Got yelled at half a step through the door “ma’am, do you have a mask?”. First words out of a customer service person’s mouth should be hello. Tired of this mask bs, I won’t be back. I only support freedom loving businesses, not tyrants who require you muzzle your self like a dog with something that is germ ridden.

Used to be the place to go... counter person was pretty drab and solo about providing a smile. The salad bar was not fresh..Wasn't pressed .. especially the higher prices they charge.

We went last Thursday evening may 25th at 630 pm and the front / cashier worker was extremely rude . Rolled her eyes when my family and I walked in . She looked super annoyed while we ordered . She told my daughter the salad bar closes at 8 , my daughter said ok thanks , it's barely 7 . We had to ask for our tables to be wiped down , they are very dirty and sticky and she looked annoyed when we asked to have them cleaned . Horrible customer service

I'm from Spokane and I'm familiar with round table there. Came to the pasco location thinking it would be like back home. Nope ! Sat down, talked to the lady pouring a draft beer , asked if I could get a ice tea with lemon and ask if I could order a 12 inch pizza to go. She said to look at the board and pick out a pizza and she would be back with my tea. Now understand I worked a 13 hour day in 98 degree heat in full sun I was thirsty! I waited 15min no tea and made eye contact with her a couple times gave her the thirsty hand motion and nothing so I Ieft.

My family of 5 really love your pizza. But the last few times I've ordered online for pick up has not been good! First time it was 28 degrees out and someone walked out to their car with my order and got ran down by an employee saying they messed up. Then took it from her and met me inside and gave it to me like nothing ever happened. Lol! And tonight I show up and they gave some of my order to someone else so I had to wait an extra 20 minutes when I show up 5 minutes later than they told me to arrive! Not happy for spending $60. Whats the point of ordering ahead!

We order RoundTable almost once a month. The online ordering is super nice and I like that we earn points. We get to redeem them for a variety of food options. The past few times placing an order online, we have had to wait about 10 minutes for it to be ready. We schedule about an hour in advance and expect the order to be ready on time. Its disappointing when it is not.

Great place for the dragon Pizza one of my favorite pizzas, the dragon Pizza is one of many different kinds of pizza they offer here and now with the fast friendly environment being under the new ownership of Columbia Industries , I would give them 5 stars for being more of a family-oriented place

Great pizza. A little expensive, but if you have a coupon or a gift card, it's worth it. The quality is good, the dining room is clean and the people are nice and helpful.

Good look great people were nice very clean but like everybody else prices seem like they're going up and up and I think $10 for the salad bar is just way too much per person maybe when they're ordering pizza they get a discount for their salad bar just to suggestion

Came in for a party the party room was filthy dirty restaurant smelled like garbage salad bars dirty supervisor doesn't know how to run the restaurant ordered clamato juice with my pitcher of beer then told they didn't have it. Management poor and very rude and got kicked out yeah theres a time limit but you shouldn't make your customers feel unwelcome and uncomfortable never coming back to this poor ran down location

Not busy at 130 p.m., a few customers here and there. - Salad Bar near empty, and stayed that way for almost 20 minutes while I waited. - 5 tables un serviced or bussed for the entire visit. - Menu clearly states they have Cesar Salads, but when ordered the person behind the register say that they DO NOT have this Item and corporate does not want the item covered as it would look too tacky or an eye sore.

The pizza was perfect! It looked like and tasted like a perfect pizza. Although we didn't have the salad bar, it looked good. Well stocked, clean, fresh.

$16 for 12 of these little things 😭 they lucky I love their Hawaiian lol

Owners need to evaluate staff and management for proper customer service. We were there after the lunch rush with only one other couple, seated. It felt like their clean-up or prep in the back was more important than paying attention to us. We had to get up and open the employee door to catch someone's attention after waiting several minutes for the wine we ordered. Then, when we were ready to leave, we had to do the same thing to get to-go boxes. Honestly, I have never experienced that poor of service from any of our local Round Table Pizza locations before. It has always been satisfactory in the past. I hope this helps.

Went to watch the fame. They were really nice about putting the right game on. Ordering was easy n they brought the food out. Great service. Love the fresh salad bar with a large variety of options.

Food wasn't worth the cost. Seem to have extra staff working but tables were dirty and it seemed a little more messy then should of been.. the exterior lights were off at first I thought the place was closed or out of business...

Sweaty Manager pouring 5 ladles of ranch on his lunch while looking me in the eyes was a bit weird. Pizza an salad were good, though. Round Table is consistent.

I love round table pizza!! Actually my whole entire family loves this place specifically 😊 they have the best pizza with the best service and they never forget my side order of fresh sliced tomatoes 😉 they never seem to disappoint. Thank you for being so wonderful!

Always lacking something but I keep trying for some reason. Ordered online for pick up. $45 for a cold medium pizza and some chicken nuggets that they’re calling “boneless wings”. I live under 5 minutes away so it wasn’t the drive home and was also a few minutes earlier than the online receipt said it would be ready. The price doesn’t concern me when things are as they should be.

Had my mom's 80th surprise birthday party here. Everything went great.

Really hood pizza.i was very disappointed that they don't beef as one of their options, but overall,their pizza was really good.roccos pizza still beats them by far,but round table pizza makes a pretty good pie.they could use a bigger arcade and more kid friendly games though

Website says they close at 10. We showed up at 8:20. We were told we can order food. So we did. 5-6 mins later we get told we can’t clause they close in 30 mins. Lol. Nice life.

Love the lunch special. They have a great salad bar and the lunch is affordable for a fun gathering with friends. They let you order your pizza well done if you like the crust a little more crispy. Overall good pizza.

When they ask customers to wear masks and the staff doesn’t even do it all the time. Interesting logic!
