HIGHLY COMMENDABLE!!! I stayed for 12 days as per PH guidelines of Isolation and Quarantine procedures. It was an amazing place. I feel relaxed and calm as the room and washroom is huge, neatly organized, clean. The food is good, tasty and served on time or ahead of time, thanks to Adrian and all the kitchen staff. The receptionists were accommodating, pleasant to talk to too, they were quick to respond and tried best to respond to your request, clarifications and queries. Special thanks to Annie, Ezra, Kim and Zoren. I am sure, the rest of the staff deserve to be mention too as I feel all worked as a team in providing good services. Thank you so so much.

Great room, nice open views, good food and excellent service. They also have a heated indoor pool (most hotels don't have this) that i really, really love! Except for that 'killer chair' that they have where it swings all the way back until you fall! Just remove that and it's one of the best hotel I've checked in!

Easy to check in. The receptionist Daniel was very nice & pleasant. He was very accommodating & welcoming. Ben-Hur the receptionist when we checked out was nice as well. The room we stayed in was clean, cool and spacious. The sheets, bed were great. I just hope the pillows were a bit firmer. The toilet & shower area were clean too. There was just a bit of a problem with the heater I think because the hot water isn't coming out of the tap & the shower Buffet breakfast was also good & there's a selection of good food.

I’m very satisfied. Kim and Annie (CS) were very accommodating on all your needs. Food was delivered on time. Rooms and washrooms are spacious. And a comfortable bed. So lucky to have spend my quarantine days here in Marco Polo.

We celebrated our anniversary here and have a pleasant experience. Staffs are very accommodating, friendly and professional, don't be shy to ask them they are very helpful. The room is spacious, clean and smells nice. Bed is very comfortable, one of the fluffiest pillows, Air-condition great. The bathroom has almost everything you need from toiletries, blower, Hot and cold water, bathtub, etc. Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Spa are all excellent. Breakfast has a wide variety of choices and delicious. They also gave us a gift for our anniversary. Overall our experience is superb. Rooms are a bit outdated and lights are quite dim even with all the lights turned on. There was a bit of smell from the room and the hallways and the view wasn't great either with a construction site in front so you can't really freely open the windows during the day. However, the service was topnotch - all the staff are friendly and they always greet you with a smile on their faces. Location is great as well being close to Shangri-La and Megamall and there is a convenient store at the ground floor and also restaurants and cafes within walking distance from the hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! Parking was spacious and well-lit, very near the access to the hotel. When we checked in, the receptionist was very polite and check in process was smooth. And to my surprise, our room was upgraded as complimentary!!! Super thanks for that! The room was spacious and tidy! I cannot forget the fragrance that calmed me as we entered the room. We also had the breakfast where sumptuous choices were offered. We also got to enjoy the pool which was very elegant and clean! Not to mention the pool attendants who were very very friendly to me and even engaged with my 5 yr old son. All staff in the hotel are very polite, friendly, very attentive! Over all, this hotel is a perfect getaway for R&R. Will definitely go back!

Stayed there for 3 nights (Nov. 1-4) and their rooms are literally very comfy. Feel relaxed after our stay and everything is still very new. Got a corner room with superb view. Foods for breakfast are generally good but needs to lower their sodium content coz some foods are a little bit salty. Overall I would recommend this place to everyone.

Excellent service! From the time that we arrive at the hotel, we were greeted and welcomed and were assisted immediately. The front desk were very polite especially Kim and Annie , whose very welcoming and very responsive. Highly recommendale!!! Ive heard great things about Marco Polo hotel, and I experienced it myself with a short stay over here.

Had a great experience checking in here. Attendants were accommodating and very kind to greet you whenever you pass by. We had a lot of requests and they attended to it correctly and on time. No issues encountered with checking in although we booked our room through third party sites. Accessible to public transportation and various malls for anything that you may need. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of choices and quality food. Night bar at the roof deck was also nice! Drinks were good and ambience was very enjoyable.

The view from the room is excellent. You can see the mountain and hill ranges of Rizal/Antipolo from our side of the window. The room is decent but becomes too dark at night since the room lights are all dim, meant to make you feel relaxed. If you want to accomplish some physical paperwork, I suggest doing it during the daytime. My primary concern is the elevator - it is so confusing! I had to ride 3 elevators (2 transfers) from parking to the hotel room. Even the guests are confused as well. The elevator up and down buttons look obscured. You'll eventually get used to it after several tries. Other than that, service is great. The breakfast buffet selection is also decent but I expected more. My favorite are the sausages and the freshly made fruit juices.

Enjoyed my stay here. It was a short business trip. Hotel is clean, modern and with good facilities. Used the indoor pool twice. Kudos to John and Paul for serving fresh smoothie at poolside. Very personalised service. Spa massage was great too. Yet to try the gym. Hotel breakfast has a decent spread with great coffee.

I recently stayed at the Marco Polo and I was very impressed. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are great, and the service was amazing. The hotel is in a good location, although there is not much directly near the hotel. If you want to do any shopping or go to restaurants other than Jollibee, you will have to walk or get a ride. This trip was for business and this hotel was in a great location and the rooms were very comfortable. I did not use the spa or pool but I did check them out and hope to use them next time.

A great stay at Marco Polo, Ortigas! Worked both perfect for business and family holiday. Super friendly staff, amazing breakfast buffet, delicious restaurant. Love our fitness, so a visits to the pool and spa was a must, greeted by coach Paul and John Carlo, making sure we didn't miss out and had everything we needed. Fantastic guys! I completely enjoyed my 15 days stay in the hotel, the service was excellent. The hotel provide a complimentary breakfast with variety of cuisine from Indian, Chinese, English.. the view from the room is fantastic.. i had a bath tub in my room. The hotel has a spa and a swiming pool and 45 th floor has a bar which you can enjoy...

Everything has been smooth and staff has been very accommodating. I think that's the selling point of the hotel - the people behind it. We have met great staff like Teodz who has tirelessly accommodated all our requests. We're grateful.

The hotel convenience, both location and amenities made staying for the week wonderful! Breakfast each morning was a beautiful delicious spread! The views are great throughout the hotel. Mike at the Vu was wonderful! Happy Hour was a little too late night nightclubby (music choice and volume). Overall service and experience was great!

The place is amazing , rooms charge extra for the view of the city. Food is ok. Breakfast for continental is good. Indian menu gets changed every 3 days. Sometimes it feels that the same curry is repeated and served for 3 days... Hardly any sports / movie channels on the TV. No football !!

The Marco Polo Ortigas Manila offers a wealth of tourist attractions, providing you the chance to explore its many facilities. I really do love this hotel. My family and I used to come here as kids. The service of food and drinks were fast, efficient and courteous. Really recommend this place!

This hotel is 5-star, the restaurant is on the 44th floor, which is the reason for the visit for lunch business meeting. It’s cozy and upscale romantic atmosphere, the food tastes great and service is excellent. Washrooms are very clean, certainly lives up to its 5-star rating.

Marco Polo is the best hotel in Ortigas. The breakfast is the best I have ever had. So many options and all very delicious. The room and the bathroom are spacious and beautifully decorated. There are nescafe pods in every room! The view though depending on the room is not memorable. There is a building under construction right in front. I think on the other side there is a better view. The service is great; the staffs are very attentive. One negative point is that the lounge/waiting area in front of the frontdesk is for paying customers only.

I stayed for 6 nights at the hotel and had an amazing 5-star experience. The breakfast buffet had plenty of food options. The room has daily housekeeping as well. I experienced the indoor pool, and it was fantastic. Shoutout to John Carlo, who made my stay extra special. He offered a smoothie after my evening swim. The gym also had enough gym equipment. Overall, the staff were very welcoming and showed heartwarming hospitality.

It was only 7 nights stay but the overall experience was really good. My kids was able to enjoy the pool facility. The staff that assist named Paul and JC did an extra mile making sure the kids were safe while swimming plus other small things they did with a smile.

IF YOU'RE ON A BUSINESS TRIP, DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL! Very bad experience at check in with the receptionist named Benhur, who was very condescending and not helpful. My daughter arrived at 1230 pm and wanted to check in early because she'll be in a meeting in the afternoon. She was on a business trip and was booked for a week at this hotel. She was told she will be charged 3750 pesos if she checked in early when she arrived 1230pm. She has to return at 2pm with all her luggage in tow otherwise if she checked in early, she will be charged. She was not allowed to go through the check-in process early, give a deposit and leave her luggage for checking in at the usual check in time at 2pm. Is this really the policy of this hotel? Then this is not business friendly. Considering this is a high end hotel, we expected superior service. Other hotels in the area allow free early check in if a room happens to be available at check in, or if not, to allow regular check in to be done and luggage to be deposited, with entry to the room at the regular check in time. You expect to have a stress free check in but you arrive at this hotel and get this bad impression already at the start. I would recommend to GO TO DISCOVERY SUITES INSTEAD.

Stayed for 4 nites got here early for the check in and was able to get us in as soon as possible. Awesome place to stay here close to the airport, with friendly staffs. Able to enjoy the indoor pool and provides awesome fitness equipment and ty to John Carlo for keeping the fitness area clean and on top of sanitizing all equipments from each usage!

Really wonderful hotel. The staff and amenities are very great. The restaurants in the breakfast buffet are top notch. The location is very central and accessible to many other areas. Within the area, there are lots of shopping centers and restaurants and things to do I would highly recommend staying here.

The rooms were good. Spacious and clean although the location of the hotel itself wasn't that great. Probably not for tourists but more for business. Amenities seemed great and service was okay as well. No negative experience but will come back to try all of their amenities.

It was comportable and very relaxing but very bored for a quarantine stay , but excellent service for the staff special mention to Kiko he is very friendly and very helpful.

Marco polo hotel has good ambiance and clean with very welcoming staffs. Especially Ms. Kim who answers the phone with kindness and assists me with my needs. Mr. Marco, Mr. Jay, Ms. She and for the rest of the staff. Thank you. The room is big with medium size bed, thick blanket and flatscreen Tv. The bathroom is clean, big, with bathtub and with complete amenities.I am only disappointed and unsatisfied with the food since the portion is too small and no other selection. I got 1 pc chicken leg, rice with 2 sticks of carrots 🥕, 2 sticks of beans and 3 small size cabbage for dinner and small portion of pancit for breakfast. My stay here is as per covid-19 protocol and i know it would be much better during pre-pandemic time or if it's for leisure. It would be a different scenario if it's for leisure. I still love ❤️ to stay here with my family next time and experience your quality service. Still I will rate Marco Polo as 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Still highly recommended.

I must say it was a GREAT stay, I stayed in a suite at the top of the hotel which gave me a STUNNING view of the city, nice comfy bed, great while watching movies on their LED tv and the shower room is spacious.. it was absolutely amazing experience.

Stayed here twice or thrice the past years, pre-pandemic. Loved all our stays. One time we had this ginormous room with an enormous bathroom with tub, but we didn't choose a more expensive type of room, we think it's because it's a corner room, so was why the design looked that way and made everything so big. The other room we got once wasn't like it, despite us choosing the same room type. I remember the rooms being cozy and clean. Modern and cool. We had nice memories here.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating specially kim, fai & Jayson i think. The room is beautiful and big, the view out side my room is very relaxing. The food is good only not excellent but well prepared. Everything is organize, i was one of the luckiest person because my 10 days quarantine is in Marco Polo manila. Excellent experience. Food always on time and still hot. Rooms also provide outlets for different type of outlet socket. Also have usb ports for charger. The staffs are very accommodating and responsive. Kurt and Kim also help me in my trouble with Quarantine certificate.

Yes, it is good everything are neat and clean. Nice and relaxing during my quarantine they are served well and very hospitality and polite and they are helpful. While I was staying I have a concern for the food that they did not serve hot broth that we also need, amd especially a little bit of fruits that our body needs. These are things need to be improved. But everything is well. Thank you for your great and hospitality.

September 7 thru October 5 2022. Safe environment. All of their staff are very friendly and courteous. Their gym staff specially named Paul and Heaven were there making sure towels and water are always available and machines are wiped down. Concierge staff are very helpful and elevator monitors King and Angelica are always happy to help you with great smile. I had an awesome time there in Marco Polo.

The friendliness of the staff in this hotel just makes your day! I came back to this hotel after 3 years and they made me feel very very accommodated and welcomed. Everyone just greets you a huge smile and pleasant attitude. I'm very impressed.

I love my stay here because of the great view and good services of the staff. The disadvantages though are some rooms have kinks i.e. noisy air-con (humming sound), some room’s vault have worn out, faulty buttons, and my experience when I first stayed here is the signal is poor when you’re a Smart Network user (maybe because of the wall insulations). But you can just quickly call the lobby and request for change rooms subject to availability, they helped me transfer to another room to address my signal issue.

Great hotel with even better staff. Special shout out to Rochelle who was very considerate of my needs during my stay. Also, Heaven in the spa/gym was excellent, letting me stay at the pool right until the end of the allocates time each time. Much appreciated!

John and I really enjoyed our stay! Luke met us at the airport and later was a big help to us procuring a rental car. Thank you, Luke! Ivan at the front desk was very professional and efficient and made check-in quick. Paula and Treisha at the restaurant for breakfast were great. Upon entering the hotel, you can see the amazing view, very spacious and feeling free. Receptionists are very accommodating, helpful, and well explained when it comes to your needs. The room was so great. I love the style especially the bathroom. I am really comfortable and feel relax to stay here. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience staying here. The hotel staff every where you go they are all very helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms are very clean and you can sleep like your inside of your own bedroom. The water in the shower room was so great❣️The swimming pool are clean and the covid -19 protocol are being served perfectly❣️ The food was so yummy and my kids was so grateful about it. My over all rate was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ definitely will be back again for another STAYCATION❣️

Not the worst place to be quarantined 😂 I spent 8 days in the Deluxe King room. If I were able to go out, the location is great. The room was great with a huge window giving you a view of Ortigas area. Room service had a lot of options and the meals were generally good. The room was complete with all digital needs you might have, lots of outlets that you might need to work from there, even usb chargers for your phone. I was able to hook up my PlayStation during my quarantine with using convenient HDMI hub placed at the office desk. There were speakers in the bathroom too however you couldn’t hear it in the bathtub all to well when the door is closed. The bathroom was complete with anything you might need and very spacious. It had good water pressure and the amenities smelled great. It needs more careful cleaning though as there were some gross gunk stuck under the glass doors on those rubber things meant to keep water out. The shower head also had some calcium deposits that I had to clean out to get a good stream of water. The bed was quite comfortable and I appreciate being able to control all the lights from the bedside switch. Staying there for quite a while, I would have appreciated pillows on the less comfortable couch next to it.

The service was great! We were assisted by Zaffy, Eric, and Cassie during our stay. They're really polite and very keen to our needs. We really appreciate their services and we'll be sure to look forward on having it again soon. Adding the room cleanliness as well, it's really comfortable and the ambiance was nice and cozy. It's a really recommended place to have.

We had a blast during our stay here. Very comfortable and relaxing. The best part is probably the bath, we enjoyed it too much 😅 There's a Chinese restaurant, sky bar, pool, spa, fitness center, and a cafe within the hotel premises. Front desk, room service, and dining service is top notch. I think there's a clinic too, if you need some medical attention. Staff are very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

I used to like this hotel. During the height of the pandemic - I even tried to be very supportive of marco polo and renewed my membership in 2020 & 2021 even though I wasn't able to enjoy the benefits. Last Dec2021, however, the experience I had at LungHin & VU Bar made it official - I won't be renewing for 2022. Somebody at Marco Polo probably thought that retaining the price but reducing the quality is a sound idea towards financial recovery.

Location is easy to access from the airport. Excellent service from check in counter up to room assistance. Very nice room interior design, so comfy, and mostly cleanliness is well maintained. I highly recommend for a stay in Manila.

Stayed here for a night so I can avoid the December traffic after attending our company’s Christmas party. The room I booked is spacious and cozy. Amenities are mostly in the same floor which makes it accessible. Gym is open 24 hours and has a nice view. I love the warm temperature of swimming pool. Staffs are polite, friendly and helpful which is the most important thing.

Our family spent the new year here and the experience was really something to remember. I would like to express my utmost satisfaction with the exceptional experience we had in the pool area. I am extremely grateful with the staff, Chuck Salvador who greeted and welcomed us pleasantly from the time we entered and make sure we had everything we needed before he left the area.
