This is a pretty convenient mall and affordable finds. The basics are here. Grocery, clothes, bags, shoes, lbc, travel & tours agency, gadgets. The place is a bit small so you will not get dizzy trying to find everything you need comparing to big shopping malls. I'd actually prefer this place over SM.

Dama ang inflation sa chicken. (understable) pero oily utensils are not acceptable for me. Needs to concentrate more on cleanliness. (based on my own exp)

Very busy station that has interval of half to an hour to different destinations in Luzon. The CR here isn't a top class but decent.

If you want expanse and roaming around to shop with ease, this is not your place...since it is adjacent to the wet market...

Victory Mall Pasay is a busy community mall that best caters to customers who come in on foot or motorcycle. Parking space is very limited both in front of the mall (Taft side) and the covered parking on the 2nd to 3rd floors are mostly occupied by mall tenants or market tenants. One good thing about VMP is their paid toilets which are kept clean by janitorial staff. There are also a lot of ATM machines, and food hubs in front of the mall (fronting Taft) and fast food chains inside the mall. It also has an office and school supplies shop (Expressions) and department store (Mart One). There is also a supermarket on the 2nd floor (Puregold) and plenty of cellphone shops at the ground floor & 2nd floor. There is also a wet market on the ground floor accessible via the side entrance at the parking entrance.

Cramped up type of mall as expected since it's near the wet market. Has lots of shops on the second floor mostly RTW that is also sold in baclaran. Also housed lots of cellphone repair shops & salons.

Its fair to say that you find your daily needs under one roof. They got supermarkets, geoceries stores, drugstores, diy shop, rtw and shoes shops, mobile & electronic repair shops, trift shops, food stalls, bakery etc, an elevate parking area and security guards. A major plus point is the convinience of walking few steps get to or from the wet market, it is very accessible to almost all types of transportation mode.

The wet market is big, busy and has a wide variety of products at low prices. The mall itself has its variety of products and services as well. I wish the mall has a wider variety of products and services and entertainment centers.

Has a lot of cheap options if you're looking for ingredients and house supplies. A bit crowded, though. In this pandemic, I don't really recommend going there without bringing a lot of disinfectant and proper PPE. Only go there if you really need to.
