This was an awesome experience at the Hard Rock Cafe in Manila. The staff were quick to seat me by the bar as I was alone. They did tell me that there was a cover charge that night as there were performers, whose live performances kept the atmosphere going strong. I ordered twisted mac and cheese and had sprite to drink. The food tasted very nice. Though the best part of the night were the performances. The bands played both local and American music that everyone could dance to. And when I said everyone could dance, it was nice to see the uncles and aunties up on the dance floor following a leader in the dance steps. I had never seen anything like it before. Where whoever seemed to be the best, just took charge in leading the dances and everyone else followed. Closer to the end for the second band, it seemed like everyone was up dancing. It was good family fun. I really had a great night.

Besides the food, i commend the service of hard rock cafe. Super nice staff, most especially, Paul! He was so lively and accommodates us beyond our expectations. Highly recommend the food and Paul’s service! 💯💯💯

We love the food everything we ordered was delicious! Love the wine too! Service was good and staffs were friendly. The additional P300 for the live band with 1 free drink was actually okay and worth it. The singers voices were sooo beautiful even the baby loved it. It’s party party party and it was Stephanie from the Netherlands (in white) birthday party yet party for all and everyone no matter age, sex or color… Entrance fee P300,- with two live bands include 1 free drink. The bands are very good.

This Hard Rock was pretty new. I go mostly just for memorabilia. It was a fresh and clean environment with friendly staff. I will say that I was EXTREMELY disappointed that this is the ONLY Hard Rock that I've been to that had absolutely no sale merchandise and no promotions. The manager stated that was because the store was new. Not acceptable! May seem to be minor to another reader but for a person who collects Hard Rock shirts, this was disappointing!

We had a blast celebrating my daughter’s 9th birthday here. The service is impeccable. The crew we’re attentive to the needs of our guest. Imagine kids running around parents needs utensils, refilling drinks. The crew made it possible for our event to went on smoothly. Thanks Hard Rock Manila. Best lunch on a Saturday, not very crowded the food was amazing and having it on 50% off promotion for Citibank was the best . We were a group of 8 and waited about 10mins to be seated. Nice view, nice aircon. The service was very quick and everyone was very attentive. Everything we ordered was delicious. Rice, Ribs, fried chicken, salad, nachos, fish, calamari , sisig and the drinks are highly recommended Food came out very quickly too! I wish we had space for dessert! Greatly situated with sunset view at Manila Bay. Don't expect for the rock and roll ambiance because of the pandemic. Not crowded due to COVID19 (an advantage to observe physical distancing). Very accommodating and nice staff. Food is okay at a reasonable price. Take advantage of their BOGO selection. Great savings with the BFF card.

We are regulars here. We went for a Valentine's dinner date. The food are, as always tasty and delicious. The cocktails are good as well. As expected, their service is great and fast. The main performer were True Faith, apparently they were big in the 90's OPM scene but I hardly know any of their songs. The other band was Wendy's Project whom sang covers, they were enjoyable to watch.

It is my first time to visit this place and I am very glad that I did! We went here after dinner to chill and it was fantastic. Since we just had our dinner, we didn't order much, just juice and a few beers, fries and chips. Highway 54 was scheduled to perform that night and they are amazing. The music was mostly 90s and 80s but still we were having a great time. The staff are very attentive and accommodating. They serve our orders fast. They also like to join in the fun when the guests are starting to dance and just purely having fun. We were having a great time that we even joined in dancing in front. I highly recommend this place.

A good restaurant at a great place The S Maison Hard Rock Café has good food with great but slow service !! does that even make any sense ?? How is it great if it’s slow ??!!?? maybe when you know that the staff are very friendly and very helpful but the kitchen will take forever to prepare your food you will agree with me. Food presentation is great, but the food itself could be better, and if you go there while they are preparing the stage for the live music that starts in the evening, believe me you will get a headache from the never ending mike tests. But what makes the restaurant so special, is not the restaurant but where it is located. The S Maison, although small, is a beautiful place to walk in before or after your meal at the Hard Rock Café. .Peace.

We enjoyed our evening at the Hard Rock Cafe Pasay. We came in to celebrate our birthday. Ours is one week apart. Sheila was wonderful. Friendly and around to make sure we have what we need. She surprised use to have the singer ro call out use for our birthday. We got a surprise in a icecream saying Happy Birthday. The dood was very good as all the hard rocks we have been to. Iconic American chain of rock n' roll themed atmosphere. Cash and credit cards accepted. This particular outlet seems more oriented towards performances and features basically one major open area with tables and chairs. Beautiful location overlooking the water, and great food. The Big Cheeseburger was not huge in size but definitely had lots of cheesy goodness going on. Cooked just right (slightly pink inside), juicy without being a hot mess. Served with french fries that were hot and crisp. Paired with an Ultimate Long Island it's a great taste of America. Cocktails are really well-made. Be forewarned - if there is live music they charge an additional per-person charge (basically ticket price). Also, their gift shop does not have all the normal Hard Rock bling - notably they don't carry shot glasses here. You have to go to the other Hard Rock location for those. Also, they don't serve onion rings as a side here - they only make them to put on the hamburgers that utilize them. Not sure who, that's just what I was told. Service is quick and friendly.

Truffle Mushroom pasta is delicious! As well as the Seafood Pasta in Abalone sauce. Quite disappointed lng sa serving size ng buffalo wings But the overall experience is great. Thanks Maika for assisting us she handled our orders well.

The place was clean and spacious. Food was very tasty. We had so much fun here since the band was very entertaining and talented. Kudos to our food server, Carlo, who was very pleasant and courteous. He also surprised us with a dessert when he heard it was our wedding anniversary. He also led the crowd together with the other staff, to dance during the finale song number. Very memorable! Am amazed at HARD ROCK CAFE , Manila and all I can hear is commercial rubbish , when we came he before was rock music. Been to hard rock Phuket and london rock was great , this stuff is crap… this next time we try the Makati one. Staff great and attentive , just not the music I wanted. The music getting worse. Didn’t know Rock music incl twist from the 60s . I have patiently waited for 1 1/2 for rock song and nothing at all. Not saying singing bad just not what I came to HARD ROCK for.

Go-to venue for happy-hour (5-7pm 30% off) drinks, barchow and live music (8-11pm). Rona and Giro served us well. This Tue eve, enjoyed grilled pork belly (p525) and seafood spaghetti (p595) with Stella beer + brownie fudge (p300). Cover was p295pp, incl bottle of choice beer.

The service is slow. Food took 45 mins to arrive on our table. The staff though were friendly and the ambiance is very warm and nice overlooking majestic manila bay.

Loved the ambiance. Went there for lunch and there were only about three tables occupied. Had a table with a view of the bay and the MOA eye. Ordered some starters, then ribs, salmon, fried chicken, and 3 kinds of pasta for the mains. Food were ok. The ribs and salmon can be tastier. I liked the truffle pasta the most. Overall experience was great.

Great to have it back in Manila. Had our lunch here last Sunday and really enjoyed the roast beef in mushroom sauce & their wagyu sirloin steak. Meat is sooo tender and perfectly cooked as we requested it to be. The sauce for roast beef is incredible since it made me finish it though I am not into sauce thing. Service is awesome. Crews deal each customer with a gay personality. Ambiance is of no question. Hard Rock always rocks the atmosphere of dining. Definitely would recommend this place. And definitely will be back here again!

DISAPPOINTEDLY , at the price - this drink looked fancy , but was weak in strength As I’m a budget traveler ... the Hard Rock’s alcohol & food prices are near shock ( for Philippine standards ) Nevertheless ... it’s good to visit & experience From this Hard Rock Cafe - you have near panoramic views overlooking Manila Bay & the MOA Eye ( Ferris wheel ) As this cafe is located on 2F of S’Maison shopping mall ... which is underneath the 5 star Conrad Manila Hotel The staff were very polite Last week I visited the Makati Hard Rock Cafe - however that cafe was still still closed due to coronavirus restrictions
