Nice place for oldies. Huge residential complex with good ambience and greenery but quite far from the heart of the city. The never ending road works of behala makes communication difficult. At night certain places of the complex might feel creepy.

This is where I stay & as a matter of fact is a heaven to me. Besides it has few more benefits like lots of greenery, open spaces, parks & gardens, swimming pool, 24 hrs water supply, gymnasium, tennis courts, volleyball courts, banquet facilities, parkings & temple. There are total 10 towers each serviced by two lifts. Maintainance staffs are quite efficient. The DCW commity organises Pujas inside the premises in a elegant way.

The West branch of the apartments. Never been inside but the locality in and around is quite good. Traffic is moderate to less most of the times, retail, pharmacies, ground, shopping stores are all nearby making it a suitable place to live.

An excellent mega residential housing project comprising about 1000 apartments spread across 10 separate towers, built by "Diamond Group" who is one of the pioneers in the Real estate sector in Kolkata. This DC West project is located just near Bakultala 3 point road crossing of Sarsuna under Behala area of South Calcutta. This. Housing fronts upon the "Ho Chi Minh Sarani" major arterial road of Bakultala, Sarsuna. All these 10 towers are G+13 storeyed height having separate swimming pool facilities along with other club house, gymnasium etc.

This is what your bathroom will look like due to negligence of the residents stay at upper flat and maintenance say problems within the flat do not come under their jurisdiction. So see your beautiful flat rot infront of your eyes.

Been here for 3 months. Being from not around at first I had my reservation about Diamond city. But after spending time in Kolkata, interacting with my neighbours and exploiting the facilities here I am pretty satisfied. The open space provided is mind boggling in this part of the city. In conclusion is it the best place ever, definitely No. But in Behala it's hard to find such a gem of a place with such a involved crowd with a strong sense on community. Cheers...
