It’s so ridiculously bad and awful service!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I had never been through such a rude reception. We asked for an early check in since we flew from another country overnight and they never answer we came at the check in time and had to wait two hours just to hear that they did not have a key or way to get us in our reservation! I have travel over 30 countries and never received this treatment before!!!! plus they DO NOT LET YOU CANCEL so they will still take your money!! Please save yourself the headache and stay away from here!

We stayed only for one night during a transit at Manila Airport. It is 10min walking from terminal 3 NAIA, very convenient. We could do our check in at 9 PM and leave very early in the morning at 5 AM to take our next flight. The apartment was clean, 2 big A/C and access to the swimming (although we did not use). Definitely a good option instead of the overpriced hotels near the airport.

The lady at the front was extremely rude. When we got to the front she took a picture of our passports without our consent and emailed them to the admin. When we asked her to delete the picture she made a huge fuss out of it, even after we told her we’ll give her our drivers license! As you can see from the second video, she even said they do it for everyone and went on to show us the pictures of other peoples passports. Crazy!! I talked to her on the phone the night before and she had no patience and said we dont have a booking. Before hanging up I insisted she is typing the name wrong, and when I spelled it out for her she saw it was there. The room itself is decent, except for how the wifi password is handwritten and it is hard to figure out what the password is. If the lady wasn’t so rude I probably would have give 4 stars because the location is great and the room is decent.

Nice place and wonderful host! Enjoyed my apartment for one night and plan to return soon. Just a short walk to Terminal 3 and close to other necessities in a very clean and well maintained environment. Well insulated also… can’t even hear planes coming and going.

Great location. Many shops and restaurants around, within walking distance. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Stayed here for 1 week, close to NAIA Terminal 3. Can easily access the runway to the airport. Pool was a little dirty and didn't bother to use it.

I book and paid online, I shown the confirmation of the booking and confirmation of the payment, once in the room they told me they didn’t receive the payment and I had to pay again with cash or they wouldn’t let me leave the property. So I paid twice and I am left with complaining with the web site hoping to get my money back (I doubt it will happen) this condominium has a funny way to deal with the technical problem between the them and web site.

It's my second time to stay here. the first one was on May 22-July 16 the ambiance is nice, and you can always ask for assistance from ms Delia, it's just near the airport. maybe 3 to 5 mins walk using the runway manila. also it's near watsons and other restaurants and Metro Shop. you should buy your own water since they don't provide it inside the room. and no daily house cleaning not the same with the hotel. for the car park, we just park our car outside because the rate is cheaper than the rate inside, it's just a little bit hustle tho. the second time I was here, they weren't able to assist me, especially when I asked for the Iron to press my clothes. 😞 anyways, overall I was only looking for a place where I can stay near the airport.

I like the property coz of its location that is so close to NAIA Terminal 3. The rooms is neat and clean and almost all of what you need is there, from kitchen to laundry. I don’t like that there are no towels provided by the owner or they might have been forgotten to put some towels on my room as I arrived late at the property and it’s already late at night for me to buy towels. Overall, it was a nice stay. Good security and perfect locations for those who have flights at Terminal 3.

It's so dirty and infestation with bugs coming out of the bathroom drain out of the washing machine drain and the kitchen all over management does a very. Bad job taking care of the Building it's very dirty from the outside to the patio doesn't look like it's chop up people got clothes hanging. Everywhere? The swimming pool has no chairs

I love the rooms here. The one I rented was in Cluster C, room 207. It was really nice. Stayed there for 1 month for 20k php and about 4k bill. I was able to cook. The room is so clean. I requested an iron and they delivered it for free. They are very friendly. The staff is friendly as well, especially the guards and the receptionist. I will visit here again in the future.

If your arrival is innterminal 3 and your flight schedule is around 11 midnight well i highly recommend because you just need to walk 5 to 10 mins and your there. The stuff is very accomodating. Fyi its not a hotel its a rental condo unit or let say an appartment for rental.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The property is very clean and maintained. Being in the hotel district, it was very close to other hotel restaurants and it's situated across from Ninoy Aquino International Airport and did not hear any airlines landing or taking off. Two booked rooms and they are very clean with amenities such as small kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, cable TV and balcony. I will book a room here again. My fiance and I enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The condos at One Palm Tree Villas are great. Being next to Newport village in pasay city and new world resorts is great and being next to the outdoor public market is also great. This is walking distance to about anything you could want and about 1 hour from the mall of Asia. (Largest mall in the world) The building has a nice pool and very friendly and helpful staff. The extra security is good but not overwhelming. If you book a room here make sure to bring your ID and vaccination card. Great experiences here!

This place is near the airport. We got a room here via airbnb. The place that we got is very spacious, complete with basic necessities. Internet connection is also not an issue. Will definitely come back here next vacation.

It's recommendable when you're waiting for a flight or a few hours of stop over. The good thing is you can cook. Cleanliness is a plus. This will be my go to hotel when travelling in between flights and even staying in Manila since it's also near from Resort's World.

Location is only good thing. Our room was “full” of bed bugs or similar animals and shower you can get only cold water. Avoid if you can!

It was ok, but not happy with system. They only ask you to pay by cash, you need to go far to find ATM, amd they don't usually have change for your cash payments. I don't think I will come back to this place.

Excellent experience staying in this type of hotel. The staff were helpful, the location was excellent for accessing the airport, and I felt safe inside thanks tothe presence of security personnel.

Booked the unit 9S cluster D for 31 days 6 months in advance through Airbnb. When we arrived, we saw a large number of cockroaches in the kitchen and in the washroom. There were baby roaches as well and many nests in the kitchen cabinets. I was very disappointed that the host didn't give us a heads up about the infestation since we booked so much in advance anyway we called her and let her know about the problem and she provided us with some traps and other tools to fight them. Also, there was a pest control company available, but that was really a joke. They came into the room to spray chemicals, but It didn't work. We had to come out with our solution to sterminate all the roaches ourselves, which we did using baking soda and boric acid. After we killed all the roaches in our unit, there were still new roaches coming out from the drainage in the washroom. The property management should really take this matter seriously and check the main building sewage system and manholes since this is a serious german cockroach infestation that is affecting multiple units in the building. Location was great and the guards were friendly. The unit aside from the roach problem had everything we needed. Although internet wasn't that great. The host provided us internet via Sky and for the second half of our stay the connection was very unreliable. We taking online classes and it was very frustrating to the point we had to use our phone as a access point

The guard is RUDE!!! We're couple staying for 2 nights, we choose the place because near to the airport. I first approach the guard of this One Palm Tree Villas he is very disrespectful , he needs to get a seminar for handling customers because he is very unprofessional. U could lose ur temper. U wanted a calm place to stay and relax , but all u get is stressed , especially when u just arrived at the gate of this hotel and greet u with rudeness😤.

This is a nice place. My only complaint is that the pots/pans and dishes that were in our rooms kitchen seemed a bit less than clean.(Just wash them yourself to be sure like I would do anyway) But otherwise it's a comfortable and convenient place that you can walk to from Terminal 3 with ease.

I went here for a debut. We were at the function hall or whatever that place is called. It was big enough and can accommodate 85 people. Outside the hall, I saw the swimming pool. It was small, but it was fine since there were only few people on it. Maybe because it was already late that time. The place is accessible. It is just beside the St. Therese Church. The place has 2 entrance. One is beside the church and the other one is on the opposite side.

Nice size room for 2. Well appointed and good kitchen. Comfortable bed. Unique room layout. Bathroom could do with some minor work. Shower head bracket came off the wall, toilet seat was loose, sink faucet very loose on the sink. Convenient location to malls. Quiet area.

We walked in and asked for availability for 1 night in between flights, so basically just a few hours of sleep. They put us in a room where the walls were impregnated with cigarette smoke and for a non smoker this is something intolerable. The overall look of the room was very poor and dirty.

No hot water but it is absolutely perfect for a night if you're waiting to fly out of Manila. Quick five minute walk from terminal 3 and it is in a gated area with good food options a one minute walk away.

Very nice, which probably explains why they are booked up. We were near the hwy which is under construction and lots of airport traffic. Still enjoyed our stay. We were on a late flight from the U.S. so its minutes from the air port was a plus. Clean and cozy. Would surely stay again.

The room was not clean the microwave was filthy with food residue filling inside the employee was rude even though the in charge tried to help and stated she would speak to the female staffer who was rude and told us we complain to much . The door lock was broken the staff worker told us to live with the broken door which led the outside on the first floor n said no one will bother us n that maintenance was to busy to fix the lock and they only returned 1500 refund even though we gave them 2200 total rip off to us the customer stay away from this place customers are not respected or treated with respect we left after being cheated for full refund but the in charge did escort us to the BELMONT HOTEL COST MORE BUT WELL WORTH IT N IT WAS AROUND THE CORNER A FIVE MINUTE WALK DONT STAY AT THAT OTHER PLACE IT A DISASTER N DISAPPOINTMENT

This is a practical (and wonderful) place to consider if you are looking for a place to stay near NAIA (Ninoy Aquino International Airport) Terminal 3. It is quite near and you can practically walk to the place, if you are used to walking that is. The caretaker (Ms. Peachy) was very helpful and accommodating. She went out of her way to meet us at the corner of the block where One Palm Tree Villas was because we were not familiar with the place. We booked al fully furnished room on the 3rd floor. We were pleased to see that it was very neat and tidy. The free wifi connection was strong. There was a water dispenser with free mineral water. The aircon, refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, rice cooker, and water heater were all in good working condition. We will be staying the night before we catch a plane for another destination tomorrow.

Great pool and location, terrible everything else. Checkin person seemed quite hostile and I waited 30 minutes at the front gate before they came. Room was low quality and bathroom was smelly. Worst of all the bed was had a lot of static current making it difficult to sleep as i was getting shocked constantly.

Very good experience of staying in this place. Very clean, convenient, very close to the airport, the staff were available and I felt safe with the security people around the place. Very recommended for short stay before or after a flight.

The place was good, at first it's very comfortable to stay but there's a water leakage in the closet when it's raining that's why our stay is not that good because I always clean the wet floors so that no one will hurt ourselves due to slippery floors.
