We went here on a weekend, just before lunch time. Their menu is available online via QR code. Service is very good and our waiter was very friendly and even informed us of a credit card promo that they offered and which we were able to avail. It didn't take long to have our order served, although there was only a handful of customers at that time. We enjoyed the food. The salad was great and the steak was simply superb - a bit on the pricey side, thus we were quite thankful for the promo. From where we were seated, there was ample space between tables from different rows to give some level of privacy; however, it doesn't feel that way when more customers started to come in and were seated in the adjacent table (same row as ours). Nevertheless, we had a very enjoyable dining experience as a whole.

Abbie, our server, was very attentive and pleasant. She offered us deals that would be applicable to us. She ensured that we always had water and bread. Food was also served very timely and there was minimal wait. Food was really awesome. I love their bread and the jalapeno bites.

Tender meat that fill your taste buds and big portion to overflow your tummy space. Go for their Ice lemon tea as they are refillable. Goes well with the main courses. They have sharing platter and set meal. So these are value for money if you are dining with 3 or more pax 😁😁. We also had the potato soup. Do not be deceived by the small bowl, it's packed with cheese and potatoes and taste good 🧀🥔. We also love their crispy potato skin. It's Crunchy and yummy. They also sell alcoholic drinks. Wanted to try their signature margarita but was overwhelmed by the amount of food we have. Definitely will be back again. Thank you for the experience!

Recently dined at Texas Roadhouse in BGC and was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the welcoming atmosphere to the impeccable service, everything was top-notch. But what truly surprised me were their burger sliders - they were a delightful twist on a classic favorite. I've been to many places in Manila, but Texas Roadhouse stands out for its authentic taste and attention to detail. The ambiance of the restaurant adds to the overall dining pleasure, making it a must-visit for both locals and visitors. Highly recommend!"

I used to come here before the pandemic and lockdowns. I was quite impressed with their steaks back then. I know they use USDA Choice grade meats for their steaks, instead of the very expensive and well-marbled USDA Prime grade; but I still remember enjoying their juicy steaks before. It's been about two years since my last visit. I had 2 other companions with me this time. Sadly, this visit was a letdown. We ordered a 10-oz ribeye, a 6-oz sirloin, and a grilled salmon. We also had the Texas Cowboy Chili soup, and the Cheesy Jalapeno Bites. The chili soup was really good; among the best we tasted. That was our unanimous opinion. The Grilled Salmon was also delicious. But both steaks, and the jalapeno bites were too salty for our taste. One of the side dishes was also salty, the Steak Rice; while the french fries were underseasoned and without flavor. When the head server, or maybe the manager, came to ask about our meal; we told him our opinions. He was embarrased, I suppose; and apologized to us. He even sent us a free round of better tasting french fries. The staff were all eager to please. They were polite, prompt, and attentive. If only I could also praise the two steaks we ordered as well.

They served our food in a timely manner, service was great. The server was very friendly and attentive. Good food and worth every penny.

Dinner rolls for the win! We have lunch here just to get their complimentary dinner rolls with cinnamon butter haha. The ribs are amazing, but our favorites are the roast chicken and grilled pork chops. I also always get the refillable lemonade which are so good. Our server Abbie was great! Highly recommend.

We are regular diners at Texas Roadhouse and tonight at their Uptown Mall location was just another fabulous experience! The complimentary bread and honey butter was divine, peanuts nice and crunchy, and our entrees were scrumptious! Last and definitely not least, our server Nathalie always provided superb service with a smile!! Highly recommended!!!

Went for Friday dinner date night. The place was jampacked with people lined outside. The sirloin steak was amazing. At medium well, it was tender, juicy, not salty. Perfectly done. Service was okay. I'd have liked it a little quieter, but ai guess that's their branding. The free hot buns were a delicious appetizer.

Crowded during the 3-day long weekend. Among the 3 Bistro Group restos at Uptown Mall, this always gets long lines Tip: fun place to celebrate a birthday here, as you get to ride their saddle and wear a cowboy hat. And also watch the crew's line dance when it happens. Delicious comfort food. Try the cookie a la mode as it's big enough for sharing, and the vanilla ice cream is heavenly.

This place offers tasty warm complementary bread with cinnamon butter. I recommend the potato skins, caesar salad and the beef ranchero. For a group meal, the meat platter is worth it. The ambience captures the western cowboy vibe.

Went on a Friday night. Had to wait a long time due to the influx of customers and they don’t really have seats for waiting. Kinda felt bad that we had to stand beside a family. We ordered their ribeye and cowboy platter. All were good except for a few mishaps on the side dishes. It’s also our first time to order their chicken salad, serving is really good for 3-4pax as they said. Will definitely come back but on a not so busy time. Kudos to the staff for keeping their calm during dinner service. P.S. Thanks for the peanuts and bread rolls, we didn’t mind waiting for the food.

Food was good👍 steaks were cooked nicely. The bread was really delicious sweet and soft. The service just needs improvement, wrong orders and long waiting time for the food and drinks. But definitely will go back again even just for their bread alone😂😅

Food is good. Service is great. The only thing that I didn't like, was the burned part of the chicken in the last photo. It was unedible. I like the best is the free bread and spread. Food tastes normal. Nothing fancy. I will try the steak next time.

almost no tequila in the drinks, served me cold fries, very sauce on the ribs, no sauce on the side other than Heinz ketchup. super sweet bread, like you'd get in Hong Kong or Singapore. Instead of making new fries they just threw them back in the deep fry to heat them up. I suppose at least they were hot and crispy instead of cold and limp. can't see any reason this place has such a high rating.

They have bread and roasted nuts while waiting for your orders. These are the best! You can get your stomach full. Don't eat too much tho you might not resist, they are too delicious and yummy! I like their steaks 🥩😋 For the dessert, their cookie ala mode is the best and my favorite 🍪 with a scoop of ice cream 🍨 on the top. See pictures

Our waiter John made our dining experience extra special! It’s my birthday today so he really went the extra mile with customer service with how he presents himself, interacts, and answers questions! 💯 Food is also SUUUUPER good. On the top of my list for sure. John made me cut the steak in half to check the doneness so if it’s incorrect, they’ll replace it daw. 🥩 AND their way of greeting you a happy birthday is really one of a kind & fun. It embodies what Texas Roadhouse is as a restaurant. Go there on your birthday to know haha! 🥳

This was our first time dining in Uptown Mall branch, and we chose to celebrate our anniversary there. Our server, Miguel, took exceptional care of us, from helping with our orders to serving our food. We would absolutely love to return and have him as our waiter again

Texas Roadhouse provided an outstanding dining experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive, despite the busy atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed their Sirloin Steak with Shrimp, along with tasty sides of rice and corn and a side of salad. The wait time was reasonable, and their bread and nuts were a delightful treat. Despite the crowd and noise, my experience was fantastic, and I will definitely return for a quick and delicious steak. Highly recommended!

I like this branch. It’s spacious and cozy. Preparation time is quicker but quality of the food is consistent. The staff are polite and friendly. Shout out to Prince who has been graceful, patient and responsive with his customers despite a jam packed night.
