Poor service coming from front desk personnel. Not polite to clients. Very unprofessional. Did not even apoligized for their mistake. I was suppose to pick up my medical certificate since they scheduled the time and date of pick up. Upon arriving and waiting for more than 2 hours the front desk staff told me that my medical certificate could not be released since i dont have a Seamans Book yet. I told them that they should have informed me before giving me a schedule of release date. Did they apologize, no, they insisted it is their policy or procedure. Since its my first time they should inform their clients or better have a sign informing seafarers of no release of medical certificate for incomplete information. What they have is a reminder addresses to client to treat them nicely. To the staff RESPECT BEGETS RESPECT. I do not hold grudge on the company. I just wish the company would look into some of the comments of other clients including mine as a wake up call for improvement. Thank you very much.

It's my first time to have a medical appointment with health Metrics and the service was outstanding! Inspite of the situation that they are lack of manpower the day I visited, they still managed to handle all the patients professionally and provided an excellent service, all the staff are friendly and accomodating, they treat the patients very well.. from security at the door to the labs and front desk. Kudos to all the crew.. I would also like to commend Ms. Lonie from vital signs and audiometry who handled 2 stations with such a graceful manner and friendly approach to us, as well as the dental dept. ms. Marilyn, doc bernie and doc marlene, registration team, van, may, liza, phoebe, kem and sam from the cashier for giving us a crystal clear instructions and guidelines throughout the process..💯

Transaction is too slow. I suggest to add 1 front desk officer or better to improve the queue system for faster transaction. It would be better if clients that are for medical will be given forms upon entry so while waiting to be called the forms are being accomplished. When it is your turn...tada! No more long minutes of waiting. As i observed, an average of 15 mins per person before you can be accomodated. Accomplishing of forms eats a lot of time at the counter, a lot of time are wasted. Staff was very uncoordinated. I was not informed a dental check up was included in my list of tests to join the cruise ship. I had to waste my time and go back another day. Super annoyed about their lack of knowledge as to when i can expect my results to come out

3 weeks wasted, too much emailing going around in circles. Do not waste your time here. If you found out that you have an ailment, instead of giving you treatment. They have to fool around first. What a shame this establishment is to the hippocratic oath.

It's nice that they have an appointment & queue system. People are nice based from my experience. Although, I recommend NOT to go here if you want to get your medical clearance for fit to work for work abroad as soon as possible. Multiple delays just to get it. Some of which are: - told me to wait for my name to be called (one for the doctor's follow up, another for the clearance printing) for more than an hour then when I followed up, I'm actually not in the queue/my file is not being processed. If I didn't follow up, I might have had wasted more time for nothing. - had to go back multiple days waiting for my medical clearance (already finished with all required actions and was told I'm fit to work already, this is just claiming the clearance itself). Was told I could get it the next day because I'm cleared already, but when I returned the next day, I was told I'm actually not yet cleared because a department has not properly cleared my status and asked me to wait some more time for them to process. Got angry and told them to process it asap because it has already been days just to get the clearance. - In summary, I had to speak out multiple times just to get my clearance properly processed. I wish I have done it sooner.

Very inconvenient. I called to follow up my lab result which is approaching 3rd wk pending this date and no one’s picking up the phone even the Operator Assistance in the trunkline will just hang up the call. Also to mention, the one assisting in the laboratory is rude and impatient. Not so good experience at all!

Quality of service is not good poor customer service , no coordination, the frontdesk is rude not service oriented, if you call the telephone and cell phone number nobody answer, also in the email.

Been here for a pre-employment medical examination and it's quite a good experience compared to the other clinic. Needed to book an appointment in advance. Well organized and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Starting from the security guards, employees/staff and doctors, everyone was professional, approachable & accommodating. I was able to complete my PEME on the second day. Test results are delivered within the day and can be accessed on their portal. It is also very convenient to book an appointment. I highly recommend & rate Health Metrics a 5 stars because of its excellent quality of services.
