Okay. Let me try to share my experience here along with a few steps of their process as I understood it. I went here for my pre-employment medical exam. Below are the steps that I experienced: 1. Call the attention of the concierge/staff at the door and inform them of your appointment/consultation. 2. They will give you a number between 1-40. There are at least 40 number tags shaped like a star that is shared with everyone. So the first 40 people will receive the tags, while the rest will only have a number on their paper, totalling to at least 80 people. 3. Once your number is called out, you will submit your papers with the registrar. 4. You have to wait again once your name is called out so you can begin the process: Nurse's station for weight, height, and blood pressure. The drug test, stool sample, and blood sample is handled in the lab in the innermost part of the clinic. 5. Next would be at the Radiology room for your X-ray. Submit your paper and wait again to be called out. 6. Once done, go back to the nurse's station to be scheduled for a medical exam with a doctor. I was informed that the doctor is scheduled to arrive for the medical by 1:30 pm. 7. At the suggested time, I waited inside. A nurse did a roll-call of the people who would undergo the medical exam. Wait again for your name to be called out by the doctor from their room. 8. Once done with the medical, submit everything to the nurse's station and that's it. 👍 I went here on a Saturday, and started at around 8:30am. I finished everything by 3:30pm. So set your expectations that there will be a really long wait between the steps. There may be different process if your concern is a specific consultation with a doctor and/or checkup. By the way I had to go back again for my stool sample. After step 1, I immediately went to step 3. I only had to submit my sample at the Lab, and jumped to step 8 and completed my process.

Prior to coming here, I’ve read reviews about this facility and was amazed and concerned on the low rating it got. Well, true enough, vast majority of the negative reviews are for real. I experienced the same, from calls not being picked up or being dropped once they pick it up, to giving you in-accurate physician schedule. Some staff appears insensitive to customers needs which you can sense from their answers to customer queries. I had a holster device attached to me for 24 hrs and the cuff smelled like puke. After removal, i developed some rashes and repotted the-same to the staff who responded with a shoulder shrug. On the day that I was scheduled to pick up my results, I was told that no one will be releasing the results and that I should comeback some other time. Managed to get my results after raising my voice a bit. There are better diagnostic clinics in the market, they have better record keeping, plus you can get access to your results online and staff are highly professional. Consider this clinic as a last option. The only upside here is its location being inside MOA.

I went inside. There are three staffs in the counter. I tried to ask a question but seems like nobody is there. They all laugh about nonsense stuffs. Super disappointing.

despite the other not so good reviews, it was somewhat an ok experience. we we're greeted by the staff immediately since we have a reservation ahead of time at thier Refractive Center. Did the screening test on time and we're able to speak to the doctors with an ample time spent for questions and answers. Lasik was done in 11 mins for both eyes. upon the surgery, you companion can view the patient while inside the surgery room and you can take photos and videos. amenities and equipments used are kept clean and hygienic. though might need to be more strict in following health protocols and social distancing guidelines as we noticed alot of patients is only pooled in 1 area and there is no recovery area for post op prior to discharge.

The waiting game is crazy! I went there at 8am and I was accommodated 7pm. Filipino time is really present there which, I think, a medical doctor should avoid. Also they made me feel like I was being compromised when they discovered that I am using my ValuCare card instead of paying cash. Just sharing my experience.

The wait time here is crazy especially for dental appointments. The staff are also not accommodating and don't have any sense of urgency. The doctors are already in and the nurses are all there, but they wouldn't start catering to patients 'cause they're still eating and gossiping. Mind you, this is during the start of the day. It took them 2 hours to start accommodating their first patient. They should learn to respect other people's time. Will never come back here again.

When you arrive here during lunch time or pass 11am. Expect that you'll go home at closing time even if you are only doing a simple test. Their process is so slow. Like you need to fall in line for different people inside just to have you listed. Doctors and nurses take their lunch break at 2pm and you have to wait until they come back. And even if you're already on the list, if there's a follow up check up for some patients in the morning, they will cater to them first. So you'll have to wait again.

Even for an urgent emergency, they will still refuse to assist you, the receptionist doesn't even seem to know and like what she's doing. There were so many people waiting outside, and it takes forever for them to be accommodated.

Excellent service from reception, nursing staff, optometrists to doctors. All were friendly and accommodating. They explain you well the pre and post procedures and aftercares. Highly recommended!

I wish there was a private space to take your triage because the questions were getting too personal at least for me and everyone (staff and other patients) can hear our convo. My pre-employment took 2.5 hrs.

Terrible customer service! I had to come back for urinalysis and I called in advance confirming closing time for the test was 8pm. I arrived around 4:45pm and they told me the lab closes at 4pm. That’s 4 hours of difference from what I was told! I came all the way to MOA just for this test. Staff just said to come back tomorrow- very inconsiderate The staff at the lab was also cranky and not helpful. I understand they don’t want overtime but they should provide proper information to patients to avoid such misunderstanding.

This is the worse most inefficient clinic. Nurses have bad attitude and very slow and would rather gossip in the middle of work. As much as you can stay away! Look for better clinic with passable service because this one cannot even be one.

Why do you keep hanging up with customers calling your line? You could've just picked up and ask the calling person to be on hold instead of dropping the line.

The receptionist is rude, and not accommodating at all. She hate her job based on her actions. Schedules of doctors are useless since they are not actually following it. They can cancel your appointment anytime. They don’t respect other people’s time.

Take advantage of their P60K all-in LASIK promo. Available until Dec 31, 2022 for their MOA and Davao branches only.

I went here for my APE. I came at 1pm and they said that there are no doctors available and there are lots of patients who have been waiting in line since 8am. They didn't have any posts on their socmed about that. They kept entertaining patients and made their clinic so crowded. I even witnessed a mom shouting on one of their staffs as her daughter has been in their clinic since 8am that day. It was already 3pm-ish when the commotion happened. Her mom said she can't leave the clinic as they don't want to miss their chance to see the doctor and leave immediately. The daughter only had her bfast that day. I only had my labs on the 1st day. I needed to come back for the doctor's assessment. It's easy for them to say to "come back" at their clinic to finish the APE. What they didn't know is the hassle and the expenses on our side. Prices have gone up yet they wouldn't care about that for their patients. There's only 1 restroom, so if you'll have to collect your sample, there must be a waiting time. I messaged them on messenger to know things like how to reserve a slot for my APE. They don't know how to respond properly. I feel like they're a government office with no proper communication etiquette. Not a very welcoming team. I would advise you to go to another and better clinic.

I came here to seek help with my migraine. It was an emergency by that time and I was covered under my HMO. Public Clinic in my place was closed by that time. This Clinic is the neareast. All of the meds I took was not helping so I decided to go here which is Located in MOA. I told them that I can't take the pain anymore. They refuse to accomodate me and was told that I needed to get recommendation from my public Clinic since Covid is still happening by that time. I showed them my latest antigen test, my vaccination card and my HMO. They did not accomodate me and still insisting to get a recommendation papers from Public Clinic in where I am located. I ended up going home without getting treated. My migraine got worsed and was rushed in the hospital in Makati. I will never go back in this Clinic again. I hope that next time they will get staff that is dedicated to their job

Thisbone of the worse clinic been to. All money 1500 consultation for follow up another week should be free another 1500. What the heck 1500 for doing nothing only then let us come back for follow up for another 1500 a total of 3000 wow. It should be free consilt if its follow up only.

There should be a negative 1 rating here so we it will be a more precise feedback. Been to the clinic 2 times. First time is to inquire about dental appointment, I am using company hmo for the consultation. I wanted to do oral prophylaxis. Someone told me that they only accommodate 7 patients in a day starting 8AM. So on the second time I went, I arrive quarter to 8 so that I will be accommodated. Well there was a man who was infront of the line but claims that he is with 2 other patients who are also for dental- they were not around so obviously the two people should not be given a number. He tried calling his companions but no answer. Other people in the line were also furious about the situation— obviously they are in the line so since it’s a first come, first serve Basis, then we should be accommodated! They called the doctor and they said that he said if he was in line early he can be given the slots. There you go, wasted our time to go in the clinic early. Stupid process! Very bad customer management and I feel this applied to all hmo paid clients. Dear HMO providers, Remove your accreditation on this clinic if possible.

worst experience!!! if I can give this place a 0 I will. I did my APE and drugtest they said they will notify me once the results are ready. After 2 weeks I did not get any notification so I tried contacting their very hard to reach phone line (initially advised still waiting without checking and when I ask the person to check uaing my name I then found out that my results are all ready). I went to their clinic to pick up my result waited few minutes just to see the company name listed was incorrect!!! it was my company from many years ago which is stupid since I have a different LOA or letter of acceptance with company info and even my claim slip have my correct company name. Now I have been waiting for more than an hour for them to edit the company name which is very stupid!!!!!

Process is a mess and too long. They make you constantly go back and forth through nurses station just to tell you what is next. Only 2 nurses available and over 50 people queuing. They need to update their processes to make time more efficient for their patients. The service is fair for it’s price tho.

I must say, in my opinion, all negative reviews here are true to life experiences. Nurses at the nurse stations are hella unprofessional and unethical. They playfully curse each other in front of patients. They're unorganized in terms of handling the queue of patients. They dont respond to emails and when you spot check them, they're completely clueless and displaying lack of urgency towards patients. For mei, this clinic has failed to uphold the company's values. Kodus to the nurses or staffs in the Radiology area for being professional.

SERVICE, subpar. Most staff members working are aloof. Honestly kung hindi walking distance tong place na to saken, I wouldn't bother. They don't take scheduled appointments sa DENTAL, which is bizarre saken. To avoid cancellation daw? Kahit I wanted to pay for the PPE FEE, in advance na. Para, if no show ako, then keep mt 500 pesos. I'll be using my HMO for the prophylaxis anyways. But no, no amount of "close to begging" was enough. I went here 4 separate occasions and lagi ako naaabutan nung cut off ng DENTAL, which is 6 patients a day lang ata. Imagine, they open the clinic at 8AM and the earliest I went to get in line for the DENTAL SERVICES, was 6:30am - and I was advised wala na slots :( Yeah, if you have any other choices for dental, seriously, I wouldn't recommend this place. I have NEVER, EVER HEARD of a DENTAL CLINIC not taking appointments. Makes sense though, business-wise... because they know people be lining up outside as early as 6AM to get their damn teeth cleaned. Nagiisa lang talaga tong accredited na DENTAL CLINIc na to, in this immediate area, so they're taking advantage of the fact wala silang issue sa scarcity ng mga clients. Anyway, may mag bukas lang talaga na isa pang dental clinic in this area that accepts HMO... nako, tulong pa ko sa marketing and promotions. This place again, subpar. Pati yung nag pa derma ako dito, jusko the doctor kept trying to sell me his products, on the spot. CASH? Shady. I mean I use my credit card for everything... anyway, hope this survey helps. PS, it's been almost 6 months now for me back and forth just to get in line for DENTAL. My teeth are still he;lla dirty lol

Worst clinic I've visited❗❗ 2 and half hours of waiting from 8am - 10:30am but in reality all the procedure for medical only took less than 45mins...They dont even think of other people's time.

This clinic appears to be under staffed. Turn around time for APE tests on each patients are slow. Unable to complete APE within the day as there are tests that are not available on the same day and have to go back the next day just for one remaining test which is drug testing.
