    The doctor assigned to me is not accommodating. Since its already almost 5 pm that time, maybe she’s in a hurry, she’s talking fast to the point that i cant able to ask on how I still feel sick even though the lab result says that its still normal. She’s insisting that im fine where I feel she just wanted to end my session with her and I cant understand some of her words. She has no empathy to her patient. And she’s rude i never want a med cert so that I can have an excuse for a leave, but I wanted to know why i still feel sick on how to lessen it or how to cure it. Shes the worst doctor ive ever been.

    Terrible service. Staff don’t care about their customers or patients. They give all sorts of excuses and illogical instructions. They’re too lazy to be clear about the steps to a simple blood extraction, they’re all obviously here just to make a quick buck. AVOID them. There are smaller and friendlier clinics in MOA where they treat people better. This clinic is LAUGHABLY PATHETIC.

    Long queues due to inefficient process. Even if you already have an agreed procedure (i.e. consulted with a doctor prior to scheduling) you still need to line up again and have another consultation when you come back for the procedure. When doctor calls for you turn (after waiting for hours and hours to be called) you will be again advised to go back to the reception to get HMO approval for the procedure - another long wait because when you get to the reception there is no dedicated line for patients already in for consultation. You have to line up again with the new walk in patients! The exact reason why there are so many people lining up and waiting! Called the attention of the receptionists on this and I was told they can do nothing about this because this is a Walk-in Clinic - does not make sense, definitely! What happened after I raised this concern? I was asked to sit and wait in the patient’s area (from the reception) for the HMO approval. It is almost another hour of waiting again. and I am still waiting for the receptionist to say that my procedure has been approved. Note: I was here since 10am. Time check, it is almost 3pm! The receptionist has not gone back to me to give me an update. Very frustrating! Heads up TMCC MOA management team!!!

    The location is convenient. But I had a bad experience by waiting for too long. I was told to come and wait at 11:30 for the start of the ENT's shift. I waited until 12:45 and the ENT hasn't arrived yet. I think the clinic can improve, and reduce the frustrations of their patients, by making the appointments better to avoid time getting wasted.

    The clinic is nice and clean. Doctors are pleasant but NEVER on time. It says that his schedule is strictly 10-12nn but he always arrives around 12:30, can they please update their lists? Nurses and staff are another thing, we have to be the ones to always follow up, otherwise they just forget to call on you, even when there's not many people. I know they're busy, and probably underpaid but waiting is wasting our time and money.

    Receptionist or nurses that's assigned for service and inquiry, lacks proper information, response, and setting of expectation towards patients or people inquiring, doctors are always late and doest have passion towards helping patient, doctors are just their to answer general answer which can also be found online, upon other observation the area is clean but doctors doesnt cater true passion to towards their profesion and just up for the payment specially with their patient, please note as an add on Dr. Gina Cairme does not taker of her patient at all. The essence of being a doctor was lost and just up for the money.

    DOESN’T VALUE THEIR PATIENT’S TIME! 1st experience: Doctor’s schedule is at 1pm but arrived past 3pm and doesn’t update their waiting patients how long it would take. 2nd experience: Doctor is late again and NEVER advises! 3rd experience: Scheduled for ultrasound at 8am and now its almost 10am but haven’t called yet. What’s the schedule made for if not being followed??? Please avoid this clinic as much as possible!

    Terrible staffs. They should learn to accommodate patients nicely to make them feel cared for. They're raising voices to patients asking questions. Patients ask questions for them to know what needs to be done and what to consult for. Won't be coming back to this branch. Disappointing.

    Worst experience ever.. I tried calling hotline 877-0148 around 4:30 PM, November 4, 2021. Whoever that person is.. I don't think s/he values her/his work.. s/he takes the call and immediately drops numerous times.. frustrating.. ungrateful staff.. Medical City No More..

    For a Tuesday when it is not packed with patients, I am not sure why there is a wait time of more than an hour to get assisted for xray. I could get the same service elsewhere without having to wait this long. I hope this clinic branch can improve the overall experience of patients, especially the price paid isn't cheap.

    Di na ko babalik dito sa branch na to. Staffs in Information are okay, as well as those in Nurse Station. However, for the doctors end. 😶 They'll insist to buy the medications on their end, even though I did ask for alternative that can be bought outside, for less expense purposes. Wala e, kailangan perahan kasi may HMO. Also, they don't further ask. knowing the situation from you and be able to see physically the issue, that's it. Sayo pa itatanong anong naging cause.😅 Kaya nga o ako nagpa-consult para malaman yun. 😅 I am also working in a customer service field, so, it's disappointing. Will further update this rating if in case, i have to go back (hope not). 😅

    They do not send the APE results thru email! They told us that they will send an email for the results but they're not doing it. Every clinic who does the APE must send the result to the company's clinic. Now we need to visit again their clinic to have the hard copies. Very poor service TMCC MOA!!! Not recommended!

    The personnel on the releasing and cashier and front desk of Radiology was somehow disrespectful. I was just asking things and information nicely and the way they answer me was in an irritated manner of voice and gesture. personnel in the Front reception, Laboratory, and Nurse station are okay and nice. (Im thinking that I'll give 2 stars because of them but NAH my bad experience outweighs the few good ones the waiting time was terrible and it was too long I spent about 4hours on my APE (My longest so far) I've done this a couple of times but for the record this was my longest wait just for the basic 5. The CRs was also unclean and disgusting I was about to take my Fecalysis but Ive backed out because I just cannot I was disgusted, oh for goodness sake your Comfort Room looks like CRs from the horror game Silent Hill, please clean it! annnddd PLEASE LISTEN to the feedback of many people here and start to reflect and look inward your organization and rebuild or recalibrate what needs improvement.

    Conveniently located inside Mall of Asia, this clinic has ample space for clients. Very organized, clean and comfortable waiting areas. Drawback? Waiting time due to the number of patients can be long. But that can also be a good sign since patients are willing to wait for the physicians here, they must be good. Come with your gadgets/cellphones fully charged to kill time and you’ll be fine.

    The worst clinic ever! I talked to their staff at 4pm and asked until what time are they open and were told to come before 4:30 because they will close at 5pm.So I went undertime from work and drove to their clinic in about less than 15 minutes. The door was locked and the lights were off at the reception. Couldn't contact their number because it's busy but there are some lights open inside. Don't dare do that again. Because this is not a joke. This is emergency and your clinic is the nearest one from my office.

    Worst ancillary clinic I’ve been to. They should inform the patients prior to payment that The release of the laboratory results will take 3-4days. And since we already proceeded with the procedure we left our email addresses so they can send it to us. But again no email was sent, so we tried all their contact numbers and all we’re getting our drop calls. The customer service sucks too. So we have to go back all the way even if we live so far away. The inconvience and stresses it caused us. My partner was not able to use the labs and just have to redo it again on another institution.

    I would like to concern about the Family Doctor Ms. Noeline Cutchon - She is not accommodating and not willing to listen her patients concerns, she is really RUDE!!!! SHE HAS NO EMPATHY AT ALL! Im not even Fine at all but she insisted that Im alright, she even questioned my age sarcastically. I hope you could find a Good doctor medical city.

    You're receptionist on the front desk is not accommodating they just refer me to the other branch because the doctor is not around they dont even call the branch to know if there's available ent doctor to assist they want want to call them myself seems like they don't know what exactly they're doing.

    No designated waiting area for follow up patients. They wanted us to be on time exactly 8am but the guards on the mall won't allow to enter and wanted us to stay in alfa mart which is few meter away. If you are a patient you will really get sick and tired of going back and forth.

    The service is very bad, I came with my partner because he fractured his elbow from the mall then the guard insist that only 1 can enter the clinic, just imagine the guard just letting my partner do everything with his elbow fractured. I do not know if the staffs are busy but they also forgot him in the waiting room thatd need to undergo xray he waited an hour to be checked. But the doctors are ok they are nice.

    Bad experience with them. They're not accepting the patient if the patient still have fever though that's our reason why we need a check up due to fever. It doesn't make sense to me.

    Rude and Disrespectful staff. You can answer our inquiry through text or call but unfortunately this branch don't answer any inquiry. The landline keeps on ringing but the staff ignore. If you ask the people they show you the face as if "utang na loob mo pang nandon ka" that was frustrating. Hope your service will improve.

    I returned as I was not able to complete my pre-employment check-up on the first day but they won't let me complete my check-up. This does not make sense. This is the first time I had a very bad time with a pre-employment check-up please fix this.

    Someone I know went on two different occasions, both of which she was just turned down. Both weren't even 4PM yet but they have all sorts of excuses like there's no available doctor anymore, or that they have a cut off, or that they will send you away even if you have ONE symptom that's related to Covid-19. Even if my she presented her negative swab test result, they did not entertain her. Mind you, the receptionist already took her HMO details and all that jazz only to be rejected. SO MANY EXCUSES, whether the staff or doctors, all the same. HORRIBLE.

    All staff are very nice and always ready to give assistance with patience to deliver fast service. Very well organized also makes me feel better and safe while waiting on queue.     They should improve on the waiting or numbering system from their reception. Start of service begins there. They waiting time is really long, like you need to wait minimum 1 hr even though there are few people in line.

    Worst not satisfied with the services. The personnels didn't gave proper instructions about payment before conducting the tests to patients. The TOTAL AMOUNT should be known to patient BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE. Mga mukhang pera.

    Dahil ba patient ang tawag saamin so we need to have a lot of patience?? They told me 12pm is the availability of their ultrasound, been waiting for 2-3 hrs. for gods sake waley parin. Aren't we all professionals here?? 🤦🏼‍♀️
