Really just a 3-4 star hotel masquerading as a 5-star. 9 calls to front desk (basic inquiries, laundry, reporting lack of room cleaning) or room service averaged 21.5 rings before anyone answered. The room wasn’t cleaned on two separate days. A laundry pick up request never occurred even after two reminders. Floor staff lacked information on the facilities (opening hours, location). Breakfast was delicious. The staff in that restaurant were quite friendly despite the large crowds and wait times in the morning. Place settings were often missing or incomplete at the tables even after staff arrived on their own to set the table. But those manning the food stations were exemplary in responding to questions and requests. Coffee was extremely disappointing. Dinner at the Chinese restaurant was fabulous. Nothing but complements to the staff and kitchen there. If only the rest of the hotel could match their execution and quality.

Room is clean and view is exceptional! The swimming pool is breathtaking and the food in Brasserie is so good! We also liked that we were given a complimentary cake as we were celebrating something and we were also given a small stuff toy. We thought rooms have bath tubs but it's just a shower which was a bit of a bummer. We also didn't like that we had to ask for some toiletries which were not already in the bathroom.

We stayed in four different hotels in our last vacation in the Philippines and Conrad Manila was our last stop before we flew back to Chicago. While we were impressed with the classy, clean rooms and common areas we were doubly impressed with the quality of the service that we experienced in the hotel. Jane and her staff specifically Karen from the China Blue restaurant made us feel so special - my wife and I just walked in for lunch and was able to get a table and we came back with a bigger group for dinner. Jane and her team specially Karen prepared gave us an excellent table overlooking the bay. I gave them the liberty to pick the dinner menu for us and I was truly impressed with the selection and the A1 top-of-the-line service. We stayed until closing time but never felt rushed. I ended up providing rooms to my guests and what was more impressive is that the front desk came to our dinner table to register us for the two additional rooms - that was a first in my hotel experience! 👏 I would recommend the hotel to my friends and anyone looking for a great experience in Manila. I will definitely stay in the same hotel next time we’re in the Philippines. ✨✨✨✨✨

Stayed years ago when it newly opened. Loved everything about the hotel, amenities, restaurant, except the fact that the pool and shower were so far apart, you'd have to walk through a significant amount of airconditioned hallway before getting there. And it's even farther to the elevators up to your room if you'd like to shower in your private space. The room was great, had white tones, clean. Modern, cool design. The sea view and morning fog were spectacular. They didn't have our room ready by check in time so they treated us with some snacks in their business lounge and it was a nice gesture and a cool place. We still have their cute, baby blue Conrad cow stuffed toy.

I love the experience I had at the hotel. The staff is always friendly and willing to help any guest that may have a problem. Room service was fantastic and timely. I enjoyed the view of the bay area and I had a great time walking the board walk nearby. In total, it is a great experience on its own. I highly recommend this place to anyone else visiting.

The hotel has a nice view and is close to the mall. The only downside is the service. We arrived to a dirty room (hairs in the bathroom, dirt on the bathroom floor, a toilet that still had 'leavings' from the previous guest'). We called down to the front desk to have them come up and clean again. We waited in the lounge and when we returned it was still dirty with brown liquid still on the toilet seat and hairs on the ground of the bathroom. It looked like they just sprayed the toilet seat with bleach and forgot to wipe it off (pictures included). We also waited over 2 hours for our luggage to be brought to our room (they couldn't locate it) and when it was it was just left at the door. We canceled the remainder of our stay with them and booked at another hotel. This also should not be considered a '5-star' hotel because the amenities are lacking. I have included pictures of the empty, cheap 'minibar' and the low-quality water provided in limited amounts. This property reminds me more of a regular Hilton hotel. Do yourself a favor and go for a true 5-star hotel in Manila at a better price.

A beautiful hotel in Manila with a nice view of Manila bay. The hotel has several on site restaurants and if you are staying in the hotel you get a free breakfast buffet at one of their on site restaurants (Brasserie on 3). Wow the food was good and the service is excellent. This hotel has a direct link to Mall of Asia, it is very convenient . A lot of restaurant selections outside of the hotel. They have an on site lounge bar area in the hotel (C lounge ) where they have live musics . A nice place to hang out and see the sunset of Manila bay. They have a nice swimming pool and a fitness center. Free parking if you’re a guest. Overall we’re satisfied with our stay with this Hotel .

This is, without doubt, my favorite hotel in Manila (and all of The Philippines). I could rave about this place all day. The service is phenomenal. They make you feel like they know and care about every individual guest. The breakfast is the best I've ever had. The rooms are unbelievably nice. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel by the bay. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was blown away by the stunning design and decor - everything was sleek, modern, and exquisitely done. Not to mention the unique style of their building plus a great view of the sea. It’s such a great way to watch sunset while dining in. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring that my needs were taken care of and that I was comfortable during my stay.

We stayed in this property for 5 days last July. We’ve dined in the restaurants and enjoyed the spa services during this stay. I must say that we were very pleased with the quality of service provided. Our room was also exquisite, very modern and clean. Among all the Hilton properties we’ve stayed in, Conrad Manila was the best in showing their appreciation for diamond members. We know where we’ll always stay whenever when we’re in Manila.

I’ve stayed here twice this year so far, and I gotta say, their excellent hospitality has been consistent. I’d like to thank Kyle from the front desk during our recent stay. We landed quite early from our flight and while I requested an early check-in, I didn’t expect to be checked in so early and personally didn’t mind exploring the area as we waited. Kyle went above and beyond and we were checked in by 9 am. As a Diamond member, I was also upgraded to a suite. Our weekend stay was incredibly comfortable! The property is also very clean and serene, which made our stay even more relaxing. Also, the staff during breakfast were very attentive, especially Josh and Ron. Just checked out from this hotel. Only hotel that I've stayed in that doesnt have complimentary bottled water in the room! Soap and shampoo in the bathroom was almost empty! Reserved AP with breakfast included for 2 guests but was told only 1 person has free breakfast. Hotel hard product is nice, but service leaves a lot to be desired, considering its a Conrad brand.

I honestly love the room my boyfriend and I purchased. If you are a very easy to please kind of person and is a minimalist kind of person you would their rooms. Service can be improved, good thing we are a very patient person. Food and drinks, taste good. I enjoyed their desserts

Prior to my flight to Singapore, I was quarantined in Conrad for about 17 days. The room was very spacious, cleaned and sanitized. The service was overall great. I had a couple of complaints but they addressed it right away, just make sure to communicate with them. The reception staff were courteous too, they will call back and apologize if the missed your call. Overall, I would rate the hotel 4.8 out of 5 stars! My recent stay at Conrad Manila was absolutely amazing! Really, you will get the value for your money. The room I stayed in was nothing short of luxurious. It was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered stunning views of the city. The location of the hotel couldn't have been more convenient. It was within walking distance of many popular attractions, making it easy for me to explore the city's vibrant culture and nightlife.

The rooms are great and the staff was really great. I can put them on my list of one of the most professional and accommodating hotel staff. Most of them if not all would even greet and smile at you wherever you are at the hotel. The food was great. Our son had his wedding reception here, overall a very memorable and wonderful stay.

The staff have always been very accommodating to our friends who love to stay at this hotel. They are also very assistive whenever you are in their premises, making sure all customers aren't lost on their way around the hotel, even in the parking lots. The views are also great especially the lobby, you can take a rest while waiting for you to be checked in. Breakfast buffet, very filling. But make sure to take your time enjoying every food little by little so you can try everything from appetizers to desserts. You can also request your preferred dietary drinks at the lounge area.

Stayed in this property for two days and all I can say is wow! Everything is perfect. Our room was upgraded to a bay facing view and in the afternoon its a must to see the sunset. The hotel is very clean, luxurious, the breakfast was great with a wide selection, staff are very courteous, helpful, always willing to lend an extra hand, they always a big genuine smile on their face. You dont have to ask them anything they can anticipate your needs. Remarkable! You can see how they love their job and take great pride in it. From the security, the attendants, life guards, the front desk and the concierge are among the best in the world and I have visited a few Conrad/Hilton overseas. Our stay truly left an impact on me. After enduring multiple long international flights and stale airline meals, we were especially happy we added the hotel's breakfast. The lobby restaurant had great service and ridiculously expansive options for travelers craving fresh and delicious food. It was a feast for the eyes as well! This hotel has the wow factor whether its the friendly and welcoming staff of the beautiful scent that drifts through the corridors. Its just wow We were lucky enough to have a harbour view room and although Manila bay is not stunning we loved having it. The breakfast buffet was amazing. They had a wonderful selection of pastries that changed daily. Traditional Philippine breakfast dishes also on offer. Fresh juice and fruits. Fresh honey you could take straight from the honeycomb. The location is great also with Mall of Asia next door and a small mall atrached with a good selection of restaurants also. Overall this hotel has everything you want. We will definitely stay again!!!

I and my sister loved our stay at Conrad Manila. Everyone was helpful and kind - from reservation process until check out. Our room was clean. The food (breakfast and dinner) was delicious. I would love to stay here again.

We were calling to confirm if we could stay after our mandatory quarantine, but I was passed from a different line a few times, and "Mae" of room reservation was not very approachable and even raised voice upon explaining. We waited for a few minutes after she passed us to the in-house room reservation, but we didn't get through twice. We were seriously considering staying, but we decided to go elsewhere. We booked two king executive bedrooms with lounge access for 2 nights last with my wife and three kids. The place is very classy. All staffs are warm and very helpful. The Location is great for dining, strolling and having fun with your family. A little bit intimidating specially for a family like us who are "Promdi". Lounge access foods are a little bit not on my taste. Their buffet is not open when we are there so they serve us with set meal which is more on sweets, cakes and bread on the afternoon. On the evening, 2 hours of liquor is available but the food is again not my type. I think after that weekend the buffet is open so I Do not know if other food is available. Overall the hotel is great but not the lounge access is not. I think Dining out in the evening is better. Will I come back? ........

The concierge was able to book us a last minute reservation to Spiral buffet when they were already fully booked. The amenities were top notch - I mean, they even had a pillow menu for goodness sake! The rooms were clean as a whistle, which is always a major plus for me. But the real cherry on top was the customer service and staff. They were all so friendly and helpful, it was like they were reading my mind before I even had to ask for anything. I mean, I asked for a toothbrush and they brought me a whole toothpaste and toothbrush set - now that's what I call going above and beyond. But the best part? They had a complimentary minibar stocked with all my favorite snacks. I may or may not have polished off an entire bag of peanuts and a can of soda during my stay. Hey, it's the little things that count, right? Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel and I can't wait to come back for more. In fact, I'm already planning my next visit. This hotel is great. Rooms are nice and clean. Beds are comfortable for a good night's rest. And the customer service is outstanding. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The spa is my favorite part though. They offer alot of different services for the spa and its super clean and a very relaxing atmosphere

6/5 stars for the service. 100% of the people we interacted with was very pleasant and accommodating. Although they had a problem of getting us our rooms ready despite we’re already 4 hours late of check in time, the staffs were friendly anyway. 6/5 stars for the breakfast buffet. I love their filipino breakfast options and I was so happy to enjoy meals I didn’t have for a long time. 3/5 stars for accommodation. Being a 5 star hotel, one would expect everything is maintained if not perfect. I didn’t like how the windows were not cleaned and there were visible drips of stained water on the exterior ceiling. Also the towel bar attached to the shower door wasn’t maintained. For me, anything not well maintained shows cheapness and lack of attention to detail. And for a P13k/night room, I don’t think (minor and easy to repair) things like that should exist. A 5 star hotel for me isn’t about the biggest pool or the having the most stunning view, but the attention to the smallest detail. I would come back for the breakfast buffet but maybe stay in a nearby less expensive hotel instead.

Great location by the bay and excellent customer service. Stayed here for the Dental Convention with my husband. It’s quite pricey but you get what you pay for. The only downside I experienced was when we ordered room service for breakfast one morning. The plating was really bad as well as how the food was presented(or prepared).It was a stark contrast the next day. Maybe the chef was not around at the time?I can only guess🥴Food was delicious at the C Lounge & bar overlooking the sea. Wide selection of drinks and the best dim sum I’ve ever had. Overall,we had a good time. Would highly recommend staying here…. especially for those with deep pockets. No pun intended.🌞
