This place was not sanitized..from the previous customer,I was aware of it the next day..trash had not been emptied, toiletries where on the sink. From previous customer..I was scared due to the fact covid is rapid in the area and I had a flight coming up.my worst fears came true I tested positive due to this room.now I can't fly costing me hundreds of us dollars.the toilet wouldn't flush the bed sheets not changed,they transferred me to another hotel but the damage is already done. DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL....you'll take your chances of getting sick like me.

I seriously have so many complaints about this hostel… 1. So many cockroaches around, even small ones that can crawl inside our ears. 2. Room is too small and crowded. 3. Room smells like mold. 4. The floor doesn’t seem to be cleaned properly, there were still rubbish left under the bed. 5. The bathroom was too small and narrow, it was so hard to move around. 6. Heater is not working properly, it would switch from too cold to too hot all of a sudden repeatedly. 7. Television screen was too blurry so it was hard to watch especially shows with texts. 8. Air conditioner was not working properly. It was already switched on highest cool yet it releases air like a very low fan. All of us slept while sweating. 9. They have WiFi but it doesn’t work. 10. There is no signal in the room so we couldn’t use our mobile data either. 11. Sheets feel too rough to touch, as if it wasn’t washed yet. So yup. 18 hrs of stay for ₱1000 is very much not worthy. It seems like a scam instead. We wasn’t able to sleep well, it was too hot and at the same time we were worrying about small cockroaches crawling on us and entering our ears. It was too late, we already paid, and all the pics they posted were never like what we’ve seen in actual. 12 hrs of stay for ₱1000 by other hotels would’ve been much better than this. At least those rooms are clean and comfy. This one clearly is the opposite.

Stayed here on my first night in Manila. Cockroaches and clumps of hair everywhere, also a big fire safety risk as there are no available exits. The owners, authorities and Agoda should be ashamed of themselves to allow this place to run. Personally I blame Agoda for listing this decrepit crack den! The hotel should be demolished, flattened. Then a plaque should be placed to remember all the poor souls unfortunate to stay here. Reminds me of being in a third world country!

Let me start by saying that I have done a lot traveling and stayed in a lot of hostels, so I am perfectly fine with simple budget accommodation without a lot of frills. That being said, this place is hands down the worst “hostel” I have ever stayed in. Fitted sheet was stained and top sheet was nonexistent. Toilet looked (and smelled) like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and was missing a toilet seat. Bugs were plentiful. Wi-fi never worked. I only stayed one night but that was enough time to leave with a rash on my leg. The audacity of the owners to hang Bible quotes throughout and remind you at every turn what good Christians they are while accepting money to stay in this hovel is astounding. AVOID THIS PLACE.

They won't allow non married couples to share a room. This would have been nice to know before booking and arrival. They're in the wrong business if they're going to enforce absurd policies. Also the place looks filthy.

Una ang front desk nila na staff is walang alam about customer service to solve problem. Place not safe, its look like short time kasi yung bed nila ang liit, the is room not good with free Cockroach and toilet is small.. NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.. 100% do not book this... 😡😡🤬

The place is affordable given that it has a strategic location. However, upon entering the premises, it has no signal for mobile phones. They have 3 different wifi connections that you can choose from but all of it were depressingly slow and at times it has no connection at all. The room is also quite small, the water that is running from their faucit is quite dirty and you can see sediments floating. The hotel needs a major improvement or renovation. For the staff, they're great.

It's a SCAM. they advertized it falsely especially the posted pictures on site are misleading.The rate is just the same of other good hotels out there, but their hotel is a real MESS. A rusty door knobs, unclean floors and bathroom, as well as a bunch of mosquitos. The moment we entered the room is so awful just like it's smell. We were just worried for the payment we spent because it's not refundable so we endure it until morning. Definitely not to come back again. It's not worth you paid for!

Unpleasant odor in the hallway, heater is not working, even toilet bowl is clogged, water in the faucet with foul smell and with residues coming out.. dirty room, lavatory pipe is cut, the water will run thru the cr floor, ni free tissue and bottled water in the room the staff will tell you that they dnt have available and will told you there is a store outiside to buy. Worst expereinced and will never come back there

Wifi in the room is very slow and always disconnected. No signal inside the room for call and Data (Globe and DITO). All you can do is stare at the ceiling all day. From the booking it was mentioned that there will be bottled water in the room, when I arrived there is nothing and when I asked the guy from the reception he told me that there is no free bottled water.

Had to take an taxi to reach that place, to hear that they allow only married couples! Wasted money and time. Good start of holidays :/

You will be surprised that this facility was approved by Reddoorz to be in! The facility itself needs to improve! It doesn't fit the taste every Reddoorz user has.

Worst Reddoorz. Small room and seems dirty (smell and the color of the linens.). There are also small cockroaches.

Not Accepting unmarried couples(btw it doesnt show in their policy) even though we got an early reservation. Our reservation went to waste and wasnt able to get a refund. We're forced to find another hotel.

Rooms was small got broken tiles, got small cockroach. pillows smells like left over saliva from previous guest. Only good is location not too crowded and can have peacefully sleep.

The rooms very dirty, very hot, no toilet seat covers, broken shower, dirty floors very smelly linen, uncomfortable beds, so many cockroach, dirty water in the bathroom. Unable to cancel and get refund, the worst hotel I ever see in my life.

This hotel is very worst. To think that reddoorz approved this place is so surprising. Dirty rooms & toilet. Bad experience. Also, the front desk is not accomodating. She's new & don't know what she's doing. Me & my friends will never book in this place again.

Towel was not untidy and no tissue. When checking out nobody is assigned and you cant go out directly.

Make them look for critters and crawlers. 2. Do not add the breakfast option. 3. One of their staff is a bit forgetful, so have a little patience. 4. TV channels are blurred. 5. Bidet dispenser was broken

If you're not married couple, do not choose this place. This place allows married couples only, also cockroaches are everywhere, the receptionist tries to kill it using her hand. She can't even discuss their own policy properly...

The worst hotel ever,,if you still want to live the other day please don’t choose this everywhere is disgusting
