So little options, I don't see anything special about this, Niu, thing. I believe there should be more food options because of the empty stations. That made the vibe feel cheap. I feel like it's not worth the money spent, if there will be empty stations I recommend lowering down the price or just don't open at all. They also take a while to refill the food. Lots of salmon head on the menu, which are considered scraps in the industry.

The place is above average compared to other buffets however the air conditioner doesn't seem to work right and the place felt a bit warm. Also, there are a lot of courses that we hoped were there but was missing like the xiao long bao, wine, steamed suahe. The carving station which is supposed to be the highlight was just okay. Most of the cuts are tough except for the roast beef. The best dish we ate was the Avocado ice cream. It was the best Avocado ice cream I ate so far. Overall, a mediocre experience. Won't come back.

Ambiance is better than other Vikings resto. The place looks elegant. They have a live pianist and singer. Food variety I think was fewer but some selections were more premium than other Vikings brand. There were steaks, cocktails to name a few. The staff were very attentive and very accommodating.

2 years since covid19 pandemic started. All-you-can eat restaurants like this is back in business. Wearing of face mask is still mandatory when walking around the buffet area which is good. Wide selection of food but didn't enjoy much all their food. Some didn't taste/look good (old food, not fresh). No significant difference from the regular Vikings at a lower price point.

The interior of the place is okay but I think the aircon is not properly working. We are sitting near the entrance and not beside the kitchen but still hot and uncomfortable. I would say that there's more options in Vikings but I enjoyed the rolls and dessert sections. To get tempura and dumplings, customers need to wait in the buffet area causing traffic.

Food selection doesn't differ much from their regular Vikings branch. I don't think it's worth the 500 peso difference. TBH, I enjoyed Vikings better. They have more main dishes, seafood and dessert options. Chicken viands are on the drier side, but everything else is good. Place is clean, very posh, and staff is very friendly though.

We went there friday, June 10. We don't have any reservations because they're fully booked when i tried to make a reservation 3days before we went there. Malls opens 10am but NIU Vikings opens 11am. I had to rushed going up because its already 10:30 and since we don't have any reservations i am hoping that they have vacant seats for walk-ins. Luckily, i got number 4 and we waited for 30 mins, not bad i guess 😅. Foods are great, specially their sushi (sushi lover 😁) they also have letchon baboy pero makunat maxado ung nakain ko 😅 but they've got lots of good food 👍🏻 Free rose wine 🍷 We ate until 2pm 😁 This is the first time i ate here and i was hoping that they will sing for my papa since its his birthday, however they only gave us a small piece of cake and play a happy birthday song. I maybe expecting too much but still thankful for the piece of cake.

The was a wide array of choices on the menu and we enjoyed a sumptuous meal. There's western, Chinese, Japanese, seafood, drinks both hot and cold, wine of course and dessert. I ordered white wine to go with my seafood. It's good to see the various dishes properly marked or tagged, a big help to those who have food allergy or restrictions. At the entrance, health protocols were carried out and our vaccination cards were checked. We were led to a table that originally sits 6 guests, there are three of us by the way. So yes, the staff made sure that the rules are followed. The decor and interior of the restaurant were impressive.Comfortabke couches, huge chandeliers, mirrors, clean walls, and a piano sits in the center of this huge dining restaurant. Even the Interior of the restrooms have some decoration, in a corner of the powder room, there is a sofa where you can sit and relax a bit . The cutlery and dining ware were clean. Courteous and attentive staff greeted us and those who manned the food sections were helpful. Oh the big plus, they ask you if anyone in your party is celebrating a birthday , it's free of charge for the celebrant when you go there during your birth month. I highly recommend NIU BY VIKINGS.

I hardly go to a buffet coz im not really a big fan but when i visited NIU in SM Aura, all of a sudden i was excited to taste their food primarily because they were so enticing. It seemed like i was being hypnotized to eat a lot. You guessed it right, i did ate a lot. if not only for my blood sugar i wouldn't be stopped coming back for more. I loved the place, the room where we're at to be exact. it could hold i think a hundred guests so you could have your own event if you want to.

There are very few food selections and the food is replenished slowly, notably the baked oysters, which are no longer on display and must be requested. There were no plates available anywhere for a period of time, from the Chinese dishes area to the pasta section! Numerous foods aren't available, and the yogurt maker isn't working. I don't recommend it here; you could just go to a less expensive buffet instead.

We have read a lot of negative reviews about Niu but then we still took our chance hoping that we will have a better experience than the others. It was really disappointing; there were very few selection of food. They were clearly understaffed and the quality of food really dropped. Expect long lines as well since they are on a serviced buffet setup now. Not worth visiting again.

It was a night to remember! 😊 My husband & I are really looking forward dinning here at Niu. We tried to walk in two weeks ago for my birthday celebration but we were not accommodated due to a private event. Today, we finally got the chance to experience Niu. I really enjoyed the appetizers/canapé section paired with a glass of Merlot. The lamb & roast beef cooked in medium rare is also one of the highlights. The lounge singer also made the atmosphere so classy and entertaining. Our servers, Edison & Alfie, are very helpful and accommodating. They check us from time to time and never missed a smile. Edison even offered a free celebratory cake for me since we mentioned that I was not able to dine during the week of my birthday. It was a great dinning experience for us. Overall, the servers really made our dinner extra special. 😊👍🏻

Went during weekday dinner and the food selection is still very good and diverse. They had a wide variety of food and even had foie gras pasta available.

I would recommend the Podium branch instead of going here. The air-conditioning system in this branch is not good. There was only white wine available when we had dinner. Yogurt machine is not working (which made me super duper sad). They have lesser food options especially on desserts compared to other Vikings restaurant. The free birthday cupcake is just like a whipped cream shaped in circle. Not worth the 1K+. Better go to Vikings or The Alley, cheaper and same quality of food.

Thier top of the line branch for this brand and group of restaurants. A personal customer service experience will be given to you. Luckily we we're taken good care of one of the managers "Jocelyn" all throughout our dining experience and it was very satisfactory and pleasant gastronomically. Even during MECQ, they have the most number of buffet offerings with great selections from appetizers, salads, japanese, chinese, italian, filipino, spanish, meat carvings (for those who are into carnivorous mode, dig this one!), to desserts. A well balance choices that can cater to your likings and taste buds. Drinks are unlimited too as well as red and white wines. Cocktails with four variants is also included in thier buffet rate so your indulgence is highly encouraged. Place is kept tranquil and neat as they followed proper health protocol guidelines with assigned restaurant manager level handling receptions, table seating arrangements, assisting when ordering at thier buffet stations alike separately. There were less variety of available food, understandable since they also reduced the price. It took quite some time to be able to go inside since the vaccination requirement for dine in needed to be verified but it could have been faster. Instructions could have been posted on site and/or set to those who reserved. A number of stations were unmanned at times, so it takes longer to order/request the food/drink that you want. Meat cuts at the carving station were not cooked as requested (I requested mine as medium, it was served well done). The deterioration in the level of service was probably caused by the decrease in the number of staff but steps could have been taken to minimize the negatives effects.

Niu is the high end version of Vikings, we have been to Vikings SM Marikina so many times more than 7 years ago and once in Vikings SM Megamall last year. This is our 2nd time here in Niu at SM Aura, the first was like 5 years ago and it was a pleasant dining experience. On our 2nd time, we were dissapointed because we can compare it with our 1st time here, lesser food options, food looks appetizing but not all taste good. Lesser quality on Steaks. They have a Grill Station where you can find a big fish on display but when I asked the staff, she told me it's only for display, not even a single seafood available for grilling, there was only chicken liver and pork belly for grilling. The Oyster was baked. We came for dinner at 5:30pm and we had a reservation, there was a long line, quite confusing because there was no clear note where to line up even if you have reservations. It was all mixed up. They told us to still line up even if we have a reservation. Still it's best to make a reservation. Niu is open for lunch from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm. Dinner is from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm but I have to warn you, as you can see in some of my pictures of food in the buffet, they don't replenish all, by 8:00pm there were many empty spots in the buffet table. Even if the buffet ends by 10:00pm if you arrive late like 8:00 pm expect to get lesser options. Weekday Lunch cost 988+ Weekday Dinner cost 1,488+ and Kids below 3ft. Eat for Free. Weekend/ Holidays Lunch & Dinner cost 1,488+ . Promos are available, you can check them in their website. Because of the quality of food and lesser options now, I consider it pricey. Restrooms are available inside. It's located in SM Aura, they have elevators, escalators and 3 levels basement parking.

This is one buffet place that is popular and worth your money. They serve international food and a wide array of good food. Included also in the buffet are free flowing of drinks and wine. Reservations are highly recommended to secure a table, especially if you're with a group. Enjoyed everything from salads, roasted pork, chicken, beef, and more. They have italian, Chinese, and filipino dishes. Unlimited juices, tea , wine, and coffee.

I took my friend to experience Niu and had an amazing experience! It felt like fine dining all because of Warren. He is very attentive and is always checking on us if we need anything at all. Made us feel at home at very much looked after. The white chocolate brittle + white wine is the perfect cap for dinner.

I was so excited to dine here ☹ It was supposed to be the highlight of my week. False advertising. What they post on their Instagram are all unavailable. There was no grilling station—as in empty. I was looking forward to Kebabs. I asked if they had Indian food, there was none; even though pictures on their instagram had pita. They didn't have everything I liked on their feed, like ravioli or ceviche—and I did ask. They didn't have Korean food also, except for bulgogi. No salad bar. Airless ice cream were all unavailable. Like, the choices were so limited, I could easily memorize the little they did have. No variety. I at least thought there would be staples like pad thai, katsu, or even just Filipino food like menudo, sisig, lechon kawali, etc. There weren't much seafood dishes—not even steamed fish. The kare-kare was too watery. The xiao long bao couldnt even be removed from the plate. It was so stuck that the wrap just tore. Taiwanese mushroom was extremely salty. The sashimi felt like it was recently frozen. Plus, a lot of their chefs were snobby. People would stand in front of them but they wouldn't even look. On the bright side, I liked the taste of their cheesecake, carrot cake, beef belly, angus chuck eye, and mushroom tart.

I had the pleasure of dining at this buffet restaurant for both lunch and dinner on consecutive days. During lunch, I found a wide array of selections that catered to various tastes, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of dishes offered. The food was delicious, and it provided a satisfying and enjoyable meal. The atmosphere was comfortable, and I appreciated the inviting ambience. However, when I returned for dinner, food selections remained similar to what I had experienced during lunch, the higher pricing for dinner made it feel a bit less of a value proposition.

Had a wonderful night with NIU Sm Aura. Everything was just perfect and flabbergasting especially the performance fr the staff (yesterday was my moms birthday btw). Food was nice, ambiance was perfect, customer service was nice also thanks to sir Jerome for assisting us the entire night.

Clean, sanitized, staff follows the rules recommended for Covid protection. I just wish they would also strictly enforce it on their customers. Overall, excellent food, great service, professional staff.

Place had a stench when I first arrived specially near the pizza section. It was like an oily floor stench that you know wasn't food. Soooo many food and all the picky eaters in the world can celebrate. Unlimited wine, cocktails and beer. Ice cream had FAKE flavors so it was meh

I have so much fun dining in this restaurant, the food is great and delicious at the same time. They are offering so much varieties of food from western to asian cuisine. The place is well sanitize and has a social distancing from each other. There is also restroom that is clean and also well sanitized. They have also chefs on corresponding sections per cuisine and I can say that the food is freshly prepared and cooked.

We chose NIU brand not Vikings for our family Christmas gathering. They require fully vaccinated guests with QR code before entering. Since we came almost 11am, there's Infux of people at the entrance doorway. Nobody checked my vax card details. But they are strict with QR code, for contact tracing purposes. My phone has data however poor connection in that area. I asked for manual option (Wala daw), I said "my device is inefficient ,paano? Gutom na ako gusto ko na mag buffet" . I spoke to the head ,Irene, I said please provide analog or manual deviation of this contact tracing nonsense QR code, what about the non techy like me, or my senior friends who want to just enjoy buffet not hassle. Food choices okay and tasty. The edge part of carving choices (lechon,roast beef etc) are tough, you need to specifically tell the chef to slice for you the middle part. Or else they have no idea. No Pepsi,coke - only sprite,mountain dew,root beer for selection of softdrinks. I saw my husband sipping red wine, Tempranillo daw Ang brand. I had a toilet break around 2:30pm, the floor is sticky and wet. Not maintained by cleaner. This is NIU review ,again we came for the brand NIU not Vikings. Manage your expectations 😉.

The place looks great, however, the food for me is just okay. Low end meat for beef which is chuck, not really a steak. If not for the lamb leg and shrimp, I would have rated them lower.

We celebrated my sister-in-laws birthday in NIU by Vikings SM Aura. A special day which they make more special with quality food and beverages they served. What made more better dining is their personalized birthday greeting cakes. Thank you NIU SM Aura and the wonderful servers Jerold and Allen.

For an nice stay with friends or for an business dinner meeting its an excellent adress. On the 5th level of the mall there are the entrance for good food in reslly many kinds of choices available from seafood and other main dishes over snacks until real tasty dessert you find surely what you like to eat. With live piano and singing performance the staff from this restaurant especially the waiter juwan here will serve and guide you through an really good time in tour stay. Iam really enjoy to come here again especially for the birthday special.😍

[Pandemic season] Perhaps, the pandemic is a sensible reason why the food selection seems to be less varied than usual. Most of the dishes taste ordinary. The experience is still enjoyable, though. Plus, the staff members are approachable and helpful.

Visited June 24, 2023 - Dinner. Not very crowded so I loved the ambience. Thank you Sir Edison for the warm welcome and nice service. Keep it up! :) Food is good but can improve more. Beef is kind of rubbery so it was slightly hard to chew. Thank you and God bless. :)

Visited once about 4 years ago for my birthday with my family. Amazing food selections, exquisite chairs and huge selection of food. The gelato station was fantastic. Really good carving station which was my favorite station. Good collection of wines, international beer brands and local liquor. It was tiring to go around as there was so much food😁

The food was great, you have a lot of choices, though not a lot for the steaks, nothing special about the steaks they have. If you are fan of beers, they have a lot of beers from international brands to local brands good for barkada hang out. Also price is reasonable, not too much but it's okay.

Had a great time! I always look forward to celebrating my birthdays here. Kudos to Ace Alfie & Jan for giving the best customer experience. Everything was almost perfect, the food, ambience and the service. The only thing I didn't like was the attitude of the pasta chef MJ. Seems like she isn't happy with her job anymore it shows! I heard her snap at one of the customers. Not a good way to attract and retain customers. Customer service training badly needed.

My favorite buffet restaurant! The food is superb and has different varieties such as western, asian, european, etc. The staff are also very accommodating and the place looks cozy. It also offers a nice view of Taguig if your table is beside the window. (The Binusog na Lechon is my personal favorite, I always make sure that I eat a lot of those). They also have unlimited red and white wine and a wide variety of dessert to try on. The rate is somewhat pricey but with the menu they offer and top notch customer service, you will leave the place happy and contented with what you paid.

If only I don't have my braces I would probably eat more lechon 😅 Their version of lechon is really dope! Plus they are extra careful to their customers and crews safety as they dont take photos for their customers anymore. All their meat menu was 👌👌👌♥️

The new normal when dining in at NIU by Vikings: buffet is still offered but there's an acrylic barrier between the food and the diners. Food servers are in-charge of putting food in plates and drinks of diners' choice. Menu is somewhat limited to meat, seafood, pasta, noodles, rice, pizza, fruits and desserts. Foot traffic inside the restaurant is observed.

First time dining in here and I was not disappointed. Great selection of food and beverages. There were a lot of people since it was a weekend but the place did not feel cramped (Well, we're still under GCQ as of this writing). We would be probably frequenting this place if it was near where I live.

Been with my office team. Enjoyed the 1.5k price by cycling salmon nigiri and angus ribeye, belly, and chuckeye. In every eat all you can buffet rule: "Enjoy the food that fits the price." made this 4 star, cause I was looking for some baby back ribs/soup/ experience which I believe essential to vikings experience.

With the quarantine and all, its just different. A few items are ordered from the counter and "should" be brought to your table that ends up taking a very long time. Not a lot of high end seafood available. At the time I ate the only non-fish seafood available was shrimp and that does not justify the cost. You can get shrimp off of any restaurant. I did get my money's worth off of the steaks, but that's no fun.

SM Aura motorcycle parking is a pain. Good thing NIU by Vikings has never changed. Sulit!

The best place for people who have no idea what to eat. The selection is overwhelming in a good way. Speaking from an Italian perspective, the pizza was awful, but everything else was spot on! The meat counter cooks don't really understand what 'rare' means. If you plan to enjoy a rare steak, have the guys cut it for you because the restaurant will not provide any knife "for safety reasons". I never knew how serious stabbing is in five stars restaurant in the Philippines. The place's interior is a bit too shiny and tacky but it's personal taste.

Food is served from behind the counters, sterilized everywhere. Not sure how often staff washes hands though.

Assisted Buffet style. Servers will give you a serving of the food you request. You may go back at anytime for seconds, thirds, etc. Dont forget your facemask and faceshield.

The foods are all amazing and delicious. The ambiance is superb. And most of all, Sir Ronel assisted us wholeheartedly. He is really accommodating and shows attentiveness in our requests.
