Lobby looks great, some repairs in the elevator lobby where we went, the room we stayws in has water damaged part of wall and ceiling in the washroom. Cabinet has broken drawers, no TV in bedroom, table has no top. Living room has two beds instead of sofas and chairs. Washroom has the washer inside making the room really small and tight. There's a foul smell wetness not getting dried properly. Linen they gave us have is not as nice as you would like them to be.

Receptionist and guards are rude. They will make u feel that u are not welcome in that establishment. One scenario that we experienced is that we heard from their guard asking from another staff this specific question "Sino yang mga yan?" as if we're not their guests. They will look at us as if we don't have a right to be their guests. Also, the owner that we contacted about renting the unit is sooo rude. First, the owner is late prior to the discussed check in time so she wasted our almost 2 hours for waiting for her to come. Second, she approached us rudely, there is no sorry at all about her coming late. Lastly, the unit is so gross, many small cockroaches can be seen, blankets are dirty, and comforters are smelly and yellow marks can be seen. Above all, we can feel that we are being discriminated from the staffs to the residents.

0 stars for the staff. They should choose them more carefully or train them better, had always outstanding experience with the staff till i stayed at shell residences. Reception staff unprofessional and unfriendly guards ask you 2-3 times at the same time in which unit you stay and let you feel unwelcomed. At check in the woman just gave some random guest our room number when he asked where we will stay and also talked with him at the same time about privat stuff. And at check out when I asked If it is able to deposit our luggage because we changed the unit in the same building the receptionist was just murmuring and was not even able to look me in the face, if i asked what she said again she got very unfriendly. Choosed totally wrong profession!!!

Booked a unit so we could celebrate the New Year countdown at Sea Side. Awesome location and reasonable pricing. You would want to own a unit for the convenience it brings. Walking distance to MOA, surrounded by food shops, convenience store and ATMs The unit owner is very responsive and accommodating, although we got charged in dollars and a bit higher based on the app. I would still consider going back.

The building was clean and spacious. The staffs were very welcoming and it's just in front of MOA. It's a very convenient and safe place to stay, especially if you're travelling alone.

Good for staycation, access to malls and restaurants a plus. The big pool is its best feature. Rooms are a bit small but for the price and location it is already good.

Nice place to stay for few days for a fair price. Staff is helpful nut not overly intrusive. Our apartment was fully furnished and clean, if not overly big. Outdoor pool and play area is a great thing for kids but not really suited for adults (it closes early, the pools are rather shallow and it's filled with screaming kids when open).

They are like tiny efficiency apt. here. There is a nice pool area, and surrounded by food choiced. Or , there is a small stove top & medium size fridge .

We had a small unit/condo. Acceptable standard for the price. Aircon was good. There were six of us, sharing one double bed, sofa. A couple of us slept on the floor, but we planned for that. Tight but comfortable.

Shell Residences is well maintained. Guards and staff are friendly and welcoming. Many elevators to avoid overcrowding on the lobby area. This building is just walking distance to Mall of asia. Parking here is very expensive and a hassle. Better to book a taxi or grab than bringing your car.

Sometimes lobby too crowded... units easily molded (white molds in woods) and cr ceiling sometimes have leak from upper floor, also easily jave black molds

I stayed one night in Air B&B. This location was close to the mall. At first I thought this was a high end place. The lobby is so nicely done. Unfortunately my room was not well maintained. My mattress was broken which made for a terrible night sleep. My view of the pool was so nice. Not many people were using the pool so it was nice. My wife used the pool and had a great time. The water was a bit too cold but she stayed in for as long as she could. I wouldn't recommend staying longer than you have to.

The ambience here is a hotel like feature, staff is kind and definitely secured too.

I arrived at the lobby and inquired about my check-in, only to be informed that my name wasn't on the list. It turned out that I had been booked into a room that didn't belong to the hotel. Since I didn't have a PHP phone number and there was no Wi-Fi service in the lobby, I faced difficulty in resolving the issue. Fortunately, the staff was kind enough to assist me in contacting the number provided in my email, although there was no response for two hours. Later, I was asked to provide my Personal ID over Facebook, which was a big "NO" for me. Eventually, I met the owner in person and was able to check in. However, the room was poorly maintained with an uncleaned washroom, a falling-apart sofa, and a leaking air conditioner. Despite paying the same amount as a hotel stay, I didn't receive any room service or breakfast. This experience was disappointing and fell short of my expectations.

You have NO front desk personnel? The guards you have here are worse than useless and they are rude. As it is now I wouldn’t I would actively advise against anyone staying here.

Stayed here from 2016 to 2019. Worst condo management ever. The condo guards are rude and act like they are the boss. Kept asking me which unit I am from, ended up showing him my contract, and he still confiscated my ID card. Does the guard have the right to even confiscate a tenant ID????????????

I went there and the bed was really comfortable, I didn't wanna go out! The design was very clean! The window was nicer too! I wish i went there again...
