Lots of tables, and not crowded. I'm not too big on coffee-based drinks; I mainly go to CBTL for the Pure Double Chocolate ice blended drink, or the food. Sadly the pasta and sandwiches I used to enjoy seemed to have been removed from the menu. Probably another effect of Covid - only 1 staff working, and seems like no more chef at the back.

It's a nice place to hangout when you're at rockwell or the medical city. The place is nice and can cater to a good number of people. Just like with all TCB stores they offer great tasting coffee plus delicious foods and free high speed WiFi access to Swirl card holders. PS. The staff here are great!

The coffee is good but the place is a bit dark but over all it's good to stay specially if you're waiting for someone.

CBTL is always a favorite place for me and hubby. Whenever we want a quiet place with our cup of coffee or ice blended fix, you'll surely find us at CBTL. The baristas were always warm and friendly, foods are good tasting, and the place is always cozy whatever branch we visited. ☺️

CBTL Robinsons Galleria got a new aesthetic that makes it more pleasing and inviting to customers. Though i still find the space a bit small compare to other branches but good thing they made some corners instagram worthy.

Crowded, people from Convergys reserve seats even if they aren't inside the store and the girl worker was OK with it (small and rotund)... I don't think that's OK for people who want to pay and sit down now.

I come here at least 2x a week before or after my gym. Today was ridiculous. Came here with my daughter to have lunch before my gym class and they had nothing available (before 12nn). Came back 2hrs later to have my usual iced tea, as their coffee sucks, and surprised surprised, no iced tea available. Whoever is in charged of their logistics should be fired!
