Black bugs on our order and no replacement. Will not order from there again. Calling the health department too. Be careful! Keisha was not very managerial in dealing with their issue. Had to go get McDonald’s instead. Had the nerve to question us after we ordered many many times from there. Be warned! If I could give a zero rank we would. I’ll be posting pics on social media too! Thanks for being very unprofessional… Clean your store!!!!

I went to pick up an order for the people in my office and I. We paid $147.68 in advance and we never received a crumb of food. We sat at the drive up window for over 15 minutes after waiting 20 minutes in line. Employees walked by, looked at us but never came to the window. We confirmed that we arrived on the screen prior to going to the window. We went inside and asked about our order, after almost ten more minutes of run around they said that they could not make three of the sandwiches and two of the drinks and that we could pick substitutes and they would have it ready in 40 minutes. That would be close to 3 hrs after we made the order. We had to get back to work, put in vacation for the extra time at lunch with no food and never received a refund. We won’t make the mistake of ordering here again.

I have never been so disappointed from this franchise. Order the club sandwich today and received layers of stacked bread with meat missing, no tomatoes, and maybe small thump print size of lettuce. No condiments, I had to request something on a dry sandwich. If I didn't have to return to work from lunch break I would have asked for management or my money back. I should I taken photos and posted the meatless and missing vegetables from some slices. They literally threw this together. 0 stars!

Brand new McAlister's Deli right next to Singing River Hospital in Pascagoula, MS. The service was excellent, the food was good and the atmosphere was comfortable. Sydney did a perfect job taking our order. The layout of the dining room was nice and we appreciated the charging stations available on the large high table. There is a drive through pick up window and outdoor dining available at this location. The parking lot has only 1 entrance/exit which is my only complaint about this location. I had the "choose 2": Half Spicy Southwest Chicken Sandwich and Chicken Tortilla Soup with unsweetened Iced Tea. The soup was extra spicy and the quality and flavor of my sandwich was on par with the other McAlister's I have visited. Overall it was a great dining experience and I recommend this restaurant!

First off, I will say that they do a great job keeping the property clean and I am super thankful for that! The building is still nice, so is the inside and the parking lot is clean. However, they almost always get my order wrong and today I found a hair in my food. Looks like an animal hair though.🤷🏻‍♀️ The food tastes good, but once I find a hair I get put off by it all. They also never refunded my mom for a sandwich they forgot to give her.

Please explain to your cashiers that they can not take money from customers then take the same nasty hands with or without gloves on and fix their drinks. Purses should not sit on top of counter where employee is cutting brownies. Floors should be cleaned and free of spills and napkins. This place has really gone down since opening. No hair nets in the kitchen, whew Lord, where is the Board of Health 😩😩😩😩

I ordered online, and my wife went to pick up our order. 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready she went inside to find out where it was. They hasn't even started it yet! I already paid online, so she is still stuck waiting for it. Terrible service. Their food has been good in the past.

I’ve been a customer here since they opened this location. There have been some hiccups here and there which have always been resolved. When I went to pick up my last order at the pickup time I checked in, went to the window and waited for just over 10 minutes at the window as employees walked past. I wound up leaving without my order. Three weeks and several calls, emails, and social media messages later I still haven’t received a refund. It was good while it lasted.

Best best best spicy chicken sandwich I have ever had in the US! Definitely worth a shot! (But it is not spicy at all)

Still one of my favorite places to get a Reuben. Have one close to home and finally have the time to make it a weekly haunt. Great service, great food, and all around great time.

The food is really good, it seems odd that every time I'm in there I'm the only one.

Absolutely love this place. Yes true enough they may be a little high in price...like $20+ per person but it is so worth it

Nicely managed and consistent service. Staff is pleasant and takes care of customers. Always clean and well stocked. Service is prompt. Good menu of salad and sandwiches and quality ingredients.

Lots of meat on the sandwiches. Caesar salad was yummy. Tortilla soup was different then i remembered - albeit its been like 10yrs since i last had McAlisters :p

I don’t know who was the lady back there today fixing the food , she had on a different color shirt than everybody , her attitude was disgusting!!! With my own eyes I see a DoorDash driver come in to pick up food, the lady told the front cashier to tell him and me that the orders has been push back to 11oclock, the man that came to pick up the other showed an told her that it showed that it will be ready at 10:26 (he wasn’t rude at all)she literally out loud said I don’t care what time it’s showing you

The food was excellent. The pick-up process was a shambles. There is a board to watch for your name to appear indicating your order is ready. The uninitiated, like me, don't realize the board never changes.

Food was delicious. Service was below par. Employees were not helpful at all.

McAlister's Deli was a very clean and very new. We hit them during their first few days of business and they did great! Friendly people in a casual atmosphere. The chicken tortilla soup was spicy and very delicious. The tea was fresh and my sandwich tasted as i expected. The only problem I could see is with parking. They were very busy and it appeared that they only had one entrance.

WORST SERVICE!! I ordered 5 items. got 3. I told the guy and he said pull over and ill bring it out. WAITED 22 mins. Brought the food but forgot the teas. Got home..NO French dip... no pickles and no lemon in the tea. NO SORRY NO NOTHING. If you order 1 item your fine but more than one than your not getting everything. 100 percent of the time. poor poor service

Around the time I went, I was the only customer there. I ordered a cup of soup and a tea and had to wait about 5 minutes for the soup. There were several people in the kitchen and I could tell a few mobile orders were being worked on but I watched several cooks standing around on their phones and talking amongst themselves while I just stood in the lobby waiting. The cashier was very sweet and another lady was deep cleaning the lobby. She was pulling the booths away from the wall and cleaning under them and wiping down the walls! The lobby and bathrooms were both very clean! Unfortunately, I should not have had to wait 5 minutes for one cup of soup.

Last time I went they gave me the opposite from what I ordered. Now this time they had paper in my sand which and workers where rude expect the cashier.
