I
arrived
at
the
lobby
and
inquired
about
my
check-in,
only
to
be
informed
that
my
name
wasn't
on
the
list.
It
turned
out
that
I
had
been
booked
into
a
room
that
didn't
belong
to
the
hotel.
Since
I
didn't
have
a
PHP
phone
number
and
there
was
no
Wi-Fi
service
in
the
lobby,
I
faced
difficulty
in
resolving
the
issue.
Fortunately,
the
staff
was
kind
enough
to
assist
me
in
contacting
the
number
provided
in
my
email,
although
there
was
no
response
for
two
hours.
Later,
I
was
asked
to
provide
my
Personal
ID
over
Facebook,
which
was
a
big
"NO"
for
me.
Eventually,
I
met
the
owner
in
person
and
was
able
to
check
in.
However,
the
room
was
poorly
maintained
with
an
uncleaned
washroom,
a
falling-apart
sofa,
and
a
leaking
air
conditioner.
Despite
paying
the
same
amount
as
a
hotel
stay,
I
didn't
receive
any
room
service
or
breakfast.
This
experience
was
disappointing
and
fell
short
of
my
expectations.
