Very slow service even at the Emergency Room. You won’t feel any urgency from the staff.

Very POOR SERVICE!! The doctors are very late to attend to their PATIENT!!! I know that its your bussiness!!but first attend or check your patient first!!! As a mother i feel safe that may children is in the hospital the doctors and nurses are their!!!... You should prioritize first your patient inside in your hospital!!! before you attend to your clinic!! 11:00 pm you will come to check your patient??!!because your done with your bussiness!! Is that the right time to check your patient??? But when it comes to billing right away your staff are their to inform the patient!!!

For a small private hospital, this place charges too much. Whenever I go there I had to either ask questions to the guard or the facilities since there's almost always no nurse on duty behind the info desk. My sister once had to be treated there for a deep cut (which she didn't had to be detained for) and we ended up being charged thousands. I wouldn't have bothered to write a review if not for the nurse that was behind the info desk when I went there once to ask a question about their delivery packages- she was unattentive and seemed mad that I was bothering her. I was heavily pregnant and gave birth the day after.

Well, one of the worst when comes to staff approach to elderly people. To obtain a medical certificate takes forever and always turned down by staff. Is just a believable. Overpriced facility. There is few better in Pasig.

POOR RECEPTIONIST/INFORMATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WORST THAN PUBLIC HOSPITAL Nobody cares on what your purpose of visiting their hospital. Receptionist on the new building seems she doesn’t know the procedure of their hospital. Receptionist on the old building treats you like you are unwelcome guest. Cashier are not aware of which card will work and not unless you know yourself your card works. I have visited for an Xray and result is next day, had to line on queue just to get explanation of the Xray result. Information doesn’t know the schedule of their doctor. The record on the new building is not synchronized on the other building. Most of all they stated on the xray result my birthday 20 years older than what my age is. As if they are loaded with job.

If you have an emergency don't bother going in here.. staff has no sense of urgency.. Hinde tumangap ng emergency case for a reason na wala doctor.. Unprofessional yun mga staff nyo

Discriminatory towards BPO workers. Then they will tell you there is no doctor. No urgency. Unprofessional. Zero star.

Poor customer service, we have waited for the doctor for more than an hour only to find out that she will not come to the hospital.

Very worst when it comes to urgent actions. I was advised to be here 4pm but is almost 7pm but the nurses says the doctor is on their way. They should give us compensation for waiting for too long.

Staff Nurses are kind and accommodating. With parking. PWD access. New building across the street. With doctor offices.

Nurses at ER should display excessively professional atittude. They don't show respect to their patients. They are sarcastic and arrogant when being asked. I always heard ER nurse JM talks behind her co-workers back that brought negative vibes. Once, when I stayed at ER station, she mockingly talked about a said patient outside whose health card coverage was not enough. The Pedia doctor also shouted at me without knowing the whole situation. Your are the doctor and nurses we are depending on. We chose your hospital because we put all the trust that you all can take care and value us. It proves by staying in your hospital added stress on our mental and physical health. We are not asking for a special treatment but show some decency since you are wearing your uniforms "Holy Life". Just to add, your staff is different to UERM and Madrid's Clinic, Murphy Cubao doctors and nurses. They are accommodating, professionals and know how to handle patients. The old lady at the at the 2nd old building lobby, may you replace her? That old woman is so rude.

Nurses/residents we're so unprofessional. You will not feel any urgency from them, they're rude when talking to the phone. No assistance, no advise from them. To the point thay you will be forced to go the hospital just for them to tell that you need to go back next week. The only time you'll feel urgency is when you're paying the bill. Realtalk.

Doesn't care for their customers. Guard can't even bothered. front desk is so unprofesional, giving random schedule appointment which does not match of Doctors schedule. Overall, poor management. if you want to die and get charge for no reason, come visit this place. Pretty sure you get frustrate for their Service.

I was admitted and diagnosed with acute muscle sprain last May 8, 2021. I have no companion to stay with me during this time of confinement, but I was treated professionally by their nurses and they are very caring and loving. They always visit me every hour to check my condition. I never felt alone. Instead I found new family in this hospital. 2 months ago I was also in TMC but honestly, even Holy Life hospital is smaller than TMC, the service is incomparable. I can proudly say that it's not the name or brand of the hospital but the people who works with passion. Kudos to your front liner Hero's. God bless you all!

You end up getting checked and all that but this probably the private hospital equivalent of getting the squatters treatment: Nurses are yelling at you all the time for no valid reason especially since the hospital traffic is not that good, guards, clerks, nurses in general are dismissive and will act like your presence has bothered their peaceful rest. PGH is cleaner. Not everyone’s awful but it is just sad when the work of decent people gets overshadowed by individuals who needs to work on their people skills.
