for my Mom simply because we stayed here before and also has a great experienced. Food was excellent as always and room was clean and bed was comfortable. Stayed here few times already. This time we stayed with family pre flight, the ladies upon check-in was very kind and professional, we asked for interconnecting rooms, but understandable about the occupancy. I appreciate the complimentary late checkout as we fly out at night, thank you, special mention to ED. The rooms and bathrooms are a little tired but the value for money is excellent! Great location with shuttle to MOA. All in all we still recommend and will come back.

The Hotel Staff are very accomodating , every time I have some concerns ,they help me with it , I like the food , the room is very nice and clean , the supplies and toiletries are readily available ,I will be back definitely, I like the staff and the way they welcome me , esp. We stayed as a family of four for quarantine. Overall, we had a pleasant stay considering that we had to stay for Christmas Eve with 2 kids. There is some room for improvement in terms of the facility, food quality, and staff coordination. For me, the facilities have the classic vibe; however, I also think that if no refurbishing/renovation is done, it may end up looking old/neglected soon. The location is good, only 10-15 min from the airport by taxi (*if no traffic jams) and there were restaurants nearby. Being in quarantine with kids, the staff kindly allowed us to order outside food by delivery as long as we signed a waiver. So, we were able to take advantage of those restaurants. The breakfast was good, but we were not satisfied with all day dining menu. We tried the cheaper items first: mushroom soup (bland), caesar salad (okay but wet and drenched with dressing), and lomi (good but expected more for its price). Unfortunately, after trying these, we thought that it’s risky to try the more expensive ones. Nevertheless, the staff DILIGENTLY and POLITELY handled our EVERY REQUEST (basic necessities, kids’ items, laundry, etc.) and inquiry. I think this really made our stay really comfortable. Will consider staying again in the future.

I found thi hotel on the Internet. I came to Manila to visit the cemetery where my Uncle is buried. He passed 14 February 1945 in Manila bay. This hotel is a classic style and the entire staff is incredibly attentive to every need. Lyssa, Grace, Geraldine, Tess, Danny were incredible. I have traveled the world for business and pleasure and this hotel and staff are top notch. If I return to Manila, this will be my first choice. Thank You!

My kids and I, together with my Boss' were check-in yesterday here. The Duty Manager Sir Eric and his team really WOWED us. They were really doing a great job in raising the bar higher for the way they treat their guests. Ive been to other new, big and highest stars hotels but never had the same welcoming smiles,attentive and courteous staff and really you feel they were all in sync when it comes to customer service, ALL OUT TO WIN YOUR HEART. We were treated very well like VIPs. My boss was very happy also how Sir Eric handle guests.He even thought he is an old friend of ours. He was very warm and welcoming and assured everything we need was attended to for us to have a very delightful stay here. Our stay was superb, comfy big beds and warm baths and we slept very well and the temperature just perfect for us to sleep soundly. Parking was not a problem at all. Thank you so Much Sir Eric!!!! We had our event last February and was warmly assisted by Ms. Darlene of Sales despite the several changes in our schedule and requirements bcoz of the pandemic. We highly recommend this place as venue for govt events since they have complete requirements and great service. Their F and B team did a great job; very attentive and hospitable.

The quaint ambiance of this hotel is pretty impressive and what's the most commendable experience? The warm service of every staff from housekeeping, restaurant, front desk and basically every corner was really felt. Special commendation to the manager, Gima (if I heard correctly), who was always on the ground, walking the talk which you won't missed to notice as I experienced first hand. Kudos to the team!

Nice place. Friendly staff but a slow check in. Great price. Location is good, close to mall of Asia, the airport, and many restaurants and outside street market. The rooms a little dated but clean and bed is low but very comfortable and soft. The Aircon is cold and nice. The buffet breakfast is good but very busy on weekends. We stayed there three nights before my flight back to the USA and was very satisfied. Room service is fast and food is nice. And the price is worth it. I will stay again. Thank you Heritage hotel.

We enjoyed 3 night short break at The Heritage Hotel. Our Room with balcony was far nicer than expected and spotlessly clean. We were pleased that COVID-19 measures were all in place and strictly adhered to by staff and guests alike. Our stay was made all the more special by Noyl Lim who looked after our every need. We had a memorable stay and one day will return.

Room is too old, carpet has bad smell. It seems required of full renovation. Door access card is very inconvenient to use. No bidet available I'll find unhygienic.Nevertheless staff is very helpful and approachable. Services was good.

We’ve been here twice. Our experience in this place was so great, that’s why last week, we stayed here again for a 3 nights staycation. The hotel is amazing. The service was superb, and the staff was all accommodating, always smiling with warm greetings. Our room was big, clean and smelled nice. The food is delicious, and you will get your money’s worth.
