Great selection of hotpot ingredients and buffet items. You can choose two broths and glad that picking the mala broth can be adjusted to your spice liking. Staffs are courteous and always pick up empty plates on our table. Better to do a reservation to be prioritized because there are a lot of walk-in customers. There is a lot of parking space at the front but can fill up so fast. If you are celebrating your birthday or went to dine-in on a special occasion, they will give you a dessert plate with dedication.

We've been craving for a week to have hotpot around Manila and based from research we read a lot about this place at Mall of Asia (Seaside area) As walk-in guests, I know for sure that we have less chances to get a table because of the crowd. But of course there is no harm in trying out our luck 🤞🏻. Thanks God, we managed to get a table and our cravings has been satisfied. There is wide selection in the buffet area that will definitely suit your preferences from chicken 🐔 , meat 🥩 , seafoods 🦑🦐🦀 and veggies 🥦🥬🍄. The ambiance is great for couples, family and group of friends. The staff are very friendly regardless of the crowd and this is one of the good thing. I highly recommend this one! 🥰

The staff are friendly and accommodating. Many choices for hotpot. Love their beef teppanyaki. Location is accessible, not crowded and lots of spaces for parking.

Place is properly kept neat and clean. Following great health protocol guidelines. Staff is well adept in keeping it that way specially social distancing. Food for the hotpot has good selection from pork and beef slices (3 kinds but great though), shrimps, vegetables (wide selection), white meat fish. As for the ala carte hot items, sushi (a little bland and dry), variety of chinese dishes (this is good by the way) is very good as well. Thier hotpot soup base has great selection as well. They offer both indoor and outdoor dining giving you a direct seaview al-fresco experience. Though I would like to see more items on their buffet and hotpot as I think they have ommited a large amount of items before the pandemic started. Other than that, I was pretty satisfied. Definitely a restaurant with one of a kind buffet of hotpots full of veggies, pork, shrimps, vegetables, seafoods and more. Definitely a place for for fine dining with friends and families. Place is very clean, well sanitized and strictly follows our health protocols. Staffs are very well trained, approachable and attentive. Definitely a 5 star! Highly recommendable!

Hotpot goodness and appetizing buffet in one! Luckily there wasn't any wait times at all so we were able to start earlier. There was a nice selection of hotpot ingredients, meat cuts and slices, even the buffet section was packed with freshly cooked meals. The staff are friendly and approachable, however I think they are understaffed during peak lunch time. Overall, the food is good and the ambiance in the store is very luxurious. Definitely worth the trip.

One of our go-to buffet for any occasions. Food choices are one of the best better than some 5-star hotel buffets also it's affordable plus the unlimited tempura is to watch out for, unfortunately the service is subpar we sometimes see tired staff who doesnt we feel doesnt want to work anymore hopefully management can give them their well deserved rest.

After a looong shopping spree from IKEA, we looked for a restaurant with my bff from Cebu and find this one! We waited around 15min to be served with hotpot and enjoyed the menu! You have a wide variety to choose from, Japanese, mostly Asian cuisine, Mexican to Filipino favorites dishes! I enjoyed mostly the hotpot and their sushi! Fried noodles was exceptional and their halo-halo was deliciously good. Premium meat cuts were also perfect for meat lovers and salad for vegetarians. Pastries and ice cream were good as i say. Prices range varies from time and day! Best time to enjoy meal with families and friends who are matakaw lol.

They offer dozens of options for boiling in the pot on your table. So if you like genuine Asian food and Korean specially then this place if for you. Many meat selections and several dumpling selections. Aside from that the sweet pork is good and fresh grilled chicken is nice. Unfortunately, the sushi has no fish, the quality very mediocre and often cold. The ice cream bar for desert is cool though it could offer syrup options. But that's buffet's. A lot of cheap food at discount prices. Good for what it is but hot fudge, or caramel sauce for the ice cream, would have been nice.

Excellent foods , there were a variety of foods from seafood, Korean BBQ filipino dishes, and a lot more. the price for adults P800+ and for kids from P500 . Eat all you can treat.

Hello Guys, So im gonna share my experience here this was my first time to try here at four season buffet and , had a reservation for it , so i think for me this is not the best buffet that i have eaten but the service and people are good and the food also , i think just a tip dont get too much dont get too overwhelmed to the food you see hehehe cause it might get you too full before you try the other foods 😌😌😌😌 but overall id recommend you to try here , there are also some promo on your birthday , its nice to celebrate here also 😌😌😌😌 Thats all 🫶 Hope it help you .

If you’re kind of food enthusiast that loves sushi and hotpot this place is for you. Not only that they serve unique and very asian cuisines they also serve Italian style breads. U can choose everything you want from appetizers, main dishes and dessert. The ambiance is very peaceful as it is located near seaside. Their staffs is very kind and approachable. I would definitely suggest it to my friends and come back here ☺️

It was really a good experience as we celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday. We celebrated it with good food with variety of choices, from unli appetizer, main course, hotpot, desserts and drinks (juice, infused water, beer and coffee). Bonus part was the staffs were really accommodating. The price was really worth it. There's a discount for big groups. We had 43 guests occupying 4 VIP rooms. Each table is good for 12 persons with their own Hotpot. It's really good that each guest can make their own hotpot the way they want it😉 No need to worry on allergic reactions to seafoods or other ingredients👍

First time eating here. A little confusing in the way they operate. Unlike the USA, where the food is cooked and ready to go, you had to cook your own. They did have a cooked line for food. The venue was big, and you had to wander around to find what you wanted to cook. There were lots of choices and a wide variety of food. You cooked the food in the hot pot at the table. The place was clean and well stocked. I saw a customer eating whole shrimp, but after walking the floor 3 times, I couldn't find any whole shrimp. We asked for the check, and after 10 minutes, if waiting my wife finally got up and went to the register to ask. Ended up not waiting for the check at the table and went straight to the register to pay. Nice place, but I don't think I'll come back again.

It was my first time to do a hotpot at the Four Seasons. There’s a lot of things to eat and taste to the point where we’re already full. I like the sushi section, tempura, and the variety of hotpot ingredients to choose from: seafood, dimsum, and noodles, etc. Kudos to the service crew where they attentively look out for the finished plates we used and refill the hotpot soup. The chef also recommended some food on which to include in your own hotpot. For less than 1000 pesos, it is value for money and the service. Need to walk along the MOA seaside to reach this location.

Came here for my wife's birthday and they were very nice to her. A great customer service, and great food selection. When we are back in Manila will come here again.

This restaurant has it all. Many selections of fresh vegetables and dumplings for the hot pot. Lots of entrees and many delicious sushi choices!! I especially liked that they celebrated my birthday with a personalized cake!! I’m glad I came here.

They are more focused on hot pots. Shabu shabu.Their sinigang soup, they asked if we want it really sour and we said yes. When it was served they did not mix it. So the sinigang sa sampaloc powder was the one we tasted. Their tempura was full of batter you could not find the shrimp PLUS they were using extender that tasted shrimp but is not. The salmon sashimi served by request btw...it is FROZEN. You could bite through the ice in-between the salmon sashimi piece.

Four Seasons by Vikings at Mall of Asia is a fantastic dining option with an extensive selection of food and drinks. The buffet offers great value for money, featuring a variety of cuisines. Just have one complain about the maki rolls. It was very dry and hard since it was probably taken out early.

Very pleasant dining experience. Reservation was hassle-free as it was done online. Confirmation came swiftly. The variety of dishes was truly a treat. Service is exceptional as the crew were all accommodating and friendly.

had dinner with my wife here during the weekend... staff are very helpful and attentive, food selections are good (the only 2 reasons why it had a 2 star rating for me) but no mala spicy soup, fruit shakes and beef meat on a dinner (weekend)?... but we are still bound to pay the same price... charge to experience? definitely will not recommend this to anyone and will not come again

Just dine here this lunch. We have our dog with us at MOA and when the receptionist saw her she asked her superior that if the dog can stay inside while we dine in. Then she offered us to dine outside with our dog or dine inside with our dog staying in their office. We are surprised on their hospitality and accepted their offer for dining inside. While we dine, I check our dog on their office just to see how is her status. To my surprise they have taken care of our dog and even gave her a bowl of water. Very accommodating staff and delicious food. Will be back here again in the future and with our dog again.

Availed lunch buffet. Great food but I’m missing the appetizers, fruits, more meat and kinds of desserts. Loved the satay soup and dumplings. Few customers at that time so we can freely walk and get the food while maintaining social distance.

The rest of the food is okay, but their desserts like these cupcakes seems like a cardboard box lols. If you're looking for a dessert, then this place is definitely not the place to go to. Their sashimi donut is great 👌
