One of the best gyms in the area. Very well-equipped and quite aesthetic. The trainers are quite helpful. I have been guided by Subhankar and he has been doing an excellent job. The receptionist Megha is quite friendly and helped me to make the decision to workout here. Looking forward to a great experience and a healthy lifestyle at FitNet.

One of the best gym franchise I have seen so far.

I have been a member of Fitnet - Shakuntala Park Branch since its inception. Currently, we are facing an issue with the AC, which has not been working for the past few months. I have lodged multiple complaints about this issue, and after much delay, one of the malfunctioning AC units was finally fixed, fortunately still under warranty. However, there is another AC unit whose warranty has expired, and it remains unrepaired. The repaired AC unit alone is insufficient to cool the entire floor, leading to a very suffocating atmosphere in the gym. I believe that other members are also experiencing discomfort, and it is the management's responsibility to monitor the comfort level of its members. If they cannot proactively address such issues, they should at least respond promptly to complaints. It is highly misleading to market the gym as an 'AC gym' when the cooling is inadequate and inconsistent.

Any business can never run for long without satisfying their customers or doing fake commitment that we all know right but I think FitNet gym branch does not know that. Today I am sharing few points about this gym to creat an awareness for those people who are planning to join this gym as they are running advertisements in social media to make people fool. First of all inside the gym most of the time all machines does not work. Second thing they do not have power back up, so many days we all gym members suffered due to no electricity inside the gym Third and most pathetic is that the AC does not work inside the gym and the entire gym get suffocated. We gym members made so many complaints about this issue but they don’t take any action on time and more over the behaviour customer care service is very painful of this FitNet Energy Zone You guys can see the below screen shot of the mail communications which I had with their support system . BE AWARE OF THIS Everyone I have already purchased one year subscription from them, now my whole money is a waste ..

Very good atmosphere for workout & also well behaviour all of staff . I must say please visit once then you decide. I mostly Suggest after joining take a trainer specifically # Puspendu is a great & humble guy. I'm also take suggestions from my PT(Puspendu) . Really This man is very kind of person , best thing is that I loose 5kg in 28 days .

Unisex gym, adequately equipped, with a wide range of well-maintained equipments. Receptionists are extremely helpful and trainers are really professional and knowledgeable, and guide you throughout the routines. Gym is also open for members from 6 in the morning till 10 at night, with no time restrictions or batches. Lockers, biometric check-in, dressing room, clean washroom, water, etc. and all necessary amenities are also available. Overall, it is a plessant experience and would be suitable for anyone who wants to work out to de-stress or build discipline, or has a particular fitness goal in mind.

Well equipped gym, with friendly trainers. Have been working out since April, can see possible results under Subhankar. Such a gym was required in this area. Recommended. Cons: Could be a little more spacious.
